Best French Roast coffee and Chicken Pretzel Roll ❤️ Our favorite Sheetz ❤️ Always clean inside, nice people, excellent food (Pretzel Rolls!) best coffee machines and the best food manager Jess ❤️ She remembers my name and always has a “hello Bill” and a smile. Sheetz is hands down the best convenience store around. Play nice and you get nice - simple.

Ordered a Chicken bacon ranch pizza.. it was drowning in Ranch..Which was nauseatingI wish the special instructions. Option was available for online or maybe offer the ranch on the side for customer.Not fun eating a pizza with a gallon of ranch on it .

Ordered July 21 2023 4pm. They did not give my my jalapeño poppers which I paid an extra $5 for. It's fine though... I'm a travel nurse. I'll just go somewhere else for food. Overall the store was clean, staff was friendly, lots of young kids with good attitudes. But you guys have to remember that business is business. Make sure you don't mess up people's money!

Employees seem to care more about standing around chatting and flirting with each other instead of doing their jobs. Blatantly ignored us at the counter, after making eye contact, to continue joking and talking with each other.

I just watched a Sheetz employee get a bag of chicken tenders out of the cooler. Reach her hand in with no gloves on pick a few and put them in the fryer!! I told the gentleman who made my food that he needs to tell her she needs to wear gloves when handling food. I don’t care if you just forgot. This is your job. This is something you do every day. It should be a routine that is soon as you walk into the cooking area you put gloves on no matter what!!!

Latte i ordered tasted great, however, the cup they put my coffee in smelled of mold which made drinking it near impossible. Somehow something got wet and the mold smell was super strong. I noticed the smell before i took a sip, luckily i dumped my latte in another cup and everything was okay then on, but seriously mold is no joke, just pure disgusting!

Food is meh if you can get it in a timely manner. I was there with my daughter a couple months ago and we had to wait 20 minutes for 2 drinks but that is fine I understand life happens and maybe they were low on supplies but then the next and last time I went there (June 2020) with my grandson , an African American man and a white man got into an argument about the white man not having a mask on and were yelling obscenities for about 5 minutes. Never again

This is the worst car wash I've been to in a long time. If you want to leave with a car that is dirtier than when you came, this is the place to go. You should be embarrassed, and I'd like you to refund the $15 I spent so I can get my car WASHED!

Love Sheetz!! I gave five stars because the staff was friendly, the store was clean, the bathroom was immaculate (how do they manage that😃 especially with it being a gas station), and the huge variety of goodys and beverages. Wish they were in the N.Y. area.😔

Sheetz is the best!!! MTO is awesome for a quick bite to eat. Love the car wash! Great gift card selection when in need of a last minute gift. I'm not one for a lot of development but always happy to have Sheetz nearby!

My feelings about their food continue to lessen. I love the beverage options, but the food lacks. Give me better food at a higher price and I would be happier. Wawa and Rutter's understand this concept.

They need to stop advertising on the screens at their pump. I had to hit no thanks like 4 times before I could pump my fuel. They're getting as bad as pendot.

An exceptionally nice Sheetz. It is almost cozy. It has a coffee shop feel, and is a descent place to get lunch or to hang out before work. There is a lot of seating inside and out as well as a sofa. Plus there is rarely a crowd.

I usually love going to this sheetz, but last night i had a really bad experience. The drive through wait was twenty minutes, and then my food was waiting at the drive through window for about five minutes and the drive thru guy wasnt even aware of it and instead told me they were just then starting my order, i had to ask for my money back before he even realized my food was sitting right next to him. And then when i went to eat my sandwich i found out that the meatballs in my sub werent even cooked by trying to take a bite out of it, they were rock hard. My tooth still hurts now and its been hours. I really dont know if ill be going there again.

It's a pretty nice and new Sheetz. I only rank it as Just OK because I like Wawa SO much better, but since they're scarce out in this area Sheetz will do. Some MTO items aren't so bad and they have a huge drink selection. The hot dogs are a major disappointment! Come on Sheetz! Offer a premium normal sized dog I'd pay more for it!

If I could give it zero stars I would. They have a policy in place that they cannot say anything to customers not wearing masks inside the store. Majority of customers were not wearing masks. Staff was. I will not be shopping any Sheetz for the foreseeable future.

I stopped at Sheetz in Manheim this morning and went through the drive in. I waited at the window for almost 5mins til someone acknowledge me, then I paid and waited another 7 minutes for my food. When I got home my sausage egg cheese biscuit was a ROCK! Burnt to a crisp and not edible. My bacon egg and cheese on pretzel was also burnt but I could eat some of it! I spent $10.16 for a cup of tots was the only thing we could eat. I tried to call and complain and talk to a manager and no one answered the phone. I can not believe anyone would actually give food like that to a paying customer! I will definitely not be getting food from here again. CHECK Your food before you leave and make sure its edible!

Ordered food, fries and mozzarella sticks. Both dumped upside down in the bag, with the wrong food stuffed on top. Missing a sub entirely. Furious also tried calling three times and the voice box is full.

The store is excellent. Only their drive thru takes an hour long. On April 20 2019 I spent 16 minutes waiting for a drink and a wrap.

Nice cafe area with sofa, arm chairs and two diner-style boothes thst seat 4-5 people. All seating areas have electricity and USB ports. They also have a yogurt bar and extensive drink station.The only negative is that it has weird inconvenient access and exits to the main road.
