Classic good ole weis store located in lock haven. The place is well stocked and organized always! The staff always treats me with respect and kindness and remembers me when I come back and stuff so that’s good! Weis has all the groceries or food you need in one stop! I recommend any Weis always because I grew up going to the Weis store but this one is one of the best!

Smaller market that's not very crowded! Won't find all your options, and butcher prices are a $1 or $2 higher than elsewhere. However convince for locals is great!The parking lot funnel sucks because the entrance and exit to the building is next to one of the entrances for parking. Which is also in the corner of the lot rather than the center.

I have found outdated food in this store 2 times recently. The first time it was all the gogurt that was put out and there was even an employee stocking ice cream right across from the gogurts. I did notify him that they were all outdated. You used to be able to save money here, now you really don't. Its hard to find a decent looking steak. Could really use a better selection on meats.

Prices are high and not that good enough when it comes to deals and they watch certain people that have different bags and stuff which makes you uncomfortable especially when you don't steal and you pay for your items kinda crazy and it's like they are always in a hurry

I despise how I have to check every single item im purchasing just to make sure I'm not being overcharged or buying expired food. Its frustrating, a waste of my time and it makes me feel like I work there. I really dislike how this store makes their employees just stand near the registers and stare at the wall, instead of actually throwing out expired food or correcting prices. I got overcharged for merchandise that was suppose to be on clearance, and then only to not receive back the full discounted price. I honesty wished this town had better grocery stores, because the quality and good pricing just isn't there. Weis is an overpriced store without the quality you would expect it to have. I am certain that they dont attempt to strive to be a better store, due to the lack of competition they have. If Walmart wasnt in mill hall, and here instead, weis would definitely change their tune. The Weis in mill hall is very different and a lot nicer, compared to the one in this town, in my opinion.

This place does not have any competent employees that are capable of running a cash registerThey only have one person that is capable of doing it meanwhile there are people in the store that are capable of doing it themselves and no one in the store is offering them a job if you read down through the reviews everything has the same return message just there the other day took over 45 minutes standing in line to get checked out still one register

The store was very busy, Christmas Eve, The shelves were well stockednso I had no issues finding what I needed. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and kept everyone moving.

a supermarket, like they used to be. with great people, and a smaller selection of products than the big city stores.quite different than stores out in Los Angeles. definitely not as rushed.

Out of all the weis stores this one is by far the worst ever. Let's start with the produce section. Always watch the fruits and vegetables you purchase at this location because they usually are rotten to the point mold is growing on them. Informed associates many times and it never gets handled. Typically they don't bother to rotate or dispose things. Next is the bakery. Flies are always swarming in the doughnut case. the doughnuts often are stale and taste like cigarettes. Items that should be refrigerated are not and spoil. Next is the deli and fresh food case. They leave food in the cold cases for days it seems. Subs and wraps are slimy. Expired food never disposed off and often left there. Hot food case is no better. Food left there for hours after the allotted time. Food is often dried out or outright disgusting. The bathrooms for customers are mostly dirty and rarely get cleaned. When they do clean they soak them with water and don't bother drying them out. Frozen section is next and you guessed it... another nightmare. They bring carts full of frozen items and dairy items and they just sit there. No rush to get the products into refrigeration or freezers. Often employees will leave carts and go chit chat with other staff. So buy at your own discretion. Last is the women who often stands at the self check out. She finds pleasure in belittling people , inserting herself when she is told no help is needed. She licks her fingers and touchs the bags... and touches people children without permission... somehow she still has a job.... shocking.Best advice if you can shop elsewhere. Mill hall or jersey shore weis is by far 1000x better in everything. This place is only conveniently supermarket besides save a lots so up charging is apparent.

