So I had to pay out of pocket over $2500.00 for my medication because change health coupon was down. I received a letter stating that I was going to get a refund and to please call this number and use reference numberListed in letter .I called the number and talked to 3 different people who were not able to help me .Why CVS ? I have only had problems filling my meds with you..Your staff are rude and unhelpful and act like we the patients are horrible people. I also work for another pharmacy for the last 25 years and I get you are over worked and short staffed at times ..but be kind and understanding to your patients and honest about what's going on instead of being rude and hateful. I always feel like I am I problem when I come to pick my meds up. Take the time to get to know your patients and show then empathy instead of making them feel like you can't stand them when there is a problem with their order. I have received medication with labels only on 1 out of 2 bottles on medication also disacants inside my bottles of meds ..How about a thank you to your patients and put a smile on your face and thanking patients for being understanding for the mistakes..Trust me that goes a long way .Instead of making me feel like I did something wrong for asking for a label for my medication..

Avoid at ALL costs. There is a Rite Aid right by if you need a pharmacy in the area. Anything is better than this. I have been going to this CVS for about 3 years because I moved out here and it was easy to transfer to CVS since that what I was using previously. I have a pricey, monthly reoccurring prescription orders (so, a longstanding, "valuable" customer for the brand). The pharmacy staff (and more specifically the woman who was on the phone with me today who was absolutely unhelpful and rude when they were the ones who left me a message to call in and who had zero customer service experience) is incredibly unorganized, and I have had multiple poor experiences there. No where near seamless. Texting service is not timely (which is likely a corporate issue), saying I need a script after already picking it up, and the text has a sense of urgency. Out of stock meds. No notes in my file from messages they left. People literally not having a clue how to do their job. It is not all the staff, but enough of them that it's a big impact. You never know what you're going to get. Most of the time it's slow, rude, not timely or communicative, anything else you may consider a flaw in what is supposed to be your trusted pharmacy. Not sure if there's a turnover or management issue, but highly recommend CVS headquarters take a look at this location. This review is harsh, and I have only ever given one other bad review 6 years ago on Google so trust that because I took time to write this out, it's genuinely bad. (only 4 reviews total I've ever given on here including this one) My condolences to those of you who work here who genuinely care about what you do and bring your best most competent self to work every day (or most days). News flash: don't become a convenience store pharmacy employee if you don't know how to treat your customers. If you do choose to go here or have no other choice, I hope your experiences are better than mine have been. I will not be back and potentially never another CVS again after my experience here. As you can see by the majority of 1 star reviews, I am not alone!!PS: if CVS corporate uses call recording tracking, you can listen to the call yourself, I can send you the date and time upon contact. You will notice my frustration as the call continues, as I was matching the energy I was receiving, and you will also notice the EXTREME rudeness from the very beginning of the call. Unfortunately I do not have this person's name but according to other reviews like one from 3 months ago it may be the same staff member. Or, there's multiple employees like this.I'd also like to note that it's incredibly daunting to leave a review like this when this company holds your medication in their hands (hence why I will no longer be going there) and has access to your PHI (Protected Health Information, including personal information like name and address). Upon leaving this review, I'd keep an eye out that these employees are following HIPAA compliance when it comes to my PHI, especially since leaving this review. This is just an observation, not an accusation, but given this location's track record may be worth an audit. I will be making CVS corporate headquarters aware.

Not really understanding all of the bad reviews… this is a great location. I have never once had an issue with the pharmacy here. One time they ran out of my specific medication. They contacted my doctor’s office and my doctor was able to call me in a different inhaler. Had it ready within 15 min for me. The staff is nice and friendly and they usually have what I need in stock throughout the store as well. signage on products for their deals/sales are a little off sometimes but the price checker station is convenient and great coupons.

On two occasions I've went to the pharmacy where the pharmacy tech with brown hair and bangs is extremely rude with poor customer service skills. She doesn't acknowledge customers at the counter nor does she come to the drive thru window. I informed her that I will correct her lack of customer service skills everytime. Training is needed I don't get paid to train her but I will.

This place has had some recent changes in personnel for the better. I missed the new pharmacists name, but she has been very helpful, polite and personal the last few visits. Like beyond the scope of her duties. Really going the extra mile. Then I recently met their new tech, Cloe. She just has this beautiful smile that's so welcoming. She's already so knowledgeable. Very friendly and understanding. CVS really did themselves a favor hiring her. Especially when they are so understaffed and they are over worked. Keep up the good work ladies I appreciate you!Dave

Terrible service. I was waiting for a prescription for my girlfriend when I overhear a gentlemen complain about the wait. The pharmacist asked "what pharmacy do you work at sir?" When asking about the waiting time to get something filled. Completely unacceptable

I hate to say it but all the reviews here hold true for the pharmacy. Super slow. Took a week for my inhaler I needed to help breathe daily. The staff are sometimes nice but most of the time aren't.I haven't had any bad experience with the front counter though. So if you're not coming here for meds then you will be okay. They also usually have good discounted after holiday goods.It's also pretty clean as far as I could tell. Good location. Parking is never an issue.

Pharmacy has the most disrespectful employees I’ve EVER encountered!! The blonde female with the ponytail is the absolute worst! Called four times and was put on hold and disconnected! Went to ask if issue with their phone and she basically called me a liar!She stated she is answering every phone call since 6:00!Why would I mention it if it was not true?????I will go somewhere else from now on until CVS replaces these rude incompetent people at Manchester Pa CVS. I don't think they are trying to be nasty - but they really could use some customer service training. It is getting a little better, but it seems that they give you a hard time more times than not and do not communicate that they want to help you. It gives you an awkward feeling after the transaction. I have often considered switching to another CVS but I really like how close this one is to my house. I hope they just improve.

