I took my first dog, Whiskey to Wagsworth ever since we got her 14 years ago, and she loved it! Once she passed away we got a new dog named Daisy who also loves it! Daisy goes to daycare and gets the swim package when she boards and she’s all smiles when I go to pick her up! My cats unfortunately hated it but that’s because they’re felines and you just can’t please them. 🤷

Jax loves coming here and seems to be enjoying his playtime. Friendly staff and having a small dog at 8lbs. I have confidence that he is not only in with his energy level but also by size. I prefer he not be with large dogs as the energy levels are different and he might be stepped on or jumped on. Thank you Wagsworth for being attentive to small breeds. I appreciate it and can leave him knowing he'll have a great day!

Wagsworth Manor is the BEST place to board your furry friends. We have been taking our dog, Mack, to Waggy’s for the past 11+ years! They truly are family! Our guy has stayed there probably close to 20 times. Trips as short as 1 day to as long as 10 days for our honeymoon. The experience has been nothing, but perfect! Drop off is easy, pickup is easy, and our pal always came home happy and healthy. Others complaining about the price is nonsense. In life, whether a person or a pet, you pay for quality care and that’s exactly what this place gives you. They’ve followed every detail given, even when our guy was older and needed meds. We even got pictures of Mack taken daily! Don’t get us started on the race car beds! To finish, our pup recently passed away. They sent a sympathy card with about a dozen hand written notes from employees that have taken care of Mack over the years! All of this is why Wagsworth Manor is and will always be the best in the area for our furry friends.

My performance dog who had her docken duck, missed her 1/2 hour swim opportunity.....because? At least the staff caught the discrepancy & didn't charge me. Her daycare report was fun to read & I wasn't suprised that she picked Matt as her go to staff cuz she loves men. Thanks!!!

We have boarded our dog a few times here and he does very well. The staff is helpful when booking as it took me a minute to understand the menu of services offered. I like that there are options you can tailor to your pet.

We have a young lab who will be two this month. He has lots of energy and loves to swim. We’ve been taking him to Wagsworth Manor for just over a year now. We primarily were looking for a place where he could swim during the winter months. So, the indoor pool was great. That quickly turned into weekly camp visits.I have only good things to say. I love the clear communication with the staff and the facility managers. I feel very confident when I drop Louie off at camp for the day that he is well taken care of. He comes home happy and tired.We are very pleased with the staff and facility.

I absolutely recommend Wagsworth Manor! As a Certified Canine Behavior Specialist, I am extremely selective as to who cares for my dog, and these folks are the best in the area. The entire staff rocks! There is a consistent positive energy throughout the business and each staff member is educated, thoughtful and communicative. Well done, Wags!

My two dogs had a wonderful time in dog day camp at Wagsworth Manor. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and great with my two dogs when they walked the dogs into the manor. Very efficient process. The dogs were both extremely happy but tired when we picked them up. They both seem to enjoy their day very much. Thank you and I will always use Wagsworth Manor for day camp and boarding.

This is an exceptional facility. Their primary focus is the comfort and well-being of your pet. On this first-time boarding experience, my dog was not a great guest. After sample assessments, they called me to describe her reactions and suggest alternative activities, keeping basically the same price.

I recently boarded my dogs at Wagsworth. The place and the staff were very nice. Drop off and pickup were very easy. The place is ridiculously expensive and they have additional costs for everything. They tell you to being something small with your scent on it for your dog, like a towel or shirt. I brought two small blankets and they charge an extra $8 for a blanket that is slightly bigger than a towel. They change an additional $8/day if you want them to feed your dog their own food rather than the food they have there. Who would want to suddenly change their dogs food and upset their stomach? Would you like pictures of your dog sent to you? That's an extra change. I was told they would send me a free picture, but I never received it. My dogs didn't get kennel cough and didn't come back with any injuries. I paid over $500 to board my dogs for 2 and a half days.

We were happy to place our baby boy Ziggy once again with your "resort". This time Ziggy was able to engage in group play and per our reports he was one happy boy. He made friends and the staff clearly loved our big boy. I am happy to report upon his return home, there were no issues (some minor diarrhea) but that didn't last long. I could tell he was most happy being home but apparently he did miss his friends from group play as every time we went out on his first day being home, he looked around to find them I had to explain he was home.. But Wagsworth clearly lives up to their reputation (and trust me I can be a pain about the care of my baby). He was fed well, when I called they called me right back providing me updates on his well being. I know folks may complain about the price but as far as I'm concerned there is no price too high to give my boy the best care out there and I can enjoy my vacations with peace of mind knowing I don't have to worry about him. We look forward to bringing Ziggy back in June for his mini-vacation.

