The products are reviewed in detail, they’re very knowledgeable, and they answered all my questions. They’re excellent and they're located here in the Mid-Atlantic.Great communication once your order is confirmed, very fast delivery. I got the best price for my Big Agnes Sidewinder sleeping bag here. The discount emails keep coming, discreetly with taste, no high pressure sales. I definitely like this crew, It’s like being in a outfitter store but on the Web. Will definitely check with them first next time I need to buy gear.

My experience in dealing with Enwild has been wonderful. I ordered a Deuter Kid Comfort Active SL. It was offered at a great price and it arrived within a week from when I placed the order. There was a minor issue with my order (the seat adjuster was not holding right) and Morgan, the customer service rep, went above and beyond to get it sorted out. He was pleasant, easy to get a hold of, and made the whole thing seamless. He even emailed me after business hours to assure me things were sorted out. I've never had a better customer service experience than this.

Great prices and availability, but what really set them above everyone else is their customer service. I placed an order at night and apparently was an issue with my shipping address on their end, and one of their techs called me to resolve the issue the next morning, and shipped it that afternoon. I was also using VPN and they asked me to verify order details to confirm there wasn't any fraud which was very courteous and respectable. Will definitely order with them again and highly recommend them to anyone else.

I live near St. Louis, MO. I've called and spoken with Morgan and Miranda separately. They were nice and so helpful. They should get raises for how hard they worked to help me. Unfortunately, my back order had to be cancelled, because they weren't ordering any more mittens in my size. I'm bummed out, because Enwild had the best price, because of their discount. I can order directly from the brand. I might wait until next year to buy from Enwild. Thanks for all your help.I was born at Magee Women's Hospital in October 1971. We have purchased 2 packs and 1 down jacket from Backcountry Edge and we can't speak highly enough about them. I ordered an ultralight 2 person tent that shipped and was delivered immediately, only to decide it was a little cramped and fragile for what I considered acceptable. They were true to their word about "no questions asked" returns and refunded my purchase price immediately. Subsequently, I ordered another lightweight tent that shipped immediately and fit my needs perfectly. Nice to know customer support like this still exists!

Wrote a very positive Google review because of Enwild's outstanding customer service. For example, you get a human, not a recorded menu, when you phone them. Clerks are very personable, even chatted with me about our dogs. Exchanges are free--I had to exchange a dog float coat. While waiting for that item, I found a great pair of hiking shoes from a large selection of women's boots and shoes at a good sale price. Many stores don't even sell women's hiking boots or offer only one choice with no half sizes. No glitches as a result of my having two addresses (one for billing, one for shipping) unlike other companies. No fake "computer glitches" as a result of their changing names. BEST customer experience I've had in years.

I've never heard of this company before, but I was in the market for a new family tent, I looked at tons of sites trying to find the best deal and most accurate info I could find on the equipment I was looking for.Either the site's I was looking at had half the stuff in stock and not other pieces, or they had minimal descriptions or reviews.Then I stumbled on Enwild, they had a very intuitive video on the tent, great description, everything in stock and they had a killer price. This is my new go to place for all things camping and hiking!!! I called them on the phone and they went above and beyond and got the stuff shipped to me the same day!!Rock on Enwild, keep crushing it!!

Ordered an item I would need for trip where temps were suddenly expected to drop to -30 and paid for expedited shipping to said location. Received my order confirmation, but the day before my item was scheduled to arrive I received an email stating I needed to call during their business hours and confirm my order.. Called to find out what the deal was and backcountry edge said their policy is to verbally verify purchases with different billing and shipping addresses... so, at this point the expedited shipping payment was worthless and backcountry edge won’t pay to have the item overnighted...at least they let me cancel the order so I can order it through amazon and have it here tomorrow (hint to BE: customers will pay full price for something BE has on sale if it means they get it when the seller says they’ll get it, outdated policies are hurting your numbers).

Bought Helium OR pants a year and a half ago for cycling and hiking in rain; unfortunately, they are not waterproof as described in the website. 10 mins in the rain and they are all wet inside; I tested them at home with a water bowel, same results. Same happened w/ the jacket (Helium II, less than a month after buying it). Although the website mentions SEVEN times they are waterproof, the seller admitted to me that : "The Helium line is made out of Nylon, which is not inherently waterproof..." If one needs to use a water repellent every week, this is not rain pants and cannot be considered as waterproof. Unfortunately, other websites including OR have similar description. BE wouldn't except a return. It;s true the 1-year warranty is over, but I wouldn't buy them if the website wasn't lying

Went to go for a bike ride this morning, but it was a bit foggy. Dug through my gear bin to find my Black Diamond Ion headlamp, but forgot how to put it in strobe mode. Hopped on YouTube and found Enwild's video of Becky going through the different modes. Got me up and running. Enwild for the win! Thanks guys! (PS Got my headlamp from them over a year ago, it's just been awhile since I've used it. Prices on point too!)