Have been a customer of weis for many years.. Im am appalled by the overseer of the self check out.. Her name is Beth.. she is very rude and treats customers as if they are thieves. I called in a complaint due to the fact she ran an elderly lady out of the store crying.. Im sure these complaints are overlooked.. Her supervisor states she is an asset to the store well I choose to differ she is ignorant .. Not everyone is thief.. I spend close to 400 a week at this store.. and enjoy all the friendly faces that work there.. .. do better . I avoid tge store at all cost because it's not a pleasant experience anymore with the treatment of the customers..

One line open that isn't self check out. I guess I will be making the trip to scenic ridge where there is no self check out. Not one time has anyone offered to pay me to check out myself. Not one time have I been offered a discount for saving them money by doing it myself. A lot of people are frustrated about this. I guess I am different, I will let you know why I am leaving.Update, spent 10 minutes in line for one item, and no, we do not want to check ourselves out.

It's a little Weis as compared to the much larger ones. It does have a pharmacy, with really nice and helpful people. They are in the process of building a gas station.

I was there on 5/12 Bonnie the cashier was great! She was the only cashier and her line was rather huge but still remained patient and so pleasant to everyone!

If you have sick or mentally ill people you take care of, do not come here.They WILL take advantage of you and make it seem like your fault.Cat food is 20% more expensive than everywhere else in town.I have even bought milk from here that was spoiled and they wouldn't let replace it. Just go to SG or FD, they're closer and less expensive anyway.

Please have your employees not touch other people’s children without permission. I decided I needed to go to the store and of course I had my one month old newborn with me an employee at the self checkout literally came up to my daughters stroller without permission and got in her face to talk to her and was touching her, without asking me!! My daughter has not gotten her first shots yet to protect her plus COVID, rsv, and influenza is still very much going around. Please do not touch other people’s children especially without permission to do so!

Well stocked for the smaller store. The customer service is lacking. The prices are high for the average consumer. Store is clean looking overall. Good selection of brands to choose from. Meat selection and cuts are average. Deli and their customer service could be better. I'd shop here again if I wanted to pay $0.50-$2.00 more than average price of other stores. They do have a gas points program that is good if you spend alot of money in the store to give you cents off of the gallon at the pump.

The strawberries and oranges both were very juicy for late September. I was very impressed that the fruit didn’t spoil the next day. My daughter fell asleep eating their oversized meatballs from the bakery. Four (4) meatballs was just a pinch over 1lb. I believe we paid $5.99 or $6.99 per lb. Around the same price for their fresh mozzarella and cherry tomatoes which I didn’t particularly care for due to the spiceyness of it. I’m not accustom to mozzarella caprice being spicy hot. Prices going up just like all other grocery stores but I will defiantly return.

My favorite place to shop. The staff is great even the cart guy is fun to talk with. I enjoy the food at weis I love the selection. I think it's pretty organized. I actually enjoy shopping here. Usually shopping stresses me out but i love it there.

I shop here all the time, and recently I've been looking for boxes for moving. Most other places said no and didn't bother to help, but a wonderful gentleman helped us and loaded the boxes on a cart for us and brought it around! His name was Mac and deserves a raise because people like him are what makes me want to go here. Another gentleman helped (didn't catch a name he was a cart collector and didn't have a name tag) as well and they were both so nice and definitely deserve the praise! 🙂

I used to not care for Weis but after living here and the only grocery options really being Weis or Walmart, I've been swayed. The everyday low price isn't always the best but the deals are. This store particularly is decently kept. Staff are nice. Nothing that stands out here but there aren't any issue. It's central to most of the town and a good and reachable place for the college students. Also has a good selection of goods and services.

I’m in town on business and wanted to stop for donuts after they opened around 7:10. The store was meant to be open at 7. A woman stood there with her hands in the air when I tried to ask if they were open. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because the employees enjoyed the donuts.

This Weis Market can definitely use an upgrade. The store itself is very clean throughout and the staff is nice. The size isn't that big which can lead to lacking of products. Is also missing a new feature within the Weis Markets, their beer selection. If it includes that, I can see the sales rising.
