My daughter brought her 2year old morkie here for her 2nd service after having an amazing service the 1st time. After picking up Luna we both noticed some clipper lines that wasn’t properly blended and we decided to bring her back in to see if that can be fixed. To my surprised the one who groomed her is the owner and when I tell you she was very unprofessional saying things as “I’m going to just refund them their money cause I guarantee that’s what they are going to ask for”, “don’t ask me to look cause I thought she looked good” “I’m sorry your daughter didn’t like the cut, the girl who cut her previously only been grooming for 2 years when I’ve been grooming for 20 years” as if experience has anything to do w quality! “Apologizing” but wasn’t sincere!! We respectfully came in for a service and was not happy w what we received and respectfully wanted it fixed. VERY unprofessional especially after the intern told me that the one who displayed this behavior was the owner! Speaking w the door open like I couldn’t hear what was being said in the waiting area of the store. We paid AND tipped to then be treated this way! NEVER again will we come here for service!

We had a fantastic experience at shaggy dog. The location is clean & has a little pet gift shop with some treats and other accessories. They are highly professional, got my dog in pretty quickly for a groom and did a great job on his haircut. My dog is an 80 lb Great Pyrenees & poodle mixed & he looked amazing! Highly recommend the Shaggy Dog & we will be booking again.

I am so impressed with my first service at shaggy dog! I have two large dogs with heavy undercoats. They were bathed and brushed so well, I cannot express how happy I am with the service and the friendliness of the staff. Everyone is very nice and truly seems to enjoy working with their clients. I took my dog Max to The Shaggy Dog today for the first time. I was very apprehensive because he's had the same groomer for several years who knew him well. I'm happy to say they did a fantastic job and were so friendly. He looks amazing and was super happy when I picked him up..he's now very relaxed and napping. Thank you so much! Nicky always takes excellent care of my dog. When my sweet Yellow lab lost his balance at the shop and could not get up Nicky and staff carried my sweet boy to my car. He died at home later that afternoon. The kindness and compassion extended to me will not be forgotten ever.
