Left our dog overnight to let him get used to being in a kennel (first time). He enjoyed the group play and the overall experience. The staff is very good at what they do and take excellent care of their "guests".

I took two of my dogs to daycare for their first time while I had contractors working in my home. I was a bit anxious but not only did the staff walk me through the process when I scheduled, but they gave me so much feedback when I picked up my girls. We have been boarding our dogs with CCC for years now and continue to do so even though they are a 35 minute drive because they give me peace of mind when I am way from my pups.

This was my first time having my dog Rocky stay here and I am very pleased . The booking process was super easy and everyone was very friendly . Rocky tends to be very anxious when he gets boarded and is usually out of sorts when he first comes home . This was definitely a great experience for him he came home happy as a clam ! He also smelled nice and fresh . I will definitely be booking again for our Next vacation in the winter . Thank you Canine Country Club for taking great care of Rocky !! 🐾🐾

Sully loves coming to day care! When we turn into the driveway, he stands up gets excited to play with all his friends. We would recommend the Country Club to anyone looking for a place to board, day care or grooming services.

Greedy and unethical. Our dog gets a treat in her morning food...a supplement. You're supposed to bring pre-measured food portions, so it was included in each morning's food baggy, with the baggies marked "am" and "pm". There is literally zero effort or thought involved in giving it, aside from being able to understand the difference between AM and PM. Despite this, the grasping and ungracious proprietors charged $4 extra each day to give the prepackaged food-with-treat (perhaps the extra was to compensate for the struggle to understand "am" and "pm"). These are the type of people that any decent person would refuse to patronize. This is puppy mill country, and I guess this fits with the "it's all about the money" ethos.edit to add: our daughter picked up our dog and paid the bill without examining it. When my wife called to ask about the extra $, she was told "that's our policy" and that there was no recourse. It's unfortunate, but on the other hand it's always good to know the nature of the people you're dealing with.

The Windsor by Canine Country Club is great for dog daycare or boarding. I feel confident in their care and love the facility. So does our Golden Retriever Cooper!

We were very happy with the grooming and trimming of our golden doodle. All the staff at Canine Country Club were very friendly and the woman that trimmed our dog was very kind and patient, as our dog was very scared and nervous for its first grooming session. We highly recommend them!

They treat our dog outstanding! Great attention to the dogs needs. Pricey, but I wouldn't want our dog going anywhere else. Dog is "happy" there, and is normal when we pick him up...unlike another kennel in the area.

Took our Pup there for his first swim lesson and couldn't be happier! For 30 minutes we were able to reserve an indoor space that gradually went from 1 to 4 ft deep and and have personal support to help persuade our new swimmer into the deep end. Dog life jackets, towels, and an blow dry area all included.After the first class options to continue renting privately or join in an open session with more pups open up. Will be frequenting!

Had a tour first and felt really good about leaving our two small dogs. The dogs seemed to have had a great time and were not anxious or hyper when we picked them up, but very calm and seemed very happy. We will be using Canine Country Club again for sure! Very happy!

I have been going here for over 15 years with both my dogs. It has been wonderful to watch them grow in past 13 years from the 1 building to the 2 seperate places. My dog I have has been going there for 13 years. I know whether it's for grooming, daycare or for over night stays, my dog will be spoiled. She loves it there and is known to most of the workers. Even if services are at the Windsor, I know she is very well taken care of.

I had an English Setter that didn't like any daycare we tried until Canine Country Club. He was the one that convinced us and we've taken all of our buddies there since. We've gone on vacation for the first time in many years because our dogs LOVE the place. The people are absolutely wonderful! The dogs are tired and happy when we pick them up and there is no adjustment period when they come home. They're the same happy dogs we dropped off the previous week. I can't thank them enough for the peace of mind they've given us.

My dog went here for years, 4 times a week, every week! No one cares more about your animal than the people who own and operate this facility! Their staff are amazing! Their committment to you and your animal compare to no other place that i have ever been. They celebrate your dogs birthday, holidays etc..as if they were their children! When my dog got older, i stopped sending her, but when we would go over for her to be groomed she would literally try and jump out the car window to go and greet the owner kim (who i believe she thought was her second mom)...Bella loved going here and my heart was at peace while i was gone knowing she was being cared for by the best!

This was our first time leaving our sweet Ashes with kennel. We were gone for 5 days. She did great there. Everyone we delt with was very kind. There was a good amount of space for the puppers to run around once a day. It cost a little more then some places, but in our minds it was worth it.

Terrible place! It sucks. Dishonest people. Never go here!!! Picked up my dog and she wasn’t the same. Not eating and in pain. Took her to the vet who said she clearly injured her spine at this fake “country club.” They completely denied it. She would’ve squealed when it happened 100%. I can’t recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Had our dogs here for a week in August. Filled out paperwork specifying that our dogs were not to be included in group with other dogs. They included our dogs anyway. When we got them back they were both sick. Two trips to the vet for one dog and one trip for the other to get them healthy again. Sent an e-mail to the owners which was ignored. Don't be taken in by the Christian charade. ETA. No one attempted to contact us. At a minimum we would've seen a missed call. In addition to being incompetent they are also liars.

I want to share a recent experience that we had with Canine Country Club, specifically The Windsor.We kenneled Sally there for 9 days. Canine Country Club has a great reputation. We’ve had our dog, Sally there a bunch of times, typically just weekends. Because of successful previous shorter stays, we felt comfortable leaving Sally in the care of The Windsor.In this case, we picked Sally up and found her to appear emaciated. Her ribs are sticking out as are her hip bones and her spine. She has lost a lot of weight and is terribly thin. She is normally a very high-energy dog and now seems to have low energy and appears to be almost depressed.I understand that she was likely nervous about being away from home and wasn’t eating like she normally would. However, we should have been contacted. I even checked in with them mid-stay to ask about Sally and they reported that everything was fine. Had they alerted us to Sally's condition/appearance we could have worked with them on ways to coax Sally to eat.This was our experience but I’d like to prevent this from happening to any of you. If you kennel your pets, ask for photo updates. Talk to the staff, ask them to physically look at your pets and report on their condition. I only wish now that I would have done that instead of relying on emails or texts. It is my opinion that the staff at the Windsor did not pay attention to Sally. For the extremely high price for their services, I would expect more. In addition, Canine Country Club uses the phrase "D O G - Depend on God" in their marketing materials, on their voicemail and in their emails. For a business who espouses to be so "Godly", they allowed my dog to nearly starve. I will never use Canine Country Club again.Sally is home and is ravenous. Hopefully she’ll put the weight back on quickly and will return to her crazy old self.

Heads and tails better than all local competitors. Dogs aren't thrown into a cage and left to bark for all hours after you leave. Our dog is terrified of day cares but loves this place. A+

They are extremely unreliable. I went there in person to inspect the facility and at the same time I made a reservation for my two dogs. They were supposed to stay from Friday morning June 10th through to Monday morning June 13th. I called on Tuesday AM June 6th to confirm my appointment. No one picked up the phone nor did anyone return my call until I telephoned them again on Thursday June 8th. I received a call back from a very curt individual who told me that they did not have a reservation for my dogs perhaps they could fit them in, but they would not let me know until later that day. In the mean time this reservation was booked in person weeks in advance and I had an out of town wedding to attend and had to leave at 8:00 AM on Friday June 9th. You can only image my panic. I immediately called another facility and was lucky enough to get My gods in. I called K9 country club back to tell them to forget it and of course no one Answered the phone. I left a message and need less to say no one ever called back to explain what happened or to apologize.
