Great veterinarian! She provides care for my dog and cat, and she is very friendly and professional. She is so good with animals. My German Shepherd loves her so much that he gets excited when he sees her. She knows what she is doing and the prices are reasonable. And as a bonus, every time I go, I’m greeted with her office helpers in the window, which makes me smile. I can’t help but take pictures of them. Highly recommended!

I have been trying to take my animals here for years. They don't open it up for new clients. Even to help out spaying strays that I considered taking into my own home. My vet may be a little more in price but they don't give me a run around. This one won't even put you on a waiting list!

Their the best vets around for the prices they charge. My original vet recently passed and I needed a new vet unfortunately he too was ill and also passed away but thank God for his daughter who took over his practice, and became my little girl's best new friend!!! Simply put dr. Megan McDonald's is a true genius and a true life saver And I know my family thanks Dr. McDonald from the bottom of our hearts for saving our baby girl Maddie!!! Even after I've spent thousands of dollars at this place, first with Dr. McDonald Sr. then with his daughter, Dr. Megan. And then I find they gave MY account away to my ex-girlfriend, and even promised me no matter what I would receive a call back by the end of the business day and that was months ago with no call. I can't recommend them especially when they don't even have the common decency to return my call after being a customer for years with my show dog. Very disappointed! 😔

I had my 8 month old kitten, Lani, neutered at all about animals about 3 weeks ago and it was a great experience. (For lani I'm not to sure about) 😂 Decently priced and the staff is wonderful and beyond patient. Unfortunately, they aren't accepting new patients so unfortunately I need to find my fur baby a different veterinarian.

Went thru this vet with the "snap" program to get my cats fixed. They're awesome for participating in the program! And both of my cats, one boy and one girl, got tip top care while they were there and recovered perfectly!However, they are very adamant about arriving at the time they tell you, make sure you sear it into your brain, because if you make a mistake and are a few minutes late, they will not accept you! Also, they weren't accepting new clients when I asked, so I am still looking for a good vet with decent prices in my area..

Took my dog here as a puppy back in 2017 and things were fine. During 2020 they stopped letting you in with your pet which was weird but understandable. They continue to do this now in 2023, which is truly just insane… last time I brought my dog he came out shaking and upset even though he never has before and when calling for an appointment the person on the phone was so rude when I just asked to make an appointment and then was beyond ignorant and was told to apologize to me when I had called just to say we had arrived as they tell you to do… none of my dogs issues were even fixed after this last appointment. Seems as though the only reason they continue to keep out owners is because they aren’t truly doing anything for the dogs and then charge for services you can’t prove have even been done.

I had previously left a 5 star review. The office had always been amazing. Especially since covid it is impossible to get in touch as I have left at least 8 messages with no call back. The last time I spoke to anyone at the office the front desk was very rude and dismissive. It's sad because it was once an amazing facility, I think now they are just overwhelmed and under staffed or perhaps because they are open such limited hours, they just don't want to work anymore. Currently looking for a new office accepting new patients. Very frustrating as most offices are full. Hopefully this office will get back to what it once was.

Great place, reasonable prices. The veterinarian and her staff are amazing. We've been bringing our animals here for over five years. Our dogs and cats have been treated well. The staff and Vet truly care about your animals. You are not just a dollar sign to them. They don't push unecessary treatments or tests. I highly recommend!

We took our kitten there today because something was wrong. The staff was EXTREMELY nice and LOVING to us and our baby. The total cost of our visit was an amazing price and they were knowledgeable and informative to what was going on. I will be going here with all 3 of my cats from here on out. The care, concern, and quality was outstanding.

These people here are GOD SENT! Carlos knows my dogs, all 3 of them personally, he handles them with love as if they were his own, my little one had a pancreatic attack, spent 5 days there, they let us visit him 2 times a day, when the bill came I was caught off guard with the price and they let me pay the remaining balance as soon as my check came! Highly recommend for your pet care needs!!!

