Ordered a patio set this week with delivery to the store. Melissa was so helpful in assisting myself in ordering, opening tractor supply credit card, ans shipping to store to save us some money. Pick up was so simple as staff brought the item right to my truck with forklift ans patiently waited while we loaded into the truck. I must say excellent customer service.

Always ready to help me when I go here. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They have more items in this store than any store around for animals and necessary items for pets of all kinds. They have great hour's. Early in AM and later evening. I go early usually but last 2 time's in the afternoon. Still the same service fast in and out. The store is very clean. Always nice to shop here they get to know you and call you by your first name. Have a club for frequent buyer's and receive points for your purchase for cash discounts. Helps pay for larger orders . Called good neighbors club.

My husband and I went into your store a week ago. We were approached several times by several different young individuals working for your store. Each one was extremely polite and helpful. My puppy cinnamon loves going shopping for their toys, treats, and great quality dog food brands. Yes I pay for it not my dog but she is in training to be a ptsd service dog and definitely craves attention.

The Tractor Supply store in Mansfield is a great place to shop. The store is well stocked and the employees are friendly and very helpful. I have found a place to buy junior size wrangler jeans with a 34 inch inseam. Thank you and God Bless

I'm only giving it a three star because if what happened today the loader Dillion L. dropped a gun cabinet I had just bought off a cart started to complain about his foot and when it dropped he didnt take the key out so it bent the key in the lock breaking the key off into the lockWe spent a hour trying to get it out not being able to the ladies and gentleman Mike, Sam, Lori and the others were amazing and were willing to help and try to make it work but we couldn't if he would have just taken a few minutes to look see if the key was there put a hand on the safe and actually took his time I'd leave a 5 star but I cant but like I said everyone else did a absolutely amazing job I can't thank them enough just the loader. The store in general is amazing just need a better loader

I'm new to chickens and have purchased several pullets from the Mansfield store. I appreciate all of the clerk's help and info they all provide me. I have had no problems with any chics. I'm sad they're not selling anymore chics due to a complaint they received received due to dirty pens. That's ridiculous poop is a part of life.

Always great deals. Good selection of lawn and garden supplies. Nice selection of boots for men and women. Pet supplies are nice with a good variety of pet food it's were I get my dog food for my boxer.

Went to get a chichen cooper that I told them I would be in to get Sunday after work. They still had it in stock an we're very helpful in getting it up to register and to the truck. They are very Friendly and Attentive staff as soon as you walk In.

They pretty much have whatever it is that you need, even when other stores in the area are out of stock.Their prices are a little out of touch on some things, but most of the time they are pretty reasonable. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Had my propane tank refilled. I didn't have to wait long and the guy even carried to my car for me. I even had the option of paying him there at the filling station instead of going inside the store.

Went in to get a couple 5/8 hose clamps wow they were almost $3 each???? Another issue was a kid working there I'm not going to get into it here but if looks could kill!!! Yeah I was a little dirty my SUV broke a hose and I needed to fix it! Dirty jeans a a limp don't mean your stealing the dirt was from laying on the ground at County Bridge park and the limp was a Disability! I wanted to get a few more things but after how this kid followed me I paid for the 3 clamps and went to Walmart down the road!
