It’s affordable for most items and staff is typically kind. However, the overall looks of the store is dirty. The bathroom was very dirty along with the floors and walls throughout the store.

What a great store. You can purchase almost anything you want here. It's a step back in time when you could go to a department store and actually shop for different items and their prices are very good. We need more stores like this that are not a hassle like Walmart. They are small but better and you can get personal service to help find items that you need and you can order things online and pick them up at the store.

Normally have been very happy w my cheap finds but today I was treated poorly by management / key holder. I found a bag of cat food that had a label for 5.50 that was put on by shipper. This was not price of cat food. The mgr was condescending and frankly snotty. When I tried to point out that they should honor price she treated me like I was a thief n spoke poorly about me to Someone on phone. She also tried to tell me she would lose her job. Frankly that's not true. I did not make a scene but I will now boycott the store I went I to weekly. I refuse to be treated like garbage n even my coworker was appalled at her lack of professionalism and won't go back. I realize that its hard to find decent help but this "lady" doesn't do the store justice .

Selection of items vary making you want to stop by often. Pricing on product is low to moderate, making it affordable for all clientele. Product is always in stock, unless changing out seasonal items, which is forgivable. Bathrooms remain to have a constant cleanliness, which is pleasant. Associates are helpful, whether trying to find Easter items or a particular item, they will go out of their way in order to get you what you are looking for.

I love this store. They have bit of everything and prices cant be beat. Some name brands are so cheap when you get lucky and find them there. The cashiers and staff are nice, polite and helpful.

I love this place. I always find good deals. Employees very friendly. I might have to drive about 30 to 35 miles to get there but as always well worth the trip.

The staff was friendly, and the store was clean. This store had a large variety of items at discount prices. They have jewelery,men's, women's and children's clothes, housewares, food and more. One downside to this store is the bathrooms. The bathrooms are best described as scary.

I don't understand the point of this store at all. It's basically Dollar General/Family Dollar with less consistent merchandise and higher prices. They never have enough cashiers working so checking out is an ordeal. I do not plan to bother checking here for anything in the future.

Old, dirty and disorganized, but for a store whose goal is to provide a lot of variety for cheap, they hit the spot very well. Only go here once in awhile for something small but it has a decent variety of items to choose from and the little that I interacted with the staff was pleasant.

We go to Roses about once a week. Yes their stuff is mostly Chinese and yes their stuff is cheaper than even Wal-Mart, but they have so much merchandise to look at. From clothes, shoes and houswares (including some grocery items) to Christmas trees and decorations, they have a little of everything. I got a pair of new Wrangler jeans for under $10. Last year I got a pair of insulated coveralls for $29. You've got to at least give them a look see.

They had low prices on nice things. I would of have them 5 stars but they didn't have anyone working to assist with help. I had to wait in line for a cashier to assist with the dressing rooms.

I was only familiar with Roses by going to the one in O.C. Maryland on vacation. This one is pretty much the same. Closest comparison? A mix between an Ollie's and a dollar store. I come here for little things, drinks or snacks, laundry detergent, and toiletries. 3 out of 5 stars for me, neat to look around in, general things you'd use daily, but nothing outstanding.

A discount store, in Oct u can do a layaway for Xmas but it ends early in Nov. They have many of differnt things, clothin down to pet food, to human food, to household items needed everyday livin. A NICE place to shop with a value for ur dollars, kinda reminds me of an old Kmart store. N they carry some of the same items as Wal-Mart. Bought kids stretch pants at Wal-Mart to find them at Roses $2 cheaper. Now u do need to pay attention to some of the clothing, I have found some 2nds there, n it may just b sewed incorrectly but pay attention. An as usual people whom wear a large top, may take a differnt size on pants, will switch up the sizes to fit them or someone else, so if u buy n outfit for kids or adults check both items to make sure they match. N on Wed they have senior discount days. Nice, enjoy shoppin there. N its only 1 store county wide that is Roses. Hurry n get that deal..

Only One cashier, who also had the keys to changing rooms.My Niece locked out in a bathing suit and had to stand there because we could not get in changing room where her clothes were. Cashier couldnt leave to help us because she had to be at cash register. no one else was around to help us. Frustrating ! Cheap prices though.

Very polite cashier's. Left my purse in cart one-day at store. Manager called my cell. I went back he had found it. Everything was in it. Over 300.00 dollars cash I had in my purse.
