We highly recommend the Great Valley Pet Hotel for dog boarding. Our 1.5 year old border collie needed boarding when we were away for 10 days; although she was initially anxious, Mark, Halle and the team really helped her settle in. GVPH allows you to bring familiar foods, toys, and bedding for your pet's comfort. They offer 1:1 and group play, with daily treats and email updates with photos so pet parents remain informed on their pup's adventures. This was a very positive experience for all of us, thank you Great Valley Pet Hotel!!

We had our dog Scout stay at GVPH! She is a dog reactive senior border collie, and I felt like the staff there were very informed about that, and made sure that she had a safe stay with the least stress possible. Like many boutique pet boarding, there are a lot of smaller charges, so make sure you get clarification on that so you know what to expect! We were happy with the experience and would bring her back the next time we need someone to watch our dog.

If you are looking to board your dog, I highly recommend Great Valley Pet Hotel! We boarded our dog there while we were out of town for a week. She is almost 10 and has never boarded at a kennel, only in home. We didn’t know how she would respond and were so pleased to get frequent updates on her wellbeing including pictures of her enjoying time with staff members. We were beyond impressed with the care and attention she received and we will board her there again for our next trip. Thank you Great Valley Pet Hotel!! Lula loves you!

I left my dog Missy there for 15 days and we experienced a very relaxing vacation knowing our Baby was cared for in the best possible manner. We didn't even worry about her because we knew that she was well-cared-for and in the best possible hands in case of an emergency. The staff even took the time to take pictures of her and email them to us when she was out playing in the snow when it snowed while we were away and we thought that was very thoughtful and cute. We have 3 fairly large dogs, one with medical issues. We had issues with other Pet hotels in the past so very worried to leave the pups. The care takers at GV went above and beyond to put us at easy and to give our one dog extra attention to make sure his stay was a good one. All three pups stayed from Friday to Sunday and all had a Spa day with baths and nails. All were super happy, soft, healthy and super fluffy. I am extremely happy with GV. Everyone was so friendly and just wonderful to work with ❤️ I would highly recommend Great Valley, my dogs are spoiled at home and it seems we’re spoiled there as well.

They were so kind and did a great job taking care of my dad's poodle, Arya. My dad and bro get stressed when they have to leave her due to her health issues and GVPH did a great job. Arya was happy to go there and happy and tired when we came to pick her up. They obviously care and it shows. Thanks!

I cannot thank GVPH enough for taking care of our senior dog, Kyla, while we were out of town. At 9 years old, this was her very first time being boarded, and I was extremely anxious as she has numerous health issues and physical restrictions. The love and care provided by GVPH allowed me to enjoy my vacation without constantly worrying whether our baby was ok. They sent a daily email update with adorable pictures, and it was obvious she was very well cared for. When we picked her up, we received the cutest report card, and she didn’t even try to drag us out the door like she does at the vet. I will 100% use GVPH again in the future. Thank you so much!

How to use great Valley pet hotel as an alternative to our usual boarding place during vacations. Extremely good customer service, and well coordinated intake/outtake process. All personnel acted like they liked animals and their jobs. Our two dogs worked well taken care of during their stay, although one developed a urinary tract infection toward the latter part of her stay. Overall, this is a very good pet boarding facility and I recommend it without reservation. We plan to use great Valley pet hotel again in the future

Hunter came home from Great Valley happy. He was clean and smelled so nice. The kennel was very very clean. The manager Halle took us on a tour and it was immaculate. She was very polite and really interested in your dogs needs and wants. This place is a cut above the rest!!

I have never seen my dog so happy or excited as when she is at Great Valley Pet Hotel. She must be receiving attention that makes me jealous! I always feel like she's let down a bit when she has to come back home! I cannot recommend them highly enough. The care, responsiveness, and compassion they show is phenomenal.

