Fantastic little spot that we've been coming to since I was a kid in the 80's and 90's. The food is delicious and fairly priced, the service is quick and the employees are friendly, and the whole place has such nice retro vibe. These days I always bring my mom here for fries with gravy & root beer floats when she comes home to visit, and my husband and I stop in for little afternoon ice cream dates here and there. Thanks for the sweet memories, Twin Kiss!

Great staff, makes you feel welcome. Great choices for every wallet. Lots of burger options. The fried chicken is made to order unlike those chain fast food spots .Ice cream options are great and remind me of the old school ice cream parlors. The shakes are too die for!

Don’t quite understand the big hype. My Hollywood burger was just okay, fries were just meh, and although I could understand it having nostalgic vibes for some, it just felt like a small, oddly layed-out, old burger joint. The ice cream was smooth and tasty though, with decent prices.

The cheeseburgers tasted like they were microwaved. Mine was still a little pink inside. The fries were meh. We sure miss the twin kiss in Elizabethtown. This place doesn't even compare.The tables and chairs could use an update and we had to clean our table off before we ate.Very disappointing.

Food: Cheeseburger was above average. Grilled on the flat top nicely, toppings were a little out of the ordinary but fresh. Chili cheese dog was good also. Fries were hot and fresh.Atmosphere: Down to Earth local burger stop with seating inside and benches outside. Great for a sunny day.Service: Top notch, fast and friendly.Overall I would recommend trying this place for a not fancy local treat.

Ice cream is good. The food is terrible. Got a BLT. It consisted of half of an end of a tomato, that was the one and only slice of tomato, one slice of burnt bacon, and a handful of soggy lettuce served on bread that was not toasted. There was no mayo or any other condiment. Got a fried ham sandwich as well it consisted of 1 slice deli ham, a glop of mayo, and soggy lettuce. That's it and it was $8.

When I was growing up, there was a Twin Kiss in our town and we loved it. Now the Manheim Twin Kiss is the only one I know still exists and we love to go there. It's nostalgic for me, especially when I get a frosted mug of Root Beer with my meal, then get ice cream or an ice cream sundae for dessert. The wait staff are nice and friendly. The food is good and the dining room is clean. It is family friendly.Kid-friendliness: They have booster seats for small children and give children fun paper hats that say Twin Kuss on them.Wheelchair accessibility: There is one very low step into the building, which should be easily maneuvered by a wheelchair and the whole restaurant is one floor.

My family and I went out to eat here after a service and we were all quite underwhelmed with the portion sizes, as well as the quality of food in general, especially the fries. For the price of the food, we were a little disappointed with quality. I had chili, which I thought was very good. I also had ice cream which, had very little sprinkles on it and was mediocre at best.

Great ice cream! They also have a mini diner inside, which you can eat in (I didn’t). But they have quite the variety of food and other cold treats! The employees were very sweet & friendly. I recommend for a quick bite to eat or if you’re on a road trip, stop by & gets a yummy treat!!

This is the type of place that takes you back in time! Very cool little spot and the food was good. Sometimes it can be difficult to find vegan options but they delivered. My wife and I both ordered the vegan burger with lettuce, tomato and onions with pickles on the side. Food was prepared quickly (only gripe is the burger was a little undercooked) and was very good. Fries were crispy and hot!THANK YOU Manhein Twin Kiss for having a vegan option on your menu!!!!!Vegetarian options: Impossible burger.

The staff is great but the quality of burgers has definitely gotten a lot worse. They need to get back the burgers they used to make. These were like eating cardboard - they were so thin! Fries were poorer quality as well. Service however was fast and friendly.

Really nice sandwhich soft rolls, but there is hardly anything in them, really! Then we got Ice cream and the vanilla ice cream had a strange taste and funky texture.This is just not the same Twin Kiss I grew up with.
