I have never been in a Dollar Tree store that was so unorganized and messy. There were boxes everywhere, stuff in piles, miscellaneous things lying in the wrong place, disorganized boxes overflowing with xanything and everything. Corporate needs to come visit and get this place straightened out. Terrible image for this awesome company. I left with nothing as it was so awful looking.

What an excellent experience on my trip to this Manheim Dollar Tree. Mick was cashiering and when I brought my loaded cart through his line (party supplies & fragile items), most other stores would have been annoyed. Instead, Mick treated me with kindness, ensured the safety of my items and even offered to help load my vehicle. I’ve been to many other Dollar Trees all over Lancaster County and this is my new favorite! Store appeared clean and there were plenty of staff around to help. Gives me hope that customer service isn’t dead this day in age!

My fiancé went to grab balloons for our daughter’s first birthday this afternoon. He asked for assistance and the cashier at the time (12pm) was extremely rude to him off the bat, basically barking at him that she needed the numbers. So he gave her the numbers, his card was declined and he asked if she could hold the balloons and he’ll come back later. She huffed and puffed and stated she didn’t want to hold the line but that’s not what he asked. She shouted to another associate and loudly said in front of the entire store with other customers inside “this guy has no money”. That was not the case, the bank froze his card without his knowledge so he just needed to call them. A very nice lady paid for the balloons, she really didn’t have to and he was so appreciative of that. There are some decent human beings around, but this particular cashier was not at all. It’s insane that someone could be that rude especially working in customer service.

When the "manager "throws your items, does not bag your things, and can't hand you a receipt? Since when do so called managers look like they rolled out of bed. Won't be back there!

This is a great Dollar Tree! It's clean and huge! If you are a Dollar Tree fan I highly recommend that you check out this store as it has much more variety then the ones around it; and if you follow any Dollar Tree YouTubers you are much more likely to find the cool things they get at this store. Why 4 stars then? Because the customer service is rough, it's hit or miss, but I've had several times where the cashier was impatient, rude and/or annoyed. Though there have also been a few very sweet gems as well.

This place is horrific when it comes to customer service. In the last few weeks they have shoved customers out the door and were extremely rude to other customers. Then tonight at 8:57pm they shut down the registers and refuse to accept payment when they knew someone was still in.We weren’t trying to be the last ones. But saying they refuse to accept a sale and the rude way that it was said is rude and insulting. I’ve worked multiple customer service Jobs and never ever have I been treated as poorly as we have by this store. They need a complete retraining of customer service as well as speaking to your customers. The service here has gone down the past few months and honestly it seems like the people don’t care about their jobs or what they represent the company.Many times when we go other then these few times there’s always been an issue of short staffed people and rudeness associated with this store.I just wish they could get their customer service job better.

Friendly staff. Clean. Great selection. Store hours are different than the other local Dollar Tree stores. Opens at 9:00 a.m. weekdays and Saturdays, rather than 8:00 like the other stores. Inconvenient if you want to stop in before work like I used to.

This is one of the cleanest and best stocked Dollar Trees I've shopped. Let's not forget that their best feature by far is their customer service. If they could clone the staff of this store and put them into the other stores there would only be rave reviews.

So during the Covid 19 crisis, I've had to go to this particular Dollar tree a lot for different materials that I need for making masks. I don't want to talk about the negative experiences that I've had with one particular employee, because it does nobody any good. but I have had some really incredible service from a woman named Jamie. I think it's really important to talk about when people do amazing things or just generally amazing particularly during this time so I'd like to give a super shout out to Jamie for being so awesome!

I always have a great experience at the manheim location and the cashier Pat always makes you feel so welcome whenever you come in. Ouy of all the stores I've been to this one is the best

Virus or no virus how can this store close at 7:35/7:40pm not 7 not 8pm??? It's frustrating. I was half way through the store and hear announcement that we will be closing in 5 minutes that time being 7:35/7:40pm. Stores need to get it together id see 8pm but 7:35/7:40.
