I've bought quite a bit of new equipment from Dave's over the years. NEVER has there been an issue with any warranty repairs, etc. I also procure most of my service parts through Dave's as well. Always very helpful if I run into an issue while servicing / maintaining my equipment. I've known Dave for DECADES and you will NOT find a better, more knowledgeable shop locally. Labor rates and parts pricing are very good as well!

Dave sold me a mower but there were some issues with it. I was not able to take the mower back to him and he picked it up and gave me a full refund. I recommend anyone looking for lawn mowers to give Dave a try. He is a brilliant mechanic and treated me with great customer service throughout the process of returning the mower.

Dave's is a great hometown has everything Small engine repair shop they have firewood, boxes of kindling , and everything you would ever need for your weed wacker lawn mower leaf blower. Friendliness may not always be the best but they are very very knowledgeable and prices are right in line with what they should be and if they don't have it they'll direct you where to go!

Unfortunately it took forever to have my tractor picked up for warranty repair. $200 later, after the warranty work and a request to sharpen the blades, I was told I needed new blades even though the ones on the tractor were bought new in the fall. I was also told I needed a new blade gear. The tractor came back with a dead battery, despite the battery being only 2 weeks old and fully charged when they picked it up, the new throttle cable that they installed for the warranty wasn't even run through the proper channels and stuck outside of the frame so that the hood wouldn't close, when I rerouted it myself and cut my grass for the first time, the blades couldn't have been more dull. It was like cutting the grass with kindergarten scissors. When I called to notify them, I was blown off by the gentleman I spoke with. I would not recommend them, very unprofessional and poor quality service..

Serviced my 30 year old Simplicity blower.Fresh plug, lube, fresh gas and conditioner, cleaned and rebuilt carb, leveled slides and replaced pull cord - all for less than $60!My former independent service guy retired. I am glad I tried Dave's.

Very nice place mom an pop place!!! Dave was really nice to talk with took more time explaining a mower an all its features for about 25 minutes an was not in any way trying to just make a sale.Only went up there for a pully that nobody had or even took the time to find the part for me but the woman on the phone when I called was the girl that had of been Dave's daughter because she was outstanding looked up the part only to tell me tgat part number is no longer an was charged but she had the part an could order tge other one for me if I ever need a new mower or any mower parts this is by far the place you should check out

Had work done, still the same problem however it starts easier called back and got the response "how old is your fuel", will be going to Martin's repair in Ephrata from now on, at least they fix it right the first time
