Always a pleasant experience when shopping here.The staff is always very polite.The store is always clean and well stocked.I have yet to go here and they are out of what I'm looking for.The cigar collection is okay , accessories yep they've got it all.Prices are very good , state minimums , and if you sign up for the rewards program you'll get discounts as well as emailed coupons which is awesome.

Very kind and informative staff. Absolutely crush New York prices. Company requires ID scan for sale, which is only downer, but I can understand nervousness. Tobacco is the life blood of Matamoras, and they can't afford to take chances, so take it in stride.The smoker in my family likes Newport, but they have an acceptable brand for under $70/carton. At a carton a week, that's a savings of almost $4,000/yr. For an hour of my time every couple of weeks, I can live with that.

Horrible place to shop they sell broken bongs expensive as hell and if you have the receipt it’s in mint condition not used and he couldn’t give a refund or do a trade in nothing it’s only been 8 days since purchase

Awful, they don't take care of any of the cigars. Entire sections just covered in mold and no one cares. I told the staff that all their Padron cigars were covered in mold and they just shut the glass slider and shrugged it off. Just look at the pictures attached.

I went there with my current vape and ask if they had the same one or something similar. They were very un friendly and very un helpful threw 3 boxes on the counter and said one of these. I bought one thinking that the women knew what she was talking about it was $50 more then my other vape and 5 times bigger can't even fit it in my pocket.

Friendly staff, they help you find whatever you are looking for, even if you don't know the name of it. They have variety flavors of Vapes. My favorite is Elfbar - Cool Mint - 5,000 puffs. It usually last me about 4 days, (give or take half a day), depending on what I am doing that week. I travel from N.Y. to P.A. to this shop because they have the Vapes that I want. Also their line of CBD products is amazing! I highly recommend this place for all your smoking/vaping needs.

Be careful buying cigarettes here because If u open them and they’re not fresh they will not give u a refund , very rude employees that don’t care about the customers, ( I called ahead of time told them they were not fresh Dave the manger had me drive back said bring them in and we will exchange them , when I got there he said he can’t because they were opened , how would I know the cigarettes was no good without opening the pack , so now I’m out money and have stale cigarettes, very unprofessional!!!! Younger guys with no respect told me he was going to call police on me for debating the situation, go down the road get smokes they’re so unprofessional.also u can tell clearly they don’t want to be there working because they frown at customers, I don’t think aggressive people should work with customers.( update to comment : I would never give this place another chance very aggressive employees!! This is the last place I would spend my money .nice people Down the street .Dave wasted my time and money .

Huge selection of cigars, very very spacious store floor plan for handicapped folks in chairs. I went last week with one such friend and he had ample room to browse the store in complete peace at not having to meander cautiously through an overcrowded store. Customer service was great, with helpful staff who seemed knowledgeable about the cigars. My friend is a cigar buff and I am not, so I can’t speak further on their product knowledge. He bought several cigars, spending near $100, and the employee helping us was kind, laid back, and seemed intelligent about the product knowledge he possessed.We will be visiting again! 5 stars for the handicapped access into store and in the store layout itself- I doubt a company would design their floor plan that large and spacious for anything but consideration for the customers experience.Thank you!

Bought a 15 dollar cigar out of humidor the woman wouldn’t let me touch it till I left the cigar bone dry humidor not maintained will never shop there again signs all over no returns call corporate. Horrible disputing charge !!!!

I honestly wish I had taken photos to post! The inside is very clean and classy. If you smoke cigars they have every kind you can imagine and at very good prices too. I definitely recommend. Besides that they carry vapes and even hemp products as well!

This place will rip you off. I went in looking for a cheap vape with pods sold separately and juice and they sold me the wrong pods for the vape and my total was $65 and I couldn’t even use it.

Racist. Discriminatory. There is not anyone of color who works here. No diversity. The manager will ask you to leave if you make a complaint. The staff Veronica, Justin and Alexis (store manager) is rude and unprofessional. They will let children under 18 enter with parents while they hassle adults with proper identification (Veronica) This store needs to be investigated and bring new staff with proper training. Every staff member (Justin) harassed customer during a complaint while the manager could not handle any customer service issues herself. New management please and new staff. Don’t go here if you are a person of color. Alexis (store manager) will say you are loud and you yell.I was stereotyped from the moment I walked into the store as I was told that I “look” like I smoke. I do not smoke I was only looking at incense while my family shopped. I believe I was racially profiled and stereotyped as there were two teenage children who shopped with their mother. Veronica stated that the children were autistic and I know the children attend a school nearby where I live and they are perfectly fine. Every time the staff was asked why they discriminated against me they came up with a reason why it was their policy to treat me this way. The only staff member who did not respond negatively was Hailey who seemed pleasant however she stated that she was only there for the show. It seemed like I was their entertainment for the day as they must often make people feel this way. I am asking for a boycott of all Smokers Choices in Pennsylvania by people of color. This is not right. If corporate won’t do anything than we can.

They have an excellent selection of tobacco products, as well as novelty items. Their prices are reasonable. The store area is clean and they follow all current protocols. Staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable.

Went there with someone who is a smoker. I am a former smoker and they seem to have everything you need. Whether it's cigarettes, vape, tobacco, cigars, bongs, wraps. Big store, friendly service and good prices.

It was a nice little store the employees were very helpful and friendly. My friends wife is the district manager and I would definitely recommend it to anyone she keeps these places in good shape. Any of the smokers Choice stores in the area are well kept and nicely managed

No stars. Went in and bought a lottery ticket. Man gave me the tickets and took my money. He refused to give me change unless I show ID. I told him you have my money,you accepted transaction, and I want my change. He would not give me my change, which is theft. He then cursed me out in front of costumers. I had to show ID to get me change after he took my money and gave me ticket. I am lodging a complaint with the BBB and New York State. This happened October 3 at 1:17 PM. This man harrasased me. I admit after his disgusting treatment to me I told him to F off. Delhi location.
