Beware of extra credit card fees! I drove across town over a 20 yr span for the selection, prices, and friendly and knowledgeable ownership. With the new management, prices increased (including a new 2.5% credit card fee that they try to stick you with at the end). I cancelled my order when I saw the (unusual) fee. When I asked for a manager to explain, there was none to be found. Sheetz is closer and has similar if not better pricing. Do they have the same selection? No. But they have the craft beer that I like. Save on beer - not so much

Good selection but their case pricing is ridiculous. I bought two cases, one rang up more expensive per beer than their 4-pack pricing and the other was discounted a whopping 1.6% versus buying 4 packs. Give me a break.

While on vacation in Niagra Falls 2 years ago my Wife fell in love with a Blueberry Ale from Blue Point Brewing. Long story short, I thought I would surprise her with a 6 pack or 2 for Christmas if i could find it in the area. Upon calling Save On Beer I spoke with Tom who searched for and found three 6 packs available and offered to set them aside for me. I told him 2 would be fine and I would pick them up later in the day. As promised, they were there when I got there. Thank you Tom! Thank you Save On Beer! It's little things like that, that will make me call you first when looking for a beer to check off my list.

Prices good, selection great. Guys that work here are consistently friendly and helpful. On my last visit the guy helped me pick out several craft IPA 4 packs for my husbands birthday gift, which were all winners. Only thing I would suggest is to proactively offer to assist in carrying big purchases to customers car. Took me 3 trips to carry all my husbands birthday gift beer to my car.

Stopped today to pick up drinks for the beach - girls trip. Staff was extremely friendly and VERY helpful! Will definitely go back. Knowledgeable, good variety and patient- we kept asking questions lol. Great staff!!!

I shopped here on July 28th not exactly sure of what I wanted and open to suggestions. The manager was very helpful and in addition to showing me lots of beer options he explained the Pennsylvania rules about lemonade flavored drinks with some alcohol. I settled on a 4-pack of General Braddocks and it is now my favorite beer. I went to another beer store in Washington PA a few days ago and their General Braddocks was $1.00 more per 4-pack. So you get great service here and actually do save on beer. Thanks!

Bought a CO2 tank for way too much money. Lasted an hour and stopped working. No leaks found. Manager told me to buy another one. Wouldn't take the customer's word that there was something obviously wrong with the tank.

The new owners have taken this business downhill. We went the other day and the entire soda section was completely empty except for about 5 cartons of Coca-Cola and Dr. Pepper. I'm talking an entire aisle of empty shelves. They had no popcorn and very little snacks. The beer selections now seems to be concentrated on ceiling high loads of IC Light, Bud Light, etc. They had very little if any brown ales or porters. They used to have an amazing selection and was my husband's go to place. No more. When I asked the checkout employee what happened, she said the place was under new ownership/management. It is clearly obvious. The previous manager used to be on the floor and asking if he could help us find anything. Not one person approached us. They were busy unloading yet another delivery of Bud Light of which there was already plenty on the floor. We will be looking for another place. A huge disappointment. They went from 5 stars to barely a 1 star.

Tight under covers but I am going in there to purchase with my debit and credit cards... Cant blame them for such an extravagant collection and brutally mind bending customizable options.Small cans... Tall cans.... Kegs... EtcThey do have special hours though please note and always ask if you need something. Expect to be followed as you shop.

I've never seen a bigger selection anywhere. Their prices are always equal or less to any of the big"Warehouse type"distributors. Their prices on the big bags of ice are the lowest anywhere. And all of the people that work there are very pleasant and helpful. If I'm going to buy more than one case of anything it's worth the extra 15 minute drive.

I made a beer run here and was drawn like a moth to the flame by a pretty good rebate sale on some import beer I like. Found out they were out of the rebates when I got to the register, but was promised they would call me within a few days once more came in. Low and behold, they did call me back in a couple days. Couldn't ask for better service, or a price on the discounted beer.

I called with a couple questions about what I needed to get my kegorator running, and Colleen couldn't have been more helpful. I stopped in later in the afternoon and she personally walked me around the store showing me the different products, and explaining how the Co2 exchange worked etc. Lollipops for the kids too. This place always has a great selection of hard ciders (my preferred drink). I'll willing drive out of my way to come peruse here! Prices are also decent compared to other distributers/Giant Eagle.

My favorite place to shop! Amazing selection, great prices, and friendly staff. They always have great deals in the bargain area and on fridays they have a tasting for some beer company (free beer just for showing up)

I usually visit to turn in empty water cooler jugs and grab full ones. They have the absolutely best price on water. I think it’s $7 deposit and $3.99 for the water. Even if you go to Walmart, it’s more expensive. They also have a great selection of beer at decent prices and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Honestly, the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I rarely do. Also, if you visit when it’s hot, it’s hotter in there. I know it’s a big space and I can deal with it, I’m never in there more than 15 minutes, but I’d hate to run a register there!
