Just now cancelled my order. The dealership staff has a lot of attitude. I was transferred 6 times to multiple person and last person hungup on me. Again called and was again sent in loop, surprisingly the sales person was one of them who transferred me to a random person in store. One Sales person was definitely arrogant and had lot of attitude Overall bad experience and would never go to this dealership again. Happy that I got another human friendly place to place an order.

Going thru my papers yesterday for the Certified 2019 Nissan Frontier I purchased 3.5 years ago from Sloan. I drove from Richmond Virginia with a one-way rental car, somewhat certain the Frontier was the truck for me. It was as described, and the buying experience was quick and easy with pleasant and helpful folks. A few small perks also for my long drive and interest in Sloan!

My car hesitated over the weekend but no lights came on to alert me there was a true issue. Monday my car died on 195 and I was stranded for 3.5 hours and I had it towed to the Malvern location. It was a stressful situation and Isaac helped me through it. Turns out it was a fluke incident that was basically the perfect storm. Isaac kept me updated on the process and timing. I moved out of state earlier this year and was in town for meetings and I am so thankful to have a reliable place to take my car. I appreciate all of the crew at this location and they always have taken care of me during the past 10 years. Thank you!!!

Called about a vehicle listed online and was told it was in the shop and “was missing a seat” (this makes little sense) and that it would be out of the shop by tomorrow and call us back. Never received a call back. Called back the following day and was informed by another sales person that it was sold out from under us. Why the first sales person needed to make up a story is beyond me. Thanks.

Ok, my son bought a used car from them and a few weeks later the tire got a bubble in it and they would not replace it. Of course they said he didn’t have insurance on the tire. Unbelievable!!!!!! These tires were supposed to be new. Wouldn’t they be under warranty for at least a few months? These dealers are horrible and they never help anyone once u leave with the car. If anything our laws have to change where these auto dealers get away with everything. I will not ever buy a car from this place. Beware of these car dealers they are liars.

I ended up not buying a car from here, but still had a pretty good experience overall and really appreciated the good communication from my internet sales representative Frank. They did a nice job of getting me numbers I asked for and were very easy to work with. Should I change my mind on the vehicle I am looking for, I would definitely come back here.

Salesman (Mohamed) was very professional and helpful, but the finance department and manager had a nasty attitude. Salesman was the only reason why I did business with this location. If you want to get treated with respect, go elsewhere where they will value you and your business.

Almost purchased a used car from Sloane yesterday but was extremely disappointed with both the salesman and internet service manager. Had they been upfront and honest about some minor damage to the vehicle, I would not have been surprised when I arrived at the dealership. Instead the damage was carefully cropped out of the online photos. The salesman was rude and insulted the vehicle that I came in. The car that was for sale was not detailed, but had been well prepared by the service department minus needing a new timing belt. The car had low miles but still had the original 12 year old timing belt. The recommended replacement interval is 7 years. More belts break due to age than mileage. To add insult to injury the manager called me while I drove away telling me that I was wrong about the replacement interval. This is very unfortunate. Had they been honest in their dealing, I would have purchased the vehicle. I think Sloane can do better.

I had a great experience with my second lease from Sloane Toyota of Malvern in December 2023, but have been dealing with an extra payment issue on my old lease right after I signed my second lease. Many emails and promises from the Sales Manager Mike have not resolved the issue.People, be aware and do not sign a lease, or purchase a car from here until after any current car payment is paid, or you will be paying extra cash, which should not happen.Was looking forward to continuing getting vehicles from Sloane Toyota of Malvern down the road, but the lack of follow up is not good. Sell a car and forget the customer shortly after is how it seems they like to operate. My wife will be looking for her new vehicle elsewhere.

Drove out of state to purchase from Sloane Toyota because of the online reviews & am glad I did. Eric was understanding around my dynamic timing and did everything he said he would. Steve walked me through my options and worked for me - despite being in his Fantasy Football Super Bowl and the dealership closing. Transparent, honest and fair - these guys are as good as the trucks they sell. And they were efficient - which I value.HUGE thanks to you all and def. give them a shout if you see something you like - I believe their goal was making me a happy customer for life, not just selling me a car... and it made all the difference.*** Update - Great support from Matt B., Stacey and Steve S. on some paperwork - their after-sales support really mean't the difference to us. My parents, who do not speak great English, had THE MOST INFURIATING TIME today at Sloane Toyota of Malvern.They bought a brand new Rav4 a few days ago, but the paint needed to be touched up, per the agreement when they bought the car. First off, they wanted to just throw the paint on the door and then just send my parents off. My mother was smart enough to point out that it should be well-dried and established before they give it back.So when they told them they needed to wait 2+ hours for it to be done properly, they asked for a courtesy car, as was advertised to them. However, the Service department neglected to inform my parents that it is not a courtesy car, but rather, a rental car from a rental company that they are renting out. They said they needed a $20 deposit and their insurance information.That is not normal, and they should have just explained to us that was the situation. We could have easily arranged to bring two cars or have someone pick us up, but they were advertised a courtesy car and instead were stuck there because they didn't want to pay the deposit or give out their information unnecessarily.Hearing this, I'm not surprised. I have had bad experiences before with Sloane Toyota of Malvern's service department, and it sounds like it has gotten worse.

Everyone was very kind and personable and extended every courtesy to me. They actually had a great selection of cars available (unlike other dealerships more local to me) and reasonable prices. They were especially helpful offering to return my rental car and settle title and insurance things regarding my previous car. Toyota is a fabulous car brand. I love my new car. Thank you <3
