Our dogs do a great job getting their nails done, and I know Lindsay’s calm demeanor and professionalism plays a large part in their behavior. I highly recommend her for a quick nail clipping or a full grooming experience!

I too was told to take my business elsewhere because I didn't schedule on an 8 week cycle. Grooming work was fine. Very disappointed that being a good customer wasn't good enough for Lindsay. I used Sue all the way back to our Animal Medic days and trusted the transition to Lindsay would last as my little dog is elderly. How cruel to have too seek another Groomer after switching from Sue to Lindsay.We have never had the discussion you describe. And my dog has never been in the condition you describe. You are defensive and offensive.

Since Sue sold the business. Long time loyal customers told book every 8 wks or pound sand. My dogs don't need that frequency. I know Sue would be crushed this is happening.

I am able to bring my dog in to get her nails clipped. The owner is polite and does not frightening my dog. I can be in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Did the walk in nail trim for my dog. Staff was great, and super quick. If I was there 15 minutes I would be surprised. Will definitely go back!
