He has a strong work ethic but in turn FOR ONCE he feels appreciated, cared for, and happy at work! Amazing company n amazing people equals amazing product!!!!!! Purchased their Christmas package of 3 poinsettias, 1 amaryllis and I small Christmas tree; poinsettias are still blooming beautifully; have never has poinsettias make it to New Year’s Day before, let alone May 23rd; potted Christmas tree still flourishing and amaryllis bloomed up until April; purchased their Easter package and again beautiful plants that are still in bloom ; I’m impressed with this company’s flowers and the fact that they support local fire company each year with these fabulous floral packages; great company, great product from my experiences!

Purchased a Christmas ivy covered centerpiece which included a european cypress tree in the center at Whole Foods NYC. Yesterday it was time to put away the holiday decorations and the centerpiece was as fresh as the day I purchased it. It probably also helped that I was able to keep it in my enclosed balcony at a very cool temperature. I kept the tree and plan to replant it to a larger pot and enjoy for a long time. The label also read "Women Owned" something I can identify with. Excellent product and I hope Whole Foods continues to carry this fine product.

Van Hoekelen - Extremely Unprofessional, Don't waste your time.I called and left a message with Nick Sprengers, never received a call back from him and he's the Sales Manager?Cheryl was extremely unprofessional, I spoke with her and asked her some very basic questions such as pricing, what type of plants they carry etc.. She failed to provide me with any information not even a proper introduction. She said she would have to call me back... days later? Really? She failed to even tell me about the company introduce me to their product line, and sell me on why I should go with their company. She acted like a guard dog not a warm sales person. She should not be answering the phones, I was completely turned off by her lack of Professional presence and lack of presentation. She missed a great sales opportunity to possibly establish a new distribution line.I decided to give them another try I called a few weeks later to inquire about the same information. This time the call was worse... She was belittling and had a sour attitude. I was very kind and asked for the most basic information. She again said she would have to get back with me again no introduction no other information was given? What a joke... I will never do business with this company, and would not recommend them to anyone else. There are plenty of other players in the market that would extremely happy to have my or your business.If they decide to change their tune, and make an effort to fix the problem I may change this review.

I purchased one of your Easter hyacinths at my local publix here in Florida it was the worst flower, pitiful, that I’ve ever seen. Scrawny, no fragrance and didn’t last but 5 days. Next time I purchase a plant from Publix I’ll make sure bits not from your nursery. Thank you.

It was sad to know that I would not be able to get Easter flowers, but thanks to van hoekelen, they have trucks at Four Seasons in Drums. Can't beat $20 four 8 flowers which are beautiful. Thank you for making my day.
