Usually a line at checkout and it goes super slow because there’s only ever 1 lane open at a time but other than that this place is good and cheap and has all your grocery needs in one stop!

You can't beat the prices even though you have to bring your own bags. The employee I ran into was very nice and helpful. Her name was Megan. Because of her I will be back again. She has the good old work ethic. Good for business!! New post 8/14/23 we got really good prices on steaks and BBQ chicken thighs. Also the best place in town to get Oscar Mayer roasted turkey lunch meat. I'll be back again!

Don't save a lot here much anymore. A lot of low dollar items are catching up with the other grocery stores so this is turning into just another grocery store, with no bags, and two employees, and name brands you don't recognize. Clean store though

Save-A-Lot has some really good deals on groceries. Many items here are less expensive than other discount retailers. Some of their prices on meat are unbeatable. They also offer Pick 5 items for $19.99 on select frozen foods. The only concerns I have with this store is the price tags don't always match the item that they are near. The other concern is the $19.99 deal does not always ring up correctly on the register. Usually the Customer has to ask the cashier to do an override to get the correct Pick 5 price. Other than that I have no complaints about this store. They have great Customer service! Just remember to bring reusable shopping bags to bag your groceries, or you may have to buy them at the store.

Great selection, well organized and wonderful prices!!We have purchased steaks from there several times and only got lucky ONCE. The other times the steaks were a bit tough for our taste. So we feel that it's hit or miss with meat.Also, BRING YOUR OWN BAGS OR u will either PAY 10 cents a bag from them OR take your chances on there being empty boxes that are left on a back shelf from the registers!!!

I would give it a -2 Stars if I could stop in for a quick pick up stood in line waiting for a cashier we rang the bell quite a few times a guy came up from Outback went to a lane that was dark and checked out a person that he knew there and then left we had to wait for someone else to come along

a lot. Are very nice people. I ask if they had Lg jugs of water and in a few days they got me ,Crystal Falls purified drinking water in large jugs. Love this place. Apples are nice looking and taste great. Meat is great too.

Kind of disgusting but.. I seen some swollen (obviously bad) bags of frozen Pillsbury biscuits in the freezer section and when I brought it up the associate they told me that they were instructed by a manager to leave them there because they were not "expired". This is completely disgusting to ignore food safety like that. Kind of makes me think twice about shopping here or the other two grocery stores that are owned by the owner of sav a lot lock haven

Great store if you don't mind buying generic brands, but you will find name brands on the shelves here from time to time as well. This is the only place I will go for my fresh and frozen meat and poultry items because the prices are lower and the quality seems to be better than that of the bigger stores in the area, not to mention the butcher here will take any request and cut/get you something fresh from the backroom if you request it.The only complaint and reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is only due to my local stores bathroom. It seems like everytime I have to enter, usually with a toddler, the floor is dirty and you can tell it hasn't been cleaned recently, and there's no diaper changing caddy. It's basically a toilet and sink, and makes it difficult to try and change diapers and/or pullups and not have to worry about a cleanliness issue.

The hamburger that was on the shelf looked disgusting and there was no 85/15..when I asked for fresh hamburger in the kind I wanted there was nobody to get it for me Because "the girl had just punched out and had put hamburger out right before she punched out" after asking for the fresh 85/15 hamburger the girl that couldn't help me walked back to the cooler and began asking if I needed it now or if I could wait, and then asked if I could just get a different kind..it all looked gross so I would rather not..very disappointed Because normally their meat is all so good, and have never had a problem getting fresh meat until today

It is a very clean store, they have a little produce. I seen some baked goods. One of few that I see will allow people to leave bags for others to use. Really friendly staff.

Decent prices overall, I frequently shop at this store. Most of the meat quality is good, chicken quality and packaging could be better. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful.

Save a lot is a grocery store that has Good prices especially for meat and other items, it's easy to get in and out of the store because it's not as crowded as the other stores , they have a lottery ticket machine in front of store
