Poor repeated experience here. We have been filling our dogs medication here for the last few months because of its proximity to the vet. They never have the medication ready at the promised time, not even hours after. We now call before coming to see if it is ready (5+ hours later) and it never is. We had an issue about something missing from the script so they could not fill it (which is not their fault) but we received no contact between 1130am drop off and the call to see it it’s ready at 530pm. It’s been frustrating more than once

This Rite Aide is very good, helpful and accommodating. My mother is in her 80 and they were very accommodating giving her her vaccinations.

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. Pharmacist and staff including Tammy the pharm tech have absolutely no customer service whatsoever. They never smile, they are never eager to help you. Please get other staff that actually wants to work with the public.

Consistent problems getting meds. Script renewal requests go to the wrong places and never get filled. Half the time they don't have the medications. One fill system is such a mess the pharmacy won't even use it. Now the pharmacy closes at 6 and for like and hour and a half around lunch so if you work, good luck... Done here. Get it together or shut it down.

I've always been treated with respect and care! This pharmacy's staff is super friendly and always ask how I am. The biscuits they give my dog doesn't hurt either. Seriously, you'd be hard pressed to find a better Pharmacy, which is way through so moves, I continue to patronize this one!Thanks for your kindness, competency and care, you guys/gals are awesome! - Tammi Morris

I have never had problems with this location. Except about 7 years ago, we purchased expired OTC that should have already been removed from the shelf. My most recent issue is I had scheduled a covid booster shot for my son. I completed all necessary forms online, received multiple email and text reminders of the date and time. Upon arrival at the pharmacy with my son at our scheduled date and time, we were told they have no more covid vaccines for his age, they used all they had. We were told to return the next day and they would save one for him. THE VACCINE SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN RESERVED FOR A CUSTOMER WITH AN APPOINTMENT. If it is first come, first serve....then they should not require appointments. This was beyond unacceptable. I'm not sure if there is a disconnect with the corporate appointment website and the local store or what the deal is, but this was absolutely unacceptable. If they never bothered to reserve the vaccine for the SCHEDULED appointment, how can I be confident they will actually reserve one for us the next day? If they keep honoring walk-ins and ignore the fact that there were appointments later in the day, they will continue to run out and will continue to turn away additional customers with appointments. Very disappointed and will likely not return to this location for any future needs. ZERO star rating.

The pharmacist Greg is really rude and will gladly tell you to go to a different pharmacy if you don't like it. Guess what Greg I've been a customer longer than you've been their pharmacist so if you don't like it you can leave.

I visited the Manchester, PA Rite Aid for specific items due to them being over priced at cvs. I saved enough on the one item that I was able to get a second item as well. I was greeted by 3 associates with smiles when I walked in, and check out was fast and the cashier was extrmely helpful. I honestly think im switching pharmacies, I'll save money and feel more valued as a customer.

Their delivery service is a joke. My meds never came and now I’m in withdrawal, and they lied when they said they were ready to be picked up, because they weren’t there when I actually decided to show up. The whole point of delivery was so that I didn’t have to drive all the way here. Extremely disappointed.

Update 4 months later: this pharmacy still a mess, now I'm out of a medication i take twice a day because the pharmacy is "backed up". I haven't had it all day today and won't have it tomorrow because I work.I've been trying to change pharmacies, I'm working with my insurance. At this point, I'll drive out of my way if I need to.What in the world is happening with their pharmacy lately?! If you use them regularly and visit them frequently, I hope you're not having the same issues my husband and I are having. I take a lot of medications for an autoimmune disorder and managing intracranial hypertension, my husband takes blood pressure medication, so they really shouldn't be played around with. UNFORTUNATELY, we're both dealing with many frustrations with this pharmacy resulting in incorrectly taking life sustaining medication. At first, it was simple mistakes you can excuse but the other day I was given someone else's medication instead of my own, not even charged for it, and today my husband spent the entire day ATTEMPTING to fill a medication that hes been putting through to get filled all week both through the ap and on the phone. He spoke to someone today who said they'll be ready by 3pm and when he inquired at 5pm after being told there were no meds ready, the ignorant, miserable lady with the accent told my husband that he called in to have them sent elsewhere to another pharmacy WHICH IS NOT THE CASE.We're inquiring about Target pharmacy this coming week because for one, I'm sick of the lady with the accent who does as she pleases and treats people however she wants. I know several people who use that pharmacy and I've spoken to the other techs about her who equally share the same feelings. She canceled a RX I needed transferred when I was in a different state instead of just sending it to the other pharmacy and told me to get my doctor to send a new one, which created a whole slew of issues and an ER bill since I didn't have my medications. She refused to give my mother in law insulin because she didn't have her driver's license. I've never had to show my drivers license. These people need to fix these issues and fix them fast before they make too many mistakes that they can't fix.

Went their to pick up a western union money and they were absolutely no help. Before I got finished she told me she closed her drawer out and their was not enough money. All this after she told me what I had to do to get my money. Some people just don't give a you know what😬😬

Typical pharmacy/"drug store" which also carries large supply of over the counter medications, and incidentals. Many miscellaneous items like greeting cards, candy, small holiday decor, batteries and limited grocery items. Staff nice and helpful.

The pharmacist will lie about having your medication and are completely rude lacking social skills. It’s a group of people who cover up their mistakes with out caring if you are saving money or not, Avoid this group and take your business to someone who cares.

I started going to this pharmacy for approximately 10 months with the same prescription. They have had to order this prescription every month and they still do not have the order ready a day after they informed me it would be ready to be picked up.
