I went in with only a general idea of what I needed and a super nice employee double checked I had the exact type of product I needed for my application and even opened a second door for me since I had my girls in a stroller. Everything was reasonably priced as well! I haven't stopped here before, but I will definitely be back.

My go to hardware store sine I moved up here in 1993. Ed and staff are super helpful and friendly. Need an unusual piece of hardware... this is the place. Need something for any project and don't want to head to a box store this is the place. and if you have questions this is definitely the place. Many other services provided. Buy local!

Spent an hour looking for specific screws at Lowe's with little success. The guys at Pfeifer had me sorted out in maybe five minutes.Great experience overall.

Always very helpful and knowledgeable about the projects and needs I have when I go in here. I'm one who likes to browse the aisle to find what I need, so initially I didn't like that someone would always approach me when I entered the store to help. However, I've since realized the error of my ways and now rely on their knowledge when I go into the store. I think I learn something almost every time I step foot in there and without a doubt they always have what I need.Very helpful and friendly people that work here. It is definitely an old school hardware store, so stop by for the great service and nostalgia.

Hadn't been to the store since the 1990s. Stopped in for just sandpaper and found several other small items for household projects. Pleasantly surprised and found the staff super helpful and pleasant. Don't think I'll be needing the big box stores anymore for as much.

Known them for years. Friendly staff. Anytime we have a weird project, they are willing to help us work thru to a solution. Also, very well stocked with things you may not find at other stores.

Have HOA where I live. Have to have specific light fixture and they posted on their website that we could get at this particular store(appears they gave an agreement). Two steps in the door guy asks if he can help and we tell him above info. He never moves just takes of his glasses rubs his eyes and grunts like we spoke a different language, my husband shows him the website and he still looks confused and says I can order but It will take 6 days and thats when the truck comes(never looked to see if they actually had it in stock)We can get it in two days on amazon. After that type of customer service guess what I’m doing.
