This place is awesome. GREAT people working there. They'll answer any questions you have about anything they carry.The store is very easy to locate and with plenty of parking.They carry almost everything you need. OMG... I could stay in this place forever. Huge hardware store and a guns & hunting section in the back.Everything you ever wanted in a hardware store with good prices. A special shout out to Deb... very helpful. Although, I haven't encountered anyone there yet who wasn't helpful.There's so much here that it's easy to get lost. But, not to worry... If you stand there gaping too long, someone is sure to come by and offer help.And the ladies up front are so nice, it makes me remember why I love country living... just great people.Treat yourself and stop by this place, if for no other reason but to just walk around and look at all of the cool tools, home decorations, and other stuff. And, if you stay too long and get hungry, they even have ice cream, sodas, and snacks. I hope they never change anything here. I love this place.

I love this store. It has everything from camping equipment to kitchen sink drains to hunting gear and even curtains. The store is so cute , when you first enter, you will find an assortment of candles and curtains, enter further in and there is saw blades, paint dept, grass seed , gloves, shelving, etc. If you need something to fix your home, they most likely have it. The employees are super knowledgeable about how to fix anything and you can't get far into the store without someone asking you if you need help. The prices are better than the big "home improvement " stores and they seem to care about their customers

Long's has literally everything you can imagine. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable when I called asking about getting a bow restrung. When I got there, the two guys were also very friendly and went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. I will definitely make it a point to go back there for hunting needs.

A "convenience store" for DIY-minded people. Staff is generally helpful. Good selection of common home repair products. Beware of pricing. Most are competitive, but some go beyond acceptable for the convenience.

If Long's doesn't have it you don't need it. The great thing about Long's is their people. Super knowledgeable, extremely nice, and will help you figure out a solution to find something you need to complete any project. They are one best places to shop around.

It is a neat store. All kinds of stuff. Helpful staff. But, I can never find anything! Instead of just aisle numbers posted, they need signs in each aisle giving you an idea of what is in the aisle. Usually an employee is nearby and can locate the item for me but I would like to just go get it myself.

I normally love this store (which is why I gave 4 stars) and can find everything i need in there, usually, for my diy projects. However, the last time I went in, I used the wrong name for what I wanted and the man waiting on me looked like I committed a sin, and then gave me a look as if I was the stupidest person alive. So sorry I don't know the name of every bobble and gadget you have in there. Maybe some customer service training is in order?

This place is great. It has everything and the staff is extremely helpful. Not only helpful, but plentiful and knowledgeable. They are scattered throughout the store and they know their stuff. I come all the time for all my hardware needs.

This store has a helpful staff and its really a nice store and packed . However, the prices are ridiculously high. I hear that complaint among friends as well and everytime I go there I seem to find what i need but purchase else where at a third or more less the price. They have a good thing but never really packed inside. usually 8 or so people millin around . if those prices came down , people would pour in .

Went directly to the gun shop area and I asked the owner where his used shotguns were. He pointed in a general direction and that's the last I heard from him. Apparently, two of his bow and arrow buddies came in and he forgot about me. I was in the store for over a half hour looking at used guns. No eye contact from the owner, no help at all. He was too engulfed by his friends. I was seriously interested in buying a 410 shotgun. I even called the store before arriving. Poor customer service.

this place has almost anything any hardware tool type place has including pet items, trailer items, camping items lots of tools and supplies if you need it they probably have it lots of staff to help or answer quesitons they will even help install items they sell. over all a great place i love to just walk thru its huge and you can find almost anything here
