I have ordered several arrangements here usually giving some directions in way of preference of colors but designer's choice of arrangement. I have never been disappointed. The new owners are as amazing as the previous owners. The flowers are always beautiful and stay fresh for over a week; sometimes two weeks if I remember to water them. Definitely worth the money and exceptional customer service.

After the loss of our daughter, we sat down with Nancy (the owner) and after sharing ideas she came up with THE MOST GORGEOUS arrangement we could have imagined.. Fresh, beautiful, Gothic Victorian with a modern twist.. OMGGGGG.. and when we added more flowers at the last minute she didn't skip a beat! Everything was so beautiful and perfect for the celebration of life for Maggie.. Could not recommend MORE HIGHLY! EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have used this florist for years for my Mom who lives in Mansfield. I live in Chicago, so I have to trust that they will deliver what they say they will and they have every time - beautiful arrangements for birthdays, anniversaries, baptisms, you name it. AND, there have been times that I called the day of (in a panic because I forgot the occasion), and they have gone above and beyond to get the flowers to my Mom within a few hours. It's rare in this day and age to find businesses that give such thoughtful, caring, and personal service. Highly recommend them!

I went to Special Occasions Florist to order flowers for my father's Ceremony of Life. Being very frazzled, I really hadn't thought of what I wanted to have at the service. Lynn sat down with me and asked me a few questions about my father's life and personality. He took it from there, and put together the most beautiful arrangement for the church. The arrangement was incredible and really encompassed everything about my dad. I really couldn't have imagined anything better for the occasion. He made things a little easier by taking one of the things off of my plate at such a tough time. I would recommend them to anyone!

When I ordered flowers i very specifically stated that I wanted a tiered arrangement; some short stem flowers and some tall and some inbetween. I had looked thru their arrangement pictures online and gave the name of an arrangement as an example of what I wanted. I future elaborated that I do not find attractive nor want a rounded bunch of flowers like a bridal bouquet. For $70+ they sent a rounded bunch of cheap flowers in a vase. I'm leaving a public review as they did not return emails.
