I use to use the pharmacy at Rite aid in Edwardsville until they closed an automatically sent scripts to Kingston Walgreens which does not take the state insurance, that almost everybody in this area has. So then I called Walgreens and had my script sent to Rite aid in Luzerne. I called today to have it filled and was told to call Walgreens. I called Walgreens to be told that I switched them over to rite aid luzerne on January 12th, the day after my birthday and to call Rite aid. I call Rite aid back and the same person that told me to call Walgreens filled my script with no problem! Now why did this person waste not only my time but also the pharmacists time at Walgreens when they would have had my information in front of them?! All they had to do was just fill my script! Not send me on a wild goose chase. I get in the store and nobody can give me answers to these questions. They don't know who I'm talking about either. I asked for my scripts to be sent somewhere else and was told I have to have that pharmacy call for them. Tell me why I have a feeling I'm going to call that pharmacy to be told Rite aid has to call them? Does anybody know what they're doing these days? It sure doesn't seem like it!

This Rite-Aid has the BEST customer service around. Pharmacist George came out to the curb in the cold rain to give my 92 year old mother a COVID booster shot today. George, thank you again for taking care of your customers as you would your own parents. You deserve 10 stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The pharmacy is a joke been going there for years then was told by George the pharmacist our ins.was not being honored by rite aid anymore no explanation at all(commercial pay) putting my wife in a panick fortunately we were able to transfer to CVS thanks George for making us go to CVS no more line waiting because they have a drive thru but your front end are the best always there to help I mean that

Very pleased with the friendliness and service at my local Rite Aid. Whether it is for items I need in the store or for a visit to the pharmacy, it has been a pleasure. They have always been quick to answer any questions as well as help me find items I may be looking for. Thank you.

Holly is such a wonderful employee! Always so nice and welcoming. She was so patient with a new cashier when assisting her with my transaction. Always have such a friendly interaction there.

Patrick in the pharmacy is an absolute sweetheart, he seemed genuinely happy to help me. Rarely do stores have employees that have a friendly personality and go out of their way to help customers.

Store is clean pharmacy associate is helpful but pharmacist needs to notify client if med is not immediately available for many reasons ASAP

I'm a regular customer here, now the joined with another pharmacy and its mass confusion. They couldn't find my script. Too many people working there now. My advice if you like waiting in line watching a bunch of confused people mill around this place is 4 you. My advice, DON'T GO THERE.