The staff is nice and efficient. Dr. O'Donnell is great addresses all my concerns with 2 smaller dogs and a cat larger then the dogs. Lol! All ours have had successful surgeries. Older dogs are always having issues and both dogs have allergies colleen, Emily, Doc Megan and the other 2 assistance are great. Thanks all of u for ♡ing our fur babies

We took our puppy Franklin here to have double cherry eye surgery. All of the staff were wonderful! They did a great job with the surgery and all of the staff were so sweet and took great care of our fur baby! Highly recommend! Thank you All About Animals ❤

Dr. McDonald is amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable and treats animals in a way that pinpoints and addresses the root cause of the issue (unlike other vets who just treat the symptoms). I trust her and am so happy we found her! She is kind and takes the time to educate you a bit on what is going on with your animal and why she is choosing X or Y treatment. The other staff members are not as friendly as Dr. McDonald.

My mom took her cat here and couldn't stop raving about the outstanding quality of service and kindness that was shown to her and her cat. Not to mention extremely affordable vet care. Will definitely be taking all of our animals here from now on. Keep up the great work! We need vets like you!

This place is great . The owners are all family and they may seem young but don't let that fool you . When you need vet care stop in or call and prices are fair coming from a owner of 3 extra large dogs . I have saved thousands and they had saved a set of eyes on my Bull Mastiff when no one else would try. All the family is wonderful and really care about the cause and correction vs stinging along and not get it right .

My cat unfortunately passed away after only one visit with this vet ( it was of no fault of the staff at this office) but even though they met us only one time they were so thoughtful and caring to send my family a card. They are really good with my cats as well as comforting and calming them. All in all I think this is a really great place to bring your fur babies! 🐾

Once I needed prescription food for my cat which has urinary issues. I pick the food up from here regularly, and the one time their shipment was delayed. It was near the weekend so I was very nervous about running out. Employee called me when it arrived on Friday and was willing to stay late after closing for me to pick up. I really appreciated that. Employees are always kind and professional. Good place.

I have always admired Dr McDonald’s knowledge and trusted him with all my animals. I never felt uncomfortable or frustrated when contacting him for emergency as he would be happy to assist at the drop of hat and if he wasn’t able to come right away he would be able to tell you when or would find a way to accommodate your needs as he cared for your pet and understood how important they are to you. He is sadly missed he was a great veterinarian and a kind man . However, I was very disappointed to see it’s definitely not the same treatment or kindness once provided by Dr. McDonald.

Best Veterinarian in NEPA!Dr. McDonald is so caring and compassionate to each and every animal that comes into the office.The entire staff is super competent, polite, and helpful. So let me just say the people at All About Animals are ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! My dog has chronic ear problems and is extremely difficult when they flare up. Plus he's a big boy which makes him so hard to handle. Everyone here has been kind and helpful to us. Always very patient and understanding. They handle him so well and actually take the time to treat the problem which reduces how much we have to frequent the vet. When I was taking him to another vet the problems would just come right back. All About Animals actually knows what they're doing and I feel they truly care about my dog! I'm so grateful for Megan, Carlos, and Colleen. I would never trust anyone else with my animals.

We recently found ourselves in an emergency situation with our girl Maddie. Daddy called All About Animals first thing in the morning they immediately took us in. Maddie was in a life-threatening situation and needed to be taken into surgery immediately Dr. Megan did not hesitate to take our girl in and save her life. We are so eternally grateful to Dr McDonald and the care he provided Maddie while we were still blessed to have been him with us & Mrs. McDonald and Dr. Megan McDonald now, for taking care of our girl and making her a priority and saving her life!We recommend All About Animals and Dr. Megan McDonald to anyone who is looking for a caring compassionate amazing vet who happens to also be an amazing surgeon and did such an amazing job with our baby girl. We can't say enough wonderful things about this facility and the staff and the reasonable prices.We would also like to thank Carlos for taking such great care of our girl while she was there overnight.
