Great in-town store with a variety of products that are mostly okay-priced. Very convenient for the locals and especially nice for people to walk to.Nice sized parking lot but watch for pot holes. Clean store front and no stairs which helps with accessibility ( but I am not experienced to speak on this).The store is clean and well-stocked. Meat selection is large, has a reasonable amount of produce but not a huge variation, the same with dry goods & care products.

Good hours. Decent pricing. Don’t always have items you may be looking for like a larger grocery store, but they do have quite a bit. Have a hot bar during lunch and dinner hours. Rotisserie chicken, soups and sandwiches as well

Some cashiers can have an ‘I don’t care’ attitude. Have gotten rotten 🥩 meat more than once! Prices are extremely high!!!

This store is delightfully wonderful as they have good sales, good service, and good products! If a sale item says 5 for $10, you can buy 1 for $2 instead of having to buy 5 to get the sale price, and don't need a store card to scan! The hot food in the deli is delicious! The deli has good meats& cheeses and all in the workers in this store are polite and helpful. They have hot coffee available! I love the pies that come from the bakery along with their other pastries! Its a wonderful neighborhood store!

Great, cozy little store tucked away on a back-street. Thier prepared Fried Chicken Fingers are AMAZING (when you can get them, tends to be hit or miss)! Thier sales are very good as well as standard prices. It's cheaper to shop here than it is in my area (Mountain Top). Cashiers are friendly and very helpful. Awesome place to shop!

Very friendly workers know me real well ask if I need cigars or any kind of help. Place is very clean good parking lot handicap parking right in front of the doors. You have your choice of big or small carts. Food is always up to date, good prices great sales.

Nice place, not super big, good parking, prices seem to be about average with some a little higher, and some a little lower than average. They have some great sale prices if you check the ads. Staff is very nice and you get in and out fast. I think there was only one time I was 3rd in line, usually first or 2nd. You won't be waiting behind someone with a heaping cart of food and 7 WIC checks

Very nice store in every way. The meat, produce, deli, bakery etc has a wonderful selection. So do the other parts of the store. It's also very clean. There's handicapped parking and a handicapped entrance. I highly recommend this store!

I had a hard time figuring out what to say on reading this place but I revisited it today and it occurred to me that when I was young this is how markets were very friendly atmosphere very helpful just a great attitude and all the people there it's one of those Old Town hometown markets small everybody knows each other and very friendly great place to visit shop

It is the only store in a small town and occasionally does not order items that people frequently want. It runs out of few things. That is it's only negative comment. The store is not like a large supermarket but serves it's purpose. Clean and well lit. Good produce section.

Always have what I’m looking for. A bit overpriced on a few items but you’ll have that with the size of competitors in the area. I’m a frequent shopper of 3 Boyer’s Food Markets. McAdoo,Tamaqua,and Hazleton. If one facility don’t have what I need the other 2 usually do. Just a Quick pop over to Customer Service (Lottery Counter) and they usually place a call to one of the other stores to see if they have the product that I’m looking for on several occasions I was even offered for them to deliver it to that facility. No Wal-Mart will do that unless you choose to wait for site to store shipping.

Forgot my lottery tickets at the register the guy who waited on me knew i come in every monday when i asked him if he found them he said yes and put them in a envelope for me but they are now gone....nice bunch of employees st the local store

Schmidt Italian bread, old tyme potato bread buy 1 get one free. Schmidt butter 3 for $5, schmidt honey wheat, whole wheat, and split top wheat 2 for $4. And if you only get one they honor the sales price. What! Check them out.

The deli crew are usually always grouchy and kinda rude...but cashiers and stockers are real nice!! Still, if i had to choose, I'd go to walmart...its cheaper

Boyers McAdoo just don't care , them self or customers , prices just sgove them to ridiculousl levels and aditude beyond repair if it was better Like the way they tell you I just don't care .Sad but true