We have a senior dog , who is on medication. The staff took the medication in hand and gave him good care. He had TLC time and we could tell they took the time to get to know Stark and recognize his personality and needs. We will definitely use Great Valley Pet Hotel for our future boarding needs. We highly recommend it for quality care!!

We have a dog who is undersocialized (completely her parents fault) and we’ve been hesitant to take her to a daycare facility for fear of how she’d react.Our fears have been eased by the staff at GVPH - they are FANTASTIC with our girl, and I’m sure with all the dogs they take care of.We utilize the private day camp so she gets time outside with a handler a couple times per day. She doesn’t warm up well to other dogs so for now the group day camp wouldn’t work well. Hopefully in the future we can do that.But ever since we’ve been taking her to GVPH we see a change in her demeanor at home in her yard with passersby (she’s not a complete lunatic now, but she does bark a little then lets people go by) - so we think her exposure at GVPH and the great handlers has really helped her.Since we’ve had her at GVPH she loves the people they. She gives them hugs every day when we pick her up and she races to her leash when we ask her if she wants to “go to school” in the morning.It’s hard to explain the relief we feel when we see how well she’s doing at GVPH. I almost cried the first time I saw her giving out hugs when I picked her up and she kept returning to her handler.I can tell how much the people there care for the dogs and I wholeheartedly recommend taking your dog there.

This place is amazing. I toured several different locations and from my first encounter everyone was SO nice. I was so worried about boarding my Kelce for the first time and they answered all my questions and then some. They sent awesome pictures and I could tell that she had a great time. She was well taken care of and they seemed to love her. I would highly reccommend!

Very attentive, kind and polite staff. Our anxious dog was treated kindly and had a nice stay (despite being a homebody). She was given one on one attention by the caregivers and even met a few puppy friends. We will definitely be back.

Very nice people and I’m sure my dog had fun and was taken care of but for $700 for one week I am pretty upset that my dog didn’t get his daily bully sticks I specifically gave for each day. They did apologize that they forgot but it still upsets me.Activity isn’t included in the price and you must pick one so when all is said and done it was $700 for 9 nights which I think is outrageous. Others in the area include exercise and come out to be $550 or $600 for 9 nights. You also can’t get a half day because they only open Sunday afternoons for pick up and not mornings like other kennels.All that said, I’m happy with the kind people and loved seeing his photos and I’m sure he was well taken care of. But due to the price and them forgetting to give his daily bones I doubt I would pick them again.

Although our dog Brody no longer goes to great valley day care since we moved out a little further with some land, and him being 7 in which he has definitely slowed down, when he was a younger dog we would take him all the time and he absolutely loved it here! He would run out of the car to go inside and couldn't wait to get in. The staff was always kind when we would go, and this place was great with him. I'd definitely recommend them!

Great and safe place for your fur babies. My Murph loves going there. Adding onto this as today was Murph's last day at Great Valley. I've had him for 5 months and now wished I had found this place a lot sooner. Murph actually belongs to my son who is on the road the first half of the year. I had some things come up the last couple weeks and I needed a good place for Murph to stay for a whole day and Great Valley seemed like a good place. Three visits later and I was so impressed with everything from the minute I walked in door; the staff are absolutely friendly, always quick to call back if they can't take the call right away, love on Murph as if he were there own, give great baths and I can tell Murph had a good time because he's been exhausted for 2 whole days after coming home. He's 9 now and not so quick to recover after all the activity. If you're reading this - you can't go wrong by using Great Valley. Murph is going back home but I'm sure he will miss all of his friends he made. God bless all of you at Great Valley - you gave this "grammy" great peace of mind.

I LOVE this place. My dog does too. My pup is shy with people and with dogs. She's been doing doggie daycare and some overnight boarding. It's helped her come out of her shell and she's gotten more comfortable around people and dogs. The staff is simply fantastic! And they always have room for her, even last minute. I've had her groomed there and their groomer is so sweet to all the dogs. Highly recommend for boarding, day camp, grooming, and LOVE!
