I was just in there and the staff are so nice. The fact that they are understaffed is a corporate issue! It is not the cashiers, shelve stocker or any of the other people that work there’s fault. They are doing great and I WILL ABSOLUTELY BE BACK!

This stores a mess. Boxes everywhere nothing completely stocked. I asked manager Tamika for help as only associate and she had earbud in n ignored me n gave a nasty look when I asked again louder. Never coming back to this location ever.

What else can I say but incompetence. Every employee they have is incapable of the simplest tasks. How does anyone at this store even have jobs. Stupid!

My daughter forgot her purse here late on July 15th. Her irresponsibility but we were there when they opened the next day to retrieve it. Her purse was there but her credit card, debit card, air pods and 100 cash were all gone. I had my receipt showing what time we were there. Employees claimed they could not see on the cameras who stole the items and would not tell me who turned the purse in. I think that tells me everything I need to know.....

Not clean and poorly stocked shelves. But employees are always pleasant and most are local to the area. Unclean conditions are not the fault of DG but of the owners of the building.

I used to like this place. But always super slow, can't get cash back, registers always down, alot of items never in stock anymore. Meanwhile those items sit on the floor in stock room. I goto the one in glassport now. Much better there

I have shopped in the Port Vue Dollar General since it opened. I do not go in there as often anymore due to the terrible condition of the store.. It has gone down hill in the past 2 years. The store is not shoppable. There is merchandise everywhere. Clearance merchandise is on the floor which is unsafe for everyone especially senior citizens. The parking lot is full of pot holes which is unsafe. I understand that is the landlords responsibility. Please do something to improve this situation. Thank you.

Has what you need in a pinch. The staff is a bit of a problem though. One of the cashiers were vaping on the job and another tells us we can't use the bathroom because people are sneaking drugs in there.

Clearance items always ring up wrong, spend way too much money here on a daily basis. I guess it's closer than Walmart. Some prices are better, some not so much. Convenient store though. IllI keep coming back to it.

The new staff of guys are bad attitudes. The girls are nice. I'm pretty convinced they aren't allowed to stock anything remotely healthy.

The store is wonderful it's just a certain employee that can't manage to do things right and she says she's the manager when she's not and you ask to speak to someone about your situation she's a key holder