Worth every penny!Wagworth Manor is a very well-run establishment filled with professional and qualified employees who care for your dog as if he/she was their own. Our lab had a great time playing with the other dogs and being attended to by the staff. How do we know this? We were sent pictures and an email with updates. We also received a report card at the end of his stay with a summary of the visit. I would send our pup back in a heartbeat as I know I would have nothing to worry about while we are away. We have left our puppy, Hugo, at Wagsworth several times and both we and Hugo have been delighted with the experience each time. The staff all seem devoted to the care and well-being of the animals in their charge and Hugo, who often suffers from separation anxiety, has always been happy to be dropped off at Wagsworth.

We had a wonderful experience at Wagsworth Manor. We boarded our two dogs in the Silo suite. The staff at Wagsworth was very professional and helpful. Our dogs are a little fearful and the caregivers were very kind and patient with them. Our younger pup was a first time boarder and did not eat at first. The caregivers worked with me to get her to eat and were very responsive to my phone calls. We would definitely recommend Wagsworth!!

After a couple of "stays" at Wagsworth Manor, I found my dog actively encouraging me to take more trips, and couldn't figure out why. Now I have finally connected the dots. He loves staying at Wagsworth. I love it because it has become the stress-free way for me to travel for work, knowing that he is safe, and enjoying the attention lavished on him by the wonderful staff. If I had a tail, it'd be wagging too for Wagsworth Manor!

Love Wagsworth! My dog has been coming here for a little over a year and she always has a great time. She gets a bath with teeth brushing 1-2x a month and it’s very affordable for a husky! She comes back dry and smelling great for weeks. We tried private swimming lessons and she didn’t hate it which is a success. They’re very patient with your dog and great at their jobs! Will be trying boarding here soon!

This is not the Wagsworth of old. We’ve been taking our Golden Retriever there since he was a puppy 8 years ago. When we first went the team there was incredible. They knew him, loved him and were attentive to him. Now, every time I drop him off it is like Groundhog Day. They know nothing about the dogs,They ask the same questions over and over, and frankly don’t seem to care. So for the price, your dog isn’t getting the special love and attention they claim to offer.And the prices are ridiculous. Add to that the little ‘add-in’s’ like feeding you dog their own food (5.00) or feeding separately (8.00). There is no grace period so pick up before noon or you get charged a whole extra day. Oh, and they open at 9.00 on Saturday and 11.00 on Sunday so if you have morning plans you can add the night before to your bill.The worst was when I picked up my dogs with kennel Cough after a few days there. When I called I was told they did have a dog ( or maybe more than one) in there with it. Why would they tell me that before I dropped my dogs off? Easy. They want the money.I miss the old Wagsworth. This isn’t it

Wagsworth Manor was amazing! It was my first time boarding my rescue pup, who moved in with me Dec 2022. I was extremely nervous and worried about boarding him when I wfh, he sleeps with me, and I rarely leave him alone. Between picture update emails, the vast variety of activity upgrades, and the report card at the end of his stay, I was able to enjoy my vacay away, knowing my pup was well taken care of in my absence. I would absolutely board him here again!

We've been using Wagsworth for several years now. The staff are very friendly and obviously animal lovers. They seem to know each dog's personality and treat them with love and special care. My dog really enjoys going there. My daughter also uses Wagsworth for her two Frenchies and even boards them sometimes. It's been a really good experience. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

We took our dog for a private swim session! It is a nice option to have someplace nice like Wagsworth to take your dog for great exercise such as swimming! She has a blast! I would highly recommend.

We use wagsworth for grooming and boarding. Our dog absolutely loves it there. It is the best to be able to travel and feel comfortable to enjoy your trip knowing your dog is having fun in a safe environment. We love each groomer for bathing or even haircut etc. It has been a great experience from puppy play dates to now our three year old dog still loving wagsworth!

We took our 1 yr. old golden retriever there for his birthday and scheduled an individual swim. He loved it! We were able to watch from the lobby and share in his excitement! Everyone who worked there was very nice.

I visited many different kennels before I choosing Wagsworth as a place I would kennel my dog. I’m very comfortable leaving him there , he has stomach sensitivity issue; he always comes home well cared for and healthy. I would highly recommend Wagsworth. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful.

This was our third stay at Wagsworth and I can't stress enough how wonderful the people and facilities are. My two cats always come home happy, cuddly, and healthy. The people at Wagsworth are so communicative and kind - I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for pet boarding!

Extremely disappointed that my dog was not welcome at Wagsworth Manor and was not even given the chance to meet the staff/dogs because he has Pit Bull in his genes. He is a very mixed breed. The only reason we know he has Pit Bull in him is because we did a DNA test! He is socialized and has never had a problem with another dog. I see similar comments from other Pit Bull mixed dog owners. It is a shame they judge the breed before even meeting the dog! I would understand if he got to visit and didn’t fit in, but not being given the opportunity to try it just stinks!

Barkley and Shirley’s first time at Wagsworth was great. Staff is very professional and friendly. The daily photo updates were wonderful. We’ll definitely be coming back here again.
