Goodbuy Gear is amazing! We bought an open box camera from them and unfortunately the camera had a tiny glitch in the video. I emailed Randi from customer service to coordinate a replacement. Not only did he promptly send us a new one, but he also did not require us to send in the current camera. Now we have an extra camera to donate or use. I was really impressed with the response time and resolution of the issue. I will definitely be buying from them again and recommending them to others.

I absolutely love the business model for Good Buy Gear. Not only do they recycle great products, but they handle much of the legwork, too! I bought a high end used stroller I was so excited to get my hands on. When it arrived a critical piece had broken in transit. I sent a few pictures to the return department and I worked with Katie to try and fix and possibly repair it. Unfortunately, after some research it was decided that the stroller could not be repaired, so they delivered an excellent replacement for the stroller I had initially purchased. It was packaged very well, and even came in the color I originally wanted but couldn’t find! Katie was so professional and courteous and I felt very comfortable working with her. I’ve never had better customer service, this is an excellent and trustworthy company.

We ordered our Uppababy stroller from them and are SO PLEASED! It’s a 2020 brand new open box. We were so eager and it came within a week. Tags were still attached and it came in the original box. The customer service was incredible and helpful the whole way as we were deciding on which one, and I couldn’t be happier with what we ended up with! We saved $400 by going with them over buying a new 2021 version elsewhere. (And it’s the same exact stroller anyway). We’ve already placed another order since! Baby stuff isn’t cheap, and this place has helped so much!!

Was worried when ordering that this might not be legit but the prices were 50%+ cheaper buying open box here than buying new and after reading other reviews I figured I’d give it a shot. Bought 2 Tiny Love play mats ($110, $70 new - got them on here for $60, and $40) labeled open box. They came clean with all the pieces and I couldn’t be happier. So happy I saved the $80 by ordering through here. I also got a swaddle and a pacifier clip to get the total up for free shipping - also both new in perfect condition. I ordered Friday and it showed up on my doorstep Tuesday. I’ll be a returning customer.

I was a huge fan of good buy gear until recently. I’ve sold and bought many things from them for the past 3 years. I ordered a infant car seat that was advertised as open box. It was clear it’s never been used however it was missing the manual no big deal. After looking up the manual and installing I realize that it’s missing a sensor for the safe technology. It’s frustrating because I purposely bought this car seat for that feature but because I don’t have the sensor it’s just a basic car seat now that I over paid for. Unfortunately, I purchased the seat months ago because it was a great deal so I can’t even return it but I feel that they should’ve noted that the manual and sensor were missing in the item description

What a great find! I have found such incredible deals on open box or gently used name-brand items at GoodBuy Gear. I have saved literally hundreds of dollars on things that have never been used! I appreciate the environmental benefits and financial benefits of shopping here. Their customer service team is excellent and I have had great experiences using shipping, local Philly delivery, and warehouse pick up. I have recommended GoodBuy Gear to all of my expecting friends.I am glad to know I can also easily re-sell things using this service after our little one no longer needs them.

I ordered an item that was missing a piece. I contacted their customer service about it and they were able to send me a link to buy a replacement piece from the original brand and gave me a partial refund to cover the replacement piece! Their customer service agent was friendly and issued me a partial refund really quickly! I am really happy with my customer service experience!

I have had a great experience getting baby gear off of GoodBuy! I've gotten a bassinet, swing/rocker and some smaller baby purchases. Especially with the swing, the delivery driver had a standard Philly experience of being honked at by a line of cars while he hustled a huge box out of the van and up to the door. I shouted a "thank you" as he rushed off. There were fresh batteries in the swing, so we were able to see it in action. The swing was supposed to come with a power supply though, and it was missing. Was that a big deal? Nope. I emailed GoodBuy and they found and shipped the piece within a day or two. I got an email confirmation from their standard process (as though I had purchased it) with shipping and a human update as well.Keeping my eyes out for more deals, but I'm so happy this site was recommended to me. Good deals like on FB marketplace, but infinitely less hassle in order to get them.

Excellent like new and gently used baby good! I have shopped here multiple times for big purchases (stroller) and small purchases (bib) and have been so happy with everything I've received, and the shopping and customer service experience. I like to buy used for the environment and to save a little money. Plus, I can justify getting items that seem way too expensive new but that I really want (I'm looking at you Keekaroo Peanut Charger). Love the online store and love the mission! Highly recommend.

I have purchased from their site before. Good prices on open box baby gear. I am giving it 5 stars because they need to do better on the pictures they post of products on their website. The quality of the pictures is terrible, I do believe if they would post better quality pictures and more detailed descriptions this their sales would increase dramatically.

I found my experience to be fantastic! I ordered the Mockingbird Single-to-Double Stroller. I originally purchased the Single by mistake, and they totally helped me to correct my error seamlessly. I am so appreciative to Katie and the rest of the customer service staff. The quality of the product that I received was well-worth saving $100 on buying it second hand! Do not sell your items here unless they are brand new! I was told my bassinet was unable to be listed due to quality of the product. They only give you 5 days to pick the item up from their location in Malvern or they donate it. Easier to list yourself on marketplace or eBay!

They responded quickly, let me revise my order and reached out to make sure everything went well with reordering. I am very impressed with the customer service that I received!!!! I placed an order almost a month ago of 5 items for a baby shower. Great prices on open boxed items BUT only ever got 1 of the items. The shower has passed and now the baby is almost due still no items that will be needed for a new born. Got an email after the 1st item was delivered saying that some of the items would be delayed.. that was 3 weeks ago . Haven't heard a peep since. An update would have been nice. The only way to contact this company is through email. Would be nice to be able to speak to someone. Will never order from here again.

