They are carrying less, and less food and other items than ever. I'm tired of finding yet another food item I've only ever purchased here since it was built no longer in stock. Especially for good. Not just sold out. They had the best selection of All Natural Turkey Hill Ice cream. Now I'm lucky to find one, of the two flavors. They discontinued Ciabata bread in frozen garlic bread section. And never many other items in stock.

Like most giant stores its clean and mostly always stocked, ilike the store made suns and sandwiches but many times there out of my favorite American cold cut. They almost always have some sandwiches made.

They are price gouging their gas prices like all of manchester does. Right now low grade gas is 3.69 a gallon. But if you look all around York area and even lancaster and carlisle gas is anywhere from 3.42 to 3.49 as of 11-10-23. I just wanted to make people aware of what they are doing to their customers. You think your points are helping you. No, they just keep their gas 20 to 30 cents higher than people 5 mile away.

The store itself is one of the best in the areas in terms of cleanliness and keeping items stocked. The biggest downside is that you’ll put your order in at the Deli, go on to do the rest of your shopping, and then when you come back 20+ minutes later, your stuff still isn’t done and you have to wait another 10 minutes. Not to mention you’ll never see the manager there. The manager should be embarrassed of themselves

I live 4 hours away, but am in the area several times a year visiting family.Always stop here for the bakery goods. Specifically the bagels and the individual desserts.Also the sushi is very good and actually fresh for a supermarket. Obviously not as good as a sushi restaurant but for a supermarket or gas station it's really good sushiStaff has always been friendly and helpful, and the store is clean.

I love this store, don’t get me wrong. But too often have I grabbed expired foods (especially in produce) and moldy breads off the shelves. You need to make sure you’re rotating your product. (Edit 9/27) remember to check the dates on EVERYTHING you buy. I just bought popcorn and didn’t realize until I got home that it expired in FEBRUARY and it’s freaking September!!

The store is nice, always clean.Every time I go to the deli though it takes 20+ minutes to get the couple things I need, even if there’s no one else ahead of me or any pending kiosk orders. It’s extremely frustrating and I think they need to do some better time management training in that department.

Every time i go to this Giant with a recipe, Without fail at least one important ingredient is sold out. More often it's more than one thing that they don't have. There's an obvious empty spot on a shelf somebody should notice it and restock very frustrating.

This is the second occurrence in a short period of time that I have gotten expired foods from this Giant. I usually never have this problem with other stores, and nobody expects to grab expired food off the shelf of the grocery store. Likewise, nobody wants to be eating something and look at the box to see it had expired a week ago (like with my cheese). I will not continue shopping here until this improves, your competitors will get my business.

I shop at the Manchester store. They have a problem getting employees to bring in carts & restocking the milk. You can see the milk in the cooler but no one checks to see if it needs restocked.

I never really have issues at this Giant. The cashiers are always awesome and the store is well-stocked and clean. The worst I've had happen is bringing home some drinks and finding that they had already been opened. Other than that, very few issues. Would definitely recommend!

We go to this Giant all the time. It's a bit smaller than some. It's generally seems clean and neat. Most of the employees are nice enough. The only problem is, and this isn't a new thing, when there's a sale, they don't stock enough items, especially pasta. Many times, the pasta section is about wiped out. Frozen vegetables are at times at a premium, too. Lack of stock can be annoying as there isn't another grocery store for at least 20 minutes away.

I've been a customer of this Giant for over 6 years, and have experienced varying levels of customer service. I've never been treated with such disrespect as I was today by "Frankie" in the deli. There was clearly a mistake with my kiosk order. He did absolutely nothing to apologize nor did he even acknowledge there was a mistake. He literally did nothing except slice up my one order.And why is it, every time I go to ring up an item at the self-checkout, at least one product on sale comes up at regular price? And none of the self-checkout employees seem to care. Very dissatisfied!

Very clean and employees are friendly and helpful. I don't care too much about price anymore because food is expensive everywhere you go and the produce sucks everywhere you go too (shop local farmers markets people). Much better experience then Walmart. Keep up the good work Giant👍

Best grocery store in the area! Their product selection is so much better than any store around. This GIANT specifically has so much of a better selection than any other GIANT, too. Not to mention their staff is all truly wonderful! Never encountered an employee who wasn't nice. We've ordered pick up from them a few times as well and it's a very impressive system. Some orders have been really small, some have been huge, but we've always been very happy with, (and thankful for), that service.

Keeps shelves clean and stocked. Hot food bar has a nice selection and to go food is well maintained . Bakery is always a great spot to grab a delicious treat for coworkers.
