I am so impressed by how together and professional the Lock Haven CVS, having taken on the prescriptions of Keller & Munro, which is now closed. Everyone there is upbeat and friendly even though they're going 100 mph! If there were a 6, I'd give them a 6!

Main reason for visiting store tonight was to put money on my PayPal account. Arrived alittle passed 9 o'clock. Staff was at the self checkout counting cash. I was not greeted or acknowledged at all for that matter. I quickly set out to locate a few products and then made my way to the front where I was directed to please use the self checkout register. I agreed to do so and added that first I needed to put cash on my paypal account and i was told that was not possivle cuzThey had already closed the drawers down. How is that my problem? The hours posted are until 10 pm so i should be able purchase or utilize the services they advertise to have. I wasted my time and alot of gas making the 40 mile round trip for nothing

Their pharmacy is good w/details regarding your prescription needs. Their pharmacists though very busy are very patient good w/customer support. Kevin is a favorite as he's been stuck helping me more times than the others and is a good employee. All of the staff has been pretty helpful, and am thankful for their attention to detail.

Great customer service from personnel.Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. A very nice experience!The store always has what I need. The store is well organized and signed so I easily & quickly find my items.

Since I started coming here, it's been great! The pharmacy staff is absolutely amazing & friendly and are fast! The staff on the retail floor, are so friendly and go above & beyond to make sure you get everything you need and if you can't find it they come right out and help you find it! Also had a ton of questions for the pharmacists and he took 20 minutes to explain stuff to us so he also went above & beyond! You don't get that service anywhere else in the Lock Haven/Mill Hall area's!!

Everyone that works in the pharmacy are extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. I switched to them when Kmart closed and I had been going there for 17 years. And, they (CVS) had some Big Shoes to fill and they've done just that! My husband will be switching next. Thank you CVS for caring about your customers!!!

New store,clean,and friendly staff. I worked out of here giving covid vaccinations when their clinic went up. Good experience. Its a big store and plenty of parking.

I have been going to the store for a long time and it has went down hill the staff is not that friendly and they don't listen to the customer very well

Quick and friendly service I used to use Walmart pharmacy but they our absolutely horrible and rude... I take the extra 10 min drive to come here due to the friendly staff

Switching my pharmacy to walmart. The store manager here treated me like I was a complete bother in a highly unprofessional manner. Terrible .
