super friendly people!! if you need insulin needles however go elsewhere... they were 6-7$ here I usually pay 2.99-3.99 at my local pharmacy!

Closing for lunch is not normal.I have never had a pharmacy close for lunch, ever. Three women were there and they completely shut it down. When you go to pick up or drop off a prescription you don't expect it to be closed during normal business hours. I understand the pharmacist needs a break, but leave someone there to receive and give people their prescriptions. I had to go to CVS twice in one day to pick up prescriptions I needed, and signs on the pharmacy (inside Target) about being closed for lunch are just not good enough. This should never happen. Very disappointed with this pharmacist and her staff. When I went back the second time, there were no other customers and I still waited 2-3 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was there.

I made an appointment online to receive my Moderna COVID-19 shot at this CVS. I got a confirmation text after making the appointment and reminder text two days before. So when I arrived, I was shocked to find it completely closed. How can you close when you have appointments? This appointment was made weeks ago! I received no notice of them being closed and no attempt to reschedule my appointment. I understand that they may be short-staffed, but communication would have been helpful since I took time off of work to drive out there. Get your shot somewhere else because it's pretty clear that this location is not reliable.

Do. Not. Use. Between getting the incorrect number of pills for more than one prescription, the lack of communication when prescriptions are out of stock or won’t be ready when requested, and they shut their phone off even when they are supposed to be open so you can’t get hold of anyone. Absolute nightmare. Go anywhere else. Wish my experience had been better because the location is the most convenient but I will not go back.

Things change. Malvern Target CVS pharmacist has changed twice since I wrote on 2022‐02-21 that I received wrong pill in prescription. From "Employees are very unhelpful" to "Everyone is very helpful". The remaining concerns are closes early Saturday, closed on Sunday, and closes for lunch every day.2022‐02‐21 King of Prussia CVS was wonderful for years, hopefully did not change.2022‐12-16

Malvern Target CVS closed all week. Prior to that they were so severely understaffed and the one lady who was working was complaining to every customer about how understaffed they were and the poor woman was working like a dog. Long lines of frustrated people and just her out front. CVS customer service was marginal prior to the pandemic but now it is terrible. If they can’t handle their core pharmacy business they shouldn’t have expanded into so many other medical services. They now do a whole lot of stuff very poorly and abuse the staff that they do have. Time to try another drug store chain.

CVS is always my go to pharmacy. Back in Charlotte, we love the pharmacists and always have great service.This was my first time coming to a CVS inside a Target and I wasn't a fan. We needed to fill my husband's prescription while traveling for work and this was the closest CVS.It seems confused about whether it's a Target or CVS pharmacy. It has the CVS name, but nothing else carries over.I'm supposed to get digital receipts, but a receipt printed out (branded as Target). I don't think my CVS card linked for prescription points.If you needed to go to Target and CVS at the same time, this would be convenient. Otherwise, I'd rather go to a regular CVS.

Cashier/Pharmacy Tech was short and borderline rude when responding to customer questions. Scheduled an appointment for a vaccine and they were unable to administer the shot because there wasn’t anyone available to administer the shot.

I have visited pharmacy on 09/09 and they promised that my vitamins will be ready on Monday, 09/12. My order was not ready even on 09/13, they told me that it wasn't ordered and they have no idea why. They promised again that it will be ready on 09/15 afternoon and when I came they tood me that it will need to be ordered again and it could be ready on 09/16. I'm done with this service!!!!

This is a newer location and looks very nice. Ample parking and it's easy to get in and out of the lot in normal traffic conditions.

I can't get anyone to answer the phone at this pharmacy, no matter how many times i call. Look elsewhere for a pharmacy
