The pharmacy has a tendency to mess with insurance info and medications. A month ago, they changed my insurance information without my consent. So when I tried to get a refill, I was told to talk to my doctor because apparently my insurance wasn't covering the meds. 2 hours on the phone with my insurance, only to be told that they still cover it. Then they had to contact this cvs to and give them the correct insurance. A month later, they randomly changed my prescription quantity out of nowhere. I had to contact my doctor because this pharmacy wasn't giving me enough pills to last me until the next refill. The pharmacists randomly changing things around without even notifying me or my doctor beforehand is frustrating. I was prescribed a medication that I needed to take twice a day, but the pharmacy was only giving me enough to take once a day. I shouldn't have to keep on calling my doctor every time this pharmacy messes up my medications. It's nothing but frustrating.

I just wanted to give a shout out to your wonderful staff for their help today. I have had a really bad and painful 24 hrs. My husband and I are traveling in our RV full time. I was in Ithaca yesterday and I had to go to Urgent Care there last night for a very painful double ear infection. I was treated very poorly there. I have a 3 day drive ahead of me and they weren’t able to fill my prescription there before we had to leave town but you guys were able to get it transferred for me and even though he was extremely busy, your pharmacist took the time to speak to me about other things I can do to help the pain. I believe it was Kevin? I apologize if I got that wrong. I literally cannot hear out of one ear and I’m in a lot of pain. After being treated so poorly yesterday in Ithaca by the PA At Urgent Care and them not being able to fill my prescription in time it almost made me cry to have someone be so kind. I never leave reviews but I felt your staff deserves 5 stars for their kindness and promptness. It meant a lot. I worked in the ER for 25 years and I know how hard it can be taking care of sick people who feel terrible, especially when busy. Please thank them for me.❤️ Sometimes all a person needs is a little kindness. I really needed it today.