The customer experience here is top notch. I had a couple issues with an order (one they even caught for me) and they were able to fix everything AND even follow up and get me a product I was looking for. Babies are expensive and this is such a great way to get open box or gently used products for them without breaking the bank! Defintely will use again.

My sister-in-law was attempting to convince my wife that we needed an UPPAbaby stroller for our newborn. My wife and I were looking for ways to not purchase something for a definitive short lifespan - especially nothing that expensive. So we fought back on it for a bit...until said sister-in-law found one on GoodBuy Gear. The deal was great, so we pulled the trigger. It was set to arrive just a few days before the baby did.Unfortunately, life doesn't always work out like you think it should, and sure enough, we started to get nervous when it hadn't arrived and we were on our way into the hospital. Enter Katie from support. Katie helped us out when she found out that our ordered item could not shipped because it had been broken. She found us another stroller that was newer and in a better state and sent that one instead.My wife and I were incredibly grateful for the excellent support. Katie kept us informed throughout the process and alleviated our concerns while my wife recovered in the hospital.GoodBuy Gear provides a service that allows most to purchase the high end items that may seem exorbitant to buy, and, more importantly, they help keep landfills free of items that typically have relatively short lifecycles.

It is my first time experience with this website and it will be the last.very poor customer service ! I was very excited to find a baby gear I was looking for a long time. finally I found it on their website I order it immediately without thinking too much. The package marked delivered but never arrived to me. They claim they will help you but they don't. Now i have to find where it is all on my own and not receiving the product or my money. so bottom line even if you found on their site good deal just buy in a regular store because of something like this happen to you it just not worth it. I do not recommend buying from this site.

GoodBuy Gear has been my go to for finding the best deals on all the products I love. Some might call me a bougie mama with the brands i love but idc-i always find the best products for the best price in open box condition at this spot. They also have their customer service down PAT. like BEYOND. I ordered 3 large pieces- a carseat, stroller and pram. Only 2 items arrived at my door. I contacted Goodbuygear via phone & email and 2 representatives helped me. Via email she let me know that if I didn't receive the pram within a week to contact them so that they could send a new one-SHE contacted me a week later before i could get to it and sent a new one same day. I've never sold with GoodBuyGear. As a consumer tho-highly recommend.

I have purchased items from Goodbuy gear a few times. They have so many great items in new/ close to new condition. I was able to save so much time and money buying here. Normally I would spend lots of time using the local used items apps and drive all around town getting stuff. With Goodbuy Gear I can shop online and have it delivered. They have reasonable shipping prices and wonderful customer service. They get back to you very quickly and they are always so helpful. I would recommend Goodbuy Gear to all my family and friends.

Do not use this service. I had to drive an hr to drop my stuff off only for them to tell me nothing can be resold except for my breast pump a spectra S2 for $29. I was going to go pick up my stuff but it was such a hassle to get all that stuff( pack n play, bassinet, 2 bottle warmers, baby carrier) up there I decided to just let them keep it for donations. I’d rather just give the stuff to GreenDrop going forward, at least they’d come pick it from my house!

Grandma here who spoke with young moms at the pool who RAVED about GoodBuy Gear. With grandchildren coming to town, I thought why not try? Terrific 16inch bike in pristine condition for a song delivered to the house in 3 days. Of course it was too small for the 8 year old (NB I'm a grandma so what my kids call the B Team when it comes to parenting) but he had tons of fun banging his knees against the handlebars and then teaching his little brother to ride. This morning we said to ourselves - let's get a 20inch bike, so hopped online and drove out to the Malvern warehouse where another pristine bike appeared in a nanosecond. This time we got to meet the delivery person who charmed our neurodiverse 8 year old, and now both grandsons are home happily exploring the neighborhood on their bikes. Our plan is to enjoy the wheels these next few weeks and then share them with the young families in the neighborhood. Recycling is awesome and I am so impressed with this great company!

I purchased a baby bjorn toy bar and decided to make the trip to the Malvern warehouse to pick it up Since it was About an hour away so I figured I can save some money on shipping. I packed up my screaming infant and my mom and we made the journey down. We get there and they bring out the toy bar. Wrong item. I text the number to let them know it’s not the correct item I had purchased. The guy goes back inside and tells me “sorry we are actually all out of the item you ordered”. GREAT. They say I can get a refund or they can order me one and ship it to My house. I said at this point I guess just order it. I totally get mistakes happen but for me to drive over an hour to pickup an item and them do nothing but either refund me or order me a new one kinda blew my mind. Anywho I had some lady from their store call me telling me they are so sorry and still not offering anything else for their mistake. She finally agrees to send me $10 is bucks to their store. Go to look online to use these bucks and the bucks say disabled go figure. I said at this point please just cancel my item, I was assured that they would cancel it and I’d get a refund. Wrong again! They now can’t cancel my order and I had already ordered another one online so now I have 2 of them stupid toy bars coming. Would steer clear of this company.

I have to say, selling with GoodBuy gear is amazing! I’ve sold things on FB marketplace and I never feel like I have time to take photos, then it’s always a pain to arrange the pick up/drop off. This company makes it so I don’t have to do anything other than set my stuff on the porch. They charge $25 for pick up or $10 if you want to drop off your stuff. So worth it because they take all the pictures and do all the work and there is no limit to how many items you can sell at one time. I suggest collecting as much as you can so you only have to pay the fee once rather than doing small loads. I also love shopping with them, the savings is real and our family loves that we are able to buy stuff for our kids that would otherwise end up in the landfill!

as a seller it was a total waste of time. only a few things sold and didn't total more then the pick up fee, so we received nothing. If we sold just one of the big items like the doll house or play kitchen on Nextdoor for $10 and dropped the rest off at Goodwill, we would have been better off. It wasn't even worth the time it took waiting for the truck, making and monitoring the account, etc.
