This is a very clean and organized and friendly grooming place that has many knowledgeable groomers.,. My dogs love to go here and the staff has been accommodating to our requests for what we want for our dogs cuts, baths and grooms. We are very Pleased with our dogs grooms. Love Malvern Grooms! They are friendly, knowledgeable and they do an excellent job trimming both my dogs every 6 weeks. My only regret was not using them sooner for both of my dogs grooming needs. Highly recommend and fairly priced!

My pups had a great experience at Malvern Grooms today! It was their first time and we will def be back. Our usual groomer vanished, and every other groomer that my friends recommended was not taking new clients. Not only was Malvern Grooms taking new clients, but they got us in within a week of calling. Amazing! I think my dogs loved that it’s an open setting in the grooming dept. They aren’t locked in a crate for 3+ hours. My little dog is a nervous wreck, but she did well because she was able to hang w her sister. All in all, a great experience and we’ll back for sure. Thank you!

Cindy is an outstanding groomer…and great with the pet owner as well. She listened and made suggestions that made sense for my dogs grooming needs. Afterwards she explained what was done and complimented me on the way our dog behaved during her groom.Just a wonderful experience.

We have an English Cream Golden, we got her trimmed up (a tad too much for a Golden, looks more like a Lab now but overall great service. I like the fact that they don’t crate your dog, they are able to play with other dogs when waiting to get groomed and after as well before pick up. As you can see she’s very tired from a long morning.

This was the first time I took my dog to Malvern Grooms and I will definitely continue to get my dog groomed there! I have a Cavapoo and her cut looks so great!! She’s never been groomed so well. Her paws had lotion on them and looked shiny and clean and her nails were cut perfectly. Jenny was her groomer and she did an excellent job. Very happy with the service. She’ll be going there every six weeks!

What can I say, I just got my family our first pup for Christmas. I called Malvern Grooms late for an appointment to have her smelling good for the kid’s Christmas morning. They where fullyBooked as I knew they probably would have been. They put me in there books for a call back with a cancellation.I got the call back and took Grace there for her first every trip to the groomers.I can’t say enough about the customer experience we had , the owner was one of the nicest ladies I’ve ever met, her expertise and that of the groomer was beyond my expectations.Im so glad this place was recommended to me and I’m so happy our new family member has found her groomer.Grace Will see you next month.Thanks for everything the kids had a shock of a lifetime ❤️🎄

First time at MG with my 5-month old poodle puppy and I couldn’t be happier. Melissa listened thoughtfully to what I wanted and Finnegan looked like a rock star when I picked him up! He didn’t seem stressed at all and I love that the dogs are not kept in crates but are allowed to play during down times. So happy to have found Malvern Grooms!

Our neighbor's dog always has the most adorable haircuts, and she recommended Malvern Grooms to us. Cindy did an excellent job with grooming my dog's hair! It's not an easy task because he has really curly hair and can easily get matted. However, Cindy went above and beyond to ensure his coat looked fantastic. She listened attentively to what I wanted for his haircut, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I give her a solid 10/10! My Samoyed came back, just beautiful, you really know your stuff when it comes to grooming a Samoyed. I have had some very bad experiences until you guys. I also love the fact that all the doggies are together after they’re groomed. Will be returning for sure. Everyone was so kind.
