NO STARS. WORST PHARMACY I've ever been to. They filled 3 prescriptions for me, all sent at the same time, by same doctor, but managed to put one under the wrong address and state, when I got notice they were done, they got a mad at me as 1 apparently was not ready, despite the text saying it was. Waited over an hour and PHARMACISTS is yelling over it being under a different t address in a different state, like I have control of how they messed up. Terrible people and staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Pharmacy staff is very rude for no reason. Waited over an hour bc they put in info wrong and seems like they just wanted us to wait. They told us 1st 20mins come in 25mins later and asked if it was ready just to be laughed at for some reason. Hate leaving bad reviews but this place went out of their way to be rude so figured I will just let people know to hopefully not have to experience them and waste ur time. Go else where is possible

Awful cs in pharmacy. Stopped in for my prescription to find out it wasn't filled said there was no refill left and didn't have new one. Went home called my dr office to find out it was sent to them 2 days prior. Called out to pharmacy and told them what the Dr said and she looked and found it laying on the desk not yet entered in.Worst place had problems several times with them.

Horrible phone skills, not helpful. Zero knowledge as to why or how they charge what they do for deliveries. Could not explain why their copays are higher than other pharmacy’s accepting same insurance. I guess when they’re the only game in town, they don’t have to try.

The pharmacists are nothing but rude! They act like the customers are a bother and they always have nasty attitudes! I'm looking into switching pharmacies... they're about to lose 5 customers 🤷‍♀️

Absolute horrible service. Several times I've called and asked when my prescription would be filled and they've given me the wrong date!! I call in to get prescription filled by the date that they give me and they tell me I can fill it, then hours later when I go to pick it up they say prescription is too early. On top of that they called my doctor and told them I was trying to refill too soon as if I was an addict. I was only going by the days they gave me. Attitude is absolutely horrible. Every single person in that pharmacy has given me attitude when I have questions about my meds. Service is horribly slow and half of them do not know how to read the system to give correct refill date. Switching asap!!

The pharmacist working this afternoon was incredibly rude for covid testing. She should not be working the window. Made me feel really bad because I was unclear on her instructions and had a really bad attitude. Will never return to this CVS. Go to Walgreens instead, they are much friendlier.

-10/10 would not recommend. Anytime I use this pharmacy, it's nothing but hassle. They've refused to refill a prescription that was called in; they told me my husbands prescription was not there when it was, after we called the doctor. I swear this CVS is run by hamsters on their last leg. Most of the pharmacists have nasty attitudes if you have any sort of question. Will be transferring to a new pharmacy ASAP.

This pharmacy will not fill scripts on date due even when the insurance said it can be filled. They make their own rules and lie.. I would change if my insurance was accepted at another pharmacy. horrible service.. and I'm on one script that if I dont take on time I can have a seizure

I will no longer go to CVS (Masontown PA) They are so very rude. They treat you as though you are completely wasting their time. They are 3 minutes from my home but I now drive 15 minutes to get my prescriptions filled because I can no longer tolerate the way they treat me. You would not have a job if it weren't for your customers. It's like they will only hire you if you are a person with a horrible attitude towards others. Absolutely disgusting the way they treat their customers.

The pharmacists have awful attitudes. Went three times in the last six months and two times I had to deal with attitude for no reason from the pharmacy staff. I’m not sure as to why they are this miserable but if you don’t HAVE to go there then don’t.

Very very bad service misinformation telling me stuff that isn’t true very unprofessional doesn’t keep my medication in stock we have had one month for them to get the medication head pharmacist lied to me about getting my prescription back when it was a hardcopy and she kept telling me it was an electronica fax when it was a hardcopy and I was told by many doctors and pharmacies even other CVS pharmacies that if it’s a hardcopy you can get it returned. One of the worst places I’ve ever went to get medication horribly unprofessional I might follow up on getting lied to with my doctor because this is unacceptable horrible treatment do not go to this pharmacy they do not do their job correctly

If I could rate a zero I would. when the doctor sends scripts over they tell you there's nothing there took 5 days to get my sons meds because his doctor had to call them to see what was going on and the reason was due to cvs putting his meds into two different files like get your $hi* together

Called the pharmacy for a refill filled at another pharmacy. It seemed like I was a bother to them. The automated system was even worse. I did not use them.

Never anything but good service from CVS. They even deliver to me now love my delivery guy. So are they take longer but there are bigger Cade and they have a lot more customers.

Would give a 0 it I could they don't give you all ur meds you say u do not want them on auto fill and they auto fill them they loose bags double charge for scripts like seriously CVS get it together u just list 7 costumers no one from my house hold will Use y'all's pharmacy ever again

very rude. threw my bag my medication was in at me. then i paid and she basically slammed my change into my hand and walked away. looked at me like the scum of the earth because of the particular medication i needed. will travel out of my way to not go here.
