I switched vets due to moving to this area in 2017, and Dr. Yorty, Jan and ALL of the staff are truly wonderful, caring and have recommended the BEST care options for my fur babies. All of my pets have received nothing but genuine and compassionate care at 4 PAWS. Throughout the years, both in actual appts. and also for follow up questions/ concerns over the phone, Dr. Yorty and the staff have spent quality time with me discussing at length various treatment options for my animals and they thoroughly explain reasons for the treatment recommendations. Recently, 2 of my 4 fur babies experienced pretty severe illnesses as the result of smoke inhalation from a fire at my neighbors house- Dr. Yorty and the staff were able to get them in for emergent appts. and all of us were treated with kindness, empathy and my fur babies' are back to being healthy. Dr. Yorty and the staff have always treated me and my animals with the most kindness and respect. We will continue to support Dr. Yorty and 4 Paws!

When I got my pup and he was sick, they got me in right away! All other places were full. Since then, they have continued to be reliable and able to get me in when needed. They are so kind and compassionate! They work well with my wild hyper 50Lb+ dog. They are so patient with me and answer all of my (many) questions fast! That is something I TRULY appreciate as I am a worried fur mama!

Took my chocolate lab their sick said if I didn't get surgery she would die. Recommended Pennsylvania animal wellness surgery. Less the 3 months later my best friend was sick again. Called they were to busy to see her. Called Pennsylvania animal wellness surgery gave her meds 2 days later I lost my best friend was my dog miss diagnosed I think so. $4500 dollars later.

Our dog was a patient there for a couple years. She is sick and needed to be seen today. When you call the office, it lists that their Tuesday hours are 9-5. The website says they’re closed Tuesday’s and don’t open until 1pm Wednesdays. Who can deal with hours like that? We’re done with them.Also, i know this isn’t the most important thing, but they moved locations, into a worse building with very limited parking.

My experience at 4 Paws was amazing for what it could be, I had to put my beloved pet (Charlie) down today, but the staff was so amazing. I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate and attentive place to have my cat of 16 years to spend his last moments. Vanessa who works the front office was amazing from the first phone call I placed to the office till the moment I walked out of the doors. Thank you all so much

Today was our 1st appointment as we just got our puppy a week ago and I can't say enough good things about them! I called before we got the puppy and the girl on the other end answered my questions and was so sweet. When we got there today everyone loved on Bentley and loves him like he's their own! I wanted to be greedy and not post a review because we have had the best experience and I want them all to me and Bentley only! But every dog owner deserves the chance to have a great experience also! You will not be disappointed at all! See you all in 2 weeks and Bentley is going to be happy to visit!

Doctor Yorty and her staff are friendly, caring and considerate of you and your pet. Our first visit with 4 Paws was to end our beloved pet of 13 years suffering from cancer. The whole staff was very understanding and helped us in making sure we were making the correct decision in regards to our pet. We really are appreciative of their respect and compassion for us and our pet and how they helped us in this difficult situation. We are currently ready to adopt another pet or two and looking forward to have 4 Paws taking care of the veterinarian needs

The new location was closer, but what I didn't like is they still don't let you go in with your dog, it can't have anything to do with covid because employees don't even mask, it makes me question if actually got an exam, they said his weight was exactly the same as last year. They asked me to come back at a later time with a stool sample from my dog, if they wanted one they should have asked for one prior to my appt. When I went to drop off the sample a few days later, a little early I waited for someone to answer, once they did answer they asked me to drop it in the unlabled or marked white box outside. Perhaps put a sign up samples here, to not waste anyone's time. Other than that they are pleasent.

I have been a customer of 4 Paws for a long time now. First through my parents as they took my childhood dogs there and the care they provide is phenomenal. Now I take my two cats there and they were the first vet care that I wanted to consider when caring for my pets. I highly recommend!

The office is consistently 45 min to an hour or more behind. It's extremely frustrating to sit in the waiting room with other animals for so long. Not sure if they're overbooking themselves or what, but its ridiculous. However, Dr. Yorty is great and I have no complaints about her expertise.

Love 4 Paws Vet! Dr. Yorty & her staff our amazing with customer service and following up with your pet after their visit. My cat suffered a stroke at a very young age and I couldn't be more appreciative of Dr. Yorty and her staff. From all the questions, stress and tears through my experience they were there to help my cat. Needless to say my cat has recovered fully from the stroke:-) However i had to move to a different state. I would highly recommend this vet; when you make an appt it is just you in the waiting room not a crowded waiting room full of pets. Her staff is highly trained and very caring as well. The employees that work here are extremely rude and errogent. Our dogs were barking because of other dogs and they told us to go in the parking lot. Like what do you expect they are dogs. Also they just had a giant attitude problem giving us looks and being rude. We are switching to a new vet and I encourage you not to go to this vet unless you want awful customer service.

Came with my son and granddog Jackson while visiting last week. Just the sound of the Dr's name sends him into gyrations of joy! That in itself is enough for the 5 stars. Every associate called him by name and petted him if they could. Even after we were in the exam room 3 or 4 assistants came in to hug him or give him a treat. And then came Dr. Yorti (sp)…he ADORES HER!!! Also this is no lap dog we're discussing - he is an 85 lb. Weimaraner.The entire staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. The office and exam rooms were spotless and it was a real treat to see a dog NOT be afraid of a Vet. Dr. Yorti was very gentle and kind to Jackson. If I lived in the area this would be my Vet of choice. Kudos to Dr. Yorti and her team.

Misdiagnosed my dog had to take him to Avets after already spending a ton of money at 4 Pawa for the wrong treatment. Long waits and ridiculously expensive and they have banker hours for being in the veterinary business. Took my business elsewhere after going here for a few years and always being disappointed.

Great service. They do curbside pickup for your animal. I just wanted to actually meet the veterinarian and that alone is why I reviewed 4 stars.
