From the very helpful consultation picking out the best carpet for pets/kids wear.. to even asking the installers to add extra strips somewhere for the cat to scratch. Wish I would have know about Havertown Carpet years earlier! From estimate to installation, everyone was top-notch professional. Their pricing was on-par with other much larger installers (who were not nearly as knowledgeable and easy to work with.) The installers were the hardest working team and we’re able to carpet my basement and basements steps exactly the way I had hoped! I’ll never use anyone else for flooring needs!

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Havertown Carpet Company. Scheduling Nick, the estimator, was easy. He came on time, was fast, and professional.He said my measurements would be available immediately and I could stop in the store anytime.When I went into the store and placed my order, Kim was great. She helped guide me with my decisions and called to schedule installation right after I left. The two installers, Edwan and Marvin, were absolutely terrific! When they were doing their prep they were thorough and I knew I was in great hands! They did an excellent job and worked past business hours to get the job done. We really appreciate the great service and highly recommended Havertown Carpet Company!
