They never contact me to schedule even though that’s how they used to do it. They just show up. But I can never get a hold of them when I need them. They stopped billing and just started charging my credit card without asking me. They tell me I have a contract but I never signed one. When the technicians come they are great and are always surprised that the office didn’t tell me they were coming. It is the office and schedulers that drive me crazy. I used to have a contact I was supposed to call but I have not idea now who it is or how to get in touch with them.

Restaurant bar in Delaware county with mice running all over the dining room and kitchen. All the guy does from this company is put out traps with no bait on them but we see mice black/gray running around everywhere. They are useless for a commercial account. Look elsewhere and do not use!!!

Every spring the ants like coming into my house to say hello and I finally had enough (I would ~ see 10 ants a day randomly on my counter 😖and never had food left out on the counter).After doing some online research, I ended up visiting Hoffman’s Extermination’s website (which lists the plans and prices - it seems like most exterminating companies don’t list their prices). After completing the online request to be contacted, I ended up receiving a call from Tara, who was terrific! Tara answered all my questions and because of her great customer service I felt comfortable enough to decide that the annual contract was the way to go (because not only could I deal with my annual ant issue but I could also address any wasp and hornet issues too).Tara was able to schedule an exterminator to come out 3 days later (I spoke to her on a Saturday and Tony, the exterminator, came out Tuesday afternoon).Tony was extremely professional and asked me questions regarding my ant issue prior to the “bug treatment” and after going through the house (before leaving to treat the outside perimeter of my property), he checked back in with me to make sure that all my issues were addressed (along with reminding me that if I any additional bug issues at all to give them a call). That night - no more ants!I highly recommend Hoffman’s Extermination because they really care about the customer and have outstanding customer service!Services: Termite extermination, Ant extermination

Adjusted schedule to be home for the walkthrough. No show. No email on followup. Went with a different company. I get they might be understaffed now, just say you can't take anymore customers now and save us the hassle.
