The wife and I wanted to actually go away on vacation this year so we needed a happy place for our pups.. Luxemburg seemed to be a good fit.. the Staff was always quick to respond to any questions I've sent via e-mail and sent me the answers I needed.. they offer different packages for you fur baby's stay.. which is pretty nice.. also grooming services. Even if you just need a day away they can help. I'm sure we'll be bringing our dogs back to this facility next time we need to be away from home for an extended amount of time..😁.. after picking them up i believe everyone was happy to be home.

So many kennels do not provide accommodations for cats, but Luxemburg Pet Resort is different. They have a nice large room with toys, cat tree and a window. We were very pleased with the care and attention our cat was given, plus the staff was nice. We will definitely go back when traveling out of town.

The one place we can trust that our dog is safe and happy. We tried another kennel to have a backup for emergencies and it was horrible. Our dog was not watched and we had a very expensive vet bill. Luxemburg responds timely, gives us updates when we’re away and does everything they can for a happy stay. 100% recommend.

They were fantastic! My min pin is diabetic, requiring insulin shots and is about 90% blind and they had no problems taking her, while multiple other kennels wouldn't. We drove almost an hour from home to their location and will definitely go back! They accepted all my crazy dog mom requests of wanting her to have her bed, blankets and toys. They gave her a bath, trimmed her nails and sent her home with a pretty bandana! Plus, they were overly accommodating with pickup procedure as my flight home got canceled and we scrambled to make other arrangements! It was a clean space and their outdoor area looked like doggy heaven!

Luxemburg Pet Resort is the best home away from home for you pet. They were so nice and Roxie had the best time. I was so upset leaving her and the reassured me she will be well taken care of. They sent messages and pictures. 100% recommend

We sent our 10 year old deaf Australian Cattle dog to Luxemburg recently. It was the first time she was ever boarded. It was a great experience, they worked with all of her issues and took great care of her! We will definitely be back!

Professional, knowledgeable, great care. We have been boarding with them for 10 years. I never have to worry whether my dogs are being well cared for. Whether a long weekend or few week stay, outcome always positive. Communication top notch . We had a medically fragile dog thier care for her was exceptional! Our 2 Pups that remain need extra care and they never disappoint. Dogs are always well loved and taken care of here. I do not trust anyone else with them.

This was a last minute reservation as we were attending a memorial service for a family member. We didn't know anything about them but liked what we saw in online posts. We were very pleased with the facility and staff. Our girls are a handful, but we felt confident of the staffs ability and were able to attend services without having to worry about them.

My girls love Melissa and Shayla. They both are so good with animals. My girls usually stay for at least 5 days and each get the "Spa" treatment. Bath and nails. They get an adorable kerchief they live to wear. You supply your own food, with outside potty treats and the ladies take care of the rest. If your little loved one needs medicine they also will make sure it is given at the correct time. Please make sure you bring a blanket and bedding for your loved one. I honestly can't say enough about the quality and value of Luxemburg Pet Resort. I have been a customer of theirs for several years and wouldn't look elsewhere.

I am pleased to know we have such a resort in are area that loves animals and takes care of them like there own it was the first tome for are dogs remmy and ruger being away from us and I think over all they where in great hands and in the same token I'm glad there back home cause I love my fur babies just as the folks at Luxemburg pet resort do!!

We are a multi timed customer. My girls absolutely love their spa day along with staying several days at a time. Everyone takes wonderful care of them. We bring our food and treats with toys and a blanket for them. We wouldn't have our girls go anywhere else. We recommend 1000%.

I can’t say enough good things about this kennel. We have our shiz-a-poo for 10 years and this is the only groomer in all these years that does not cut her during grooming. I never see a cut or scrape on her. We also have a Labradoodle who is always very happy to see everyone at the spa.