They have some nice people in the store but two of the last three times I’ve driven to the pharmacy they were closed unexpectedly. This all happened in a couple weeks. I’m not sure what the problem is but I don’t enjoy driving there for nothing. If I could look this up on the website, that would be fine, things happen. But driving there and wasting my time and gas is not worth it. I’ll find something more reliable. ):

Horrible! Terrible! The pharmacy is closed willy nilly. I've been trying to get my anti-depressant since last week! I've had to go one day without so far. One more day, and it's going to be bad news...big time. I keep going. They're closed. The pharmacist is sick. They don't have enough help. They're closed. Ineptness at its finest. FIX IT!!!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would.

I've been getting my prescription filled at this CVS for years. The pharmacy has been great about filling it like clockwork at the same time each month. Since this year started, I have had to call to check on my prescription two months in a row. I get the same thing monthly, its ridiculous to have it almost be the end of a month and have no idea where my prescription is. I'm even enrolled in autorefill! I called today and they said they'll have it ready in 15 minutes. Fill it sooner and on time so I don't have to call and be on hold for 10 minutes!!!

Last 2 times I’ve gone to get my scripts their closed bc not having people to work. I don’t understand. These scripts are important. If I don’t get mine I could get seriously sick. Today went again and same thing. Their closed…. So another day without my script which I need!

I just can't take it anymore. I have been going there every month for almost a year and every month it's the same run around. I get autobot calls telling me my scripts are ready and drive out there to find out one of my 8 scripts is ready when they all should be ready. I have to make up to 4 trips some months to get all my scripts because they were out and had to order something and it still didn't come in or I am out of refills and they needed me to ask where my script is before they realize they need to send a request to my doctor. I have given up on putting my scripts on auto refill because I have to do it every month, somehow auto refill never takes and just disappears. I spend more in gas driving down there and walking them through all my scripts every month (just for them to screw it up anyway) than I do on what I pay out of pocket for my scripts. I go weeks sometimes without meds I need due to their errors. On top of this I have severe anxiety so this has truly been a nightmare for me. This is the first bad review I have ever written on a public forum and I hope to not have to do it again. My experience has been so bad though and it's time I find a new pharmacy asap!

I used to love this cvs but the last year or so, they have been incredibly slow. Like ridiculously! There’s no reason my 1 medicine should take 2 days to fill! Drive through is slow also. What’s the point of having two if they only use one? Terrible!!!The store itself is fine, I’ve never really had a problem with them.

The reviews are for the most part accurate. Pharmacy staff are not always friendly but the main reason for this review is the lack of antibacterial hand wipes at the door. They promote COVID education but aren’t applying it themselves.

Pharmacy has long waits and have got in my prescription incorrect multiple times and have not had it when I go to pick it up even after trying to sign up for automatic refill multiple times. Also good to know you cannot use extra bucks in the pharmacy. Staff is not helpful.

This is the rudest pharmacist you'll ever come across!! I have sat at drive through window and listened to her totally talk to her co worker about me and her words were " can't she understand!?" How rude and unprofessional not to mention my doctor sent stomach script to cvs Manchester yesterday morning before 11am and today at 2:20pm she is just processing it like WTH I have moved most of my medications to rite aid due to cvs pharmacist receiving script from Dr but not filling promptly only downfall is rite aid cost anywhere from 5 to 20$ more on most of my medications therefore cvs knows they have control of us in this area so they continue to be rude unprofessional uncaring sarcastic individuals after today I'm definitely willing to drive the distance and move my family and I scripts away from cvs guaranteed today is the last day I'll EVER deal with the extreme frustration of cvs Manchester Pa and I have notified my doctor to this situation considering my medicine today is for a disease I live w and need this medication to go through a semi normal day without extreme pain but cvs doesn't care wish I didn't have to give 1 start cause they definitely do not deserve even 1 star more like minus 1 star

Last week called to speak w pharmacy over mislabeled med. Kayla (?) Was disrespectful and unhelpful n unprofessional. Today when called again same girl who gave me attitude then left me on hold for 14 mins to be replaced by another rude woman who also would not listen then she gave me attitude and accused me of being rude when she was talking over me. I would switch pharmacies if left up to me. Btw, according to website the time i called was not peak time and was left on hold for so long was just pure maliciousness.

The slowest most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Anytime I’ve needed a medication it takes at least 15 minutes for them to get it and If there’s a line be prepared to be there for over a half hour. On numerous occasions I’ve been told my medication was ready for pick up and when I get there they told me they’re sold out of it.

If I could give ZERO stars, they'd get it because they are absolutely terrible. Not only did I get yelled at and scolded for asking questions in front of a crowded store, I was blatantly lied to then publically shamed for the medication I was prescribed when the pharmacy tech decided to announce as loudly and with as much attitude as possible, that I should get used to being without "X" prescription for a while and I probably shouldn't even be taking it anyway. Oh yeah, this was all after I got a text saying my script was ready and upon showing up, its on backorder and they couldn't tell me when it would be available because it's been on backorder for months (which is funny because I picked up the last one 30 days ago).

I called to order a refill on one of my scripts 3 days ago and was told my script was ready. So yesterday I was in Dover running errands and stopped at CVS to pick up my script. The girl at the window tells me I didn't have any sçripts ready for pickup? Y'all have one hell of way to run a business.

The employees are polite and courteous, but when calling in a prescription, add at least an hour to the time they tell you it'll be ready. This has happened to me the past two times, wasting two lunch breaks. There won't be a third.

Worst pharmacy in York County slow as anything especially the drive thru rude disrespectful staff in pharmacy called do your job if you don’t like it find a different occupation if could leave a zero review I would cause that’s all this place deserves maybe CVS corporate should do something except worry about over inflated prescription prices
