The place isn't really bad a lot of times there's nobody at the cash register and sometimes the store is close when they're supposed to be open but overall you get what you need.

They don't stock. They lie about their prices and then act like it's the machine's fault. I've heard countless customers complain about prices being incorrect, and I've had numerous times where prices were more expensive compared to what was labeled. Soda machines leak water everywhere. Can't use their bathroom without a key from the manager - who is never on the store floor. And the worst part: they sell expired food. This is not the first time I've went for a snack or last minute groceries just to go home and discover that it's WAY passed the expiration date.Pic related: purchased Hostess strawberry cheesecake donuts on May 30th, 2022. Opened it to reveal they keep nearly month-long expired food on their shelves.

Pros- the employees are generally nice, the location is convenient, parking is easy.Cons- everything else. The place makes some West Baltimore corner stores look like a Wegman's. The shelves are perennially bare (even when the supply chain issues weren't going on), there's been a leak from the ceiling which hasn't been fixed since the place opened. To keep the wet floors covered, they just throw cardboard down. The front end looks like a bomb went off, with empty boxes, unshelved stock, trash piled up to the sides, behind, and sometimes in front of the registers. There's almost never an employee behind the counter, since I assume they are forced to stock the shelves too. A lot of this has to be on the hands of whoever owns/manages the place. Do yourself a favor and go a little further up the road to the Leaders Heights store.

I like Dollar General, I shop there all the time, however, this one is an abomination. It's filthy. The shelves are never stocked. Product is piled up in the isles. You can never find an employee to ring you up and when the self check out is working it is card only and you can't return anything purchased at the self checkout even when you discover the expiration date passed over a year ago which I have found several times at this store. Additionally, the price at the register often times is higher than the price on the shelf...like at least one item every single time. On a recent trip my $20 checkout was nearly $4 higher than the price on the shelf. On another trip every single item on a 6 item ticket was over charged at an average of 70cents per item. They give you attitude like it's your problem when you bring it up. The majority of the employees act as though you are a nuisance to them because you want to buy something there. You will see the same things in tons of comments on this store but for some reason the reviewer is still giving them 3 or 4 stars. It's too bad that the community puts up with this. As for me, I am done with this location. My money is going elsewhere now.

The inside of the store was clean, but somehow the way it is laid out it also feels very barren. Like there's a lot of wasted space. The cashiers are always away from their registers doing other tasks, which is fine when they notice you are ready to checkout, but sometimes you can wait a considerable amount of time.

The workers are all friendly and helpful. It is a new store so some things aren't always in stock. But over all the service is great. Everyone is friendly. And im happy they put one closer to me.

Price on the floor and price in the computer are 2 very different things. Everything is at least 75 cents more expensive when it's rung up and you have to catch it. Store manager will begrudgingly change the price if you tell them. It has been consistent for the last several weeks. Unfortunately I live right next door and this is where I come for my milk and little things so I don't have to drive all the way into York. Hopefully they figure it out and get it changed otherwise I'm not shopping here anymore

They have absolutely NOTHING that you ever need. Nothing is ever stocked, some of the most incompetent employees you’ll ever speak with, especially the dude who looks like the guy who gets shocked on Home Alone…bro go to the barber

Loganville Dollar General BEST.ONE.EVER!!!Stopped in for laundry detergent and left $160 poorer but with some decor items of HomeGoods quality, some fun craft stuff at DollarTree prices and a cart full of name-brand household/cleaning/skin and haircare products etc.! Great prices and EXCELLENT customer service. I'll be back!

I love this dollar store. However because of short staffing many shelves are empty. Hopefully they will figure something out to correct this problem.
