On multiple occasions I haven't been able to eat at home before work, so I try to get something quick to go. This McDonald's is the slowest I have ever been to. I spent 10 minutes in line and ended up late for work, I already paid for my food so I can't leave it. They only have 2 people in the morning when there is a big line! Get it together.

Found a black hair in my crispy chicken sandwich. Picture included. Their 2nd attempt had a dead fly in the box. Sorry no Picture I was so discussed I threw it out. The manager made that one special for us. What a joke. Careful with this place. Our visit date was 8-6-21 around 8:30pm.

I was in the drive thru on 11/21 around 3pm getting my child there after school nuggets. The young man at the food window in the drive thru was thoughtful enough to check the happy meal before handing me it and discovered there were no fries in it and had it corrected. The attention to detail to check before just handing it to me assuming it was right was awesome and much appreciated, my little one loves mcdonalds fries and would have been really upset to get a happy meal with no fries.This store always has good food and the staff is friendly and the line moves at an appropriate pace.

Not a fan of this factory farmed, gmo, pesticide ridden, underpaid, industrial cow complex mass producer. I personally would not consider what is served here food. The only redeeming qualities of McDonald's are their free bathrooms and WIFI.

Decent clean a little busy at lunch time but not a long wait there is a table tablet for children and tvs for viewing all of your mcdonalds foods and drinks rest rooms decent staff is hard working and does a fairly well jobVegetarian options: They do offer salads and a few other non meat itemsDietary restrictions: They have a calorie count listed and can keep track of the sugar in each itemParking: Plenty of spots to park not a busy traffic pattern in the lot and wheel chair access parkingKid-friendliness: Sells happy meals with toys and for Halloween they had the boo buckets they have healthy snacks milk and also a table tablet for the kids to play games with tiny seats for them to sit on

I wanted to order multiple sandwiches delivered to my house and this seems to be a monumental task. I called the restaurant multiple times and they said use the app. I’m using the app and it doesn’t work. It appears that I need brain surgery in order to make this work, I went to the local sub shop in order what I want to eat. I was completely satisfied with this. This McDonalds in Littlestown is the worst McDonald’s I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. The service is slow mismanaged and undertrained. The food is consistently poorly cooked. Every time I go through the drive through I am asked to pull forward and wait for my meal , in multiple instances the food took over 10 minutes to be brought out to me or I had to go inside to remind the manager I was there . The sad part is this is a constant problem at this location extending for more than 7 years .

Excellent experience. The good was delicious. The lobby was clean. Lyndsey was above and beyond sweet and helpful. I also watched her assist a customer work an app order. He was so happy with her help.Dietary restrictions: I wish they offered grilled chicken. I'm very limited on what I can eat.

I have been living in littlestown for two years around the corner from this McDonald’s and every time I come here my order is wrong. I have never ordered anything and the order be exactly what I asked for .. It is so frustrating having to drive back to have to ask for what they are missing. Something have to change.. new management or something because somebody doesnt know how to follow simple instructions on a screen

This morning was one of my best experiences! During the morning commuter rush the two young ladies at each window were extremely calm, professional, friendly and efficient. The crew preparing the food did an exceptional job as well. If you are planning to go to Littlestown McDonald's I highly suggest going some week morning this crew is there!

This is THE WORST store in the area, your better off going literally anywhere else. Order is always wrong, save yourself the trouble and just dont order here. Food quality is what you would expect and is not the complaint. It's the ACCURACY or lack of accuracy that is unbelievable.

I understand they were busy however they gave me honey mustard when I ordered hot mustard and two burgers were not made properly. I used the app but they didnt follow what I ordered.. I had already gone home when I found the issues so I didn't go back to get it fixed. I sent an email to McDonald's about the honey mustard before I found the burgers were wrong.

Grinds, grinds, and more grinds and when I tried to call McDonald's in Littlestown, Pa. wellll..no one wants to answer. A huge disappointment! I even tried to clean the grinds out myself. 😱

I ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. when I received my order I was handed the wrong sandwich. when I went in to get the correct sandwich, the manager told me I ordered the wrong thing and I informed her I order the same thing every time and they consistently make my order incorrectly. an employee resolved it by trying to make another sandwich, but made it incorrectly again.

First of all, this McDonalds is the absolute worst one I’ve ever been to. When I do go, my wife and I only ever get breakfast because the regular food is too disgusting. If you get nuggets, they are usually rock hard like they’ve been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. If you get burgers, they’re either made incorrectly or look like they’ve been thrown up against the wall. Nine out of ten times, regardless of what you order, you have to pull up to the rail or over into a parking spot, and watch several people receive their food who arrived after you. This morning we went at 7a.m. and ordered 3 value meals, two with sodas, and one with a frappe. We were the one of three cars in the drive thru, and still had to pull up and wait for almost 20 minutes. I imagine it was because of the frappe. The website says they are open at 5a.m. in the drive thru, but have attempted to get breakfast at that time and no one is there or been told they can only serve drinks. (Not frappes, of course.) The fries are usually old and have so much salt on them that you can’t even eat them. If you do get hot fries, they taste like they’re still using the same grease from last year. It’s nasty. I don’t go inside, I would be afraid as to what I might see. This will be our last trip ever to this McDonald’s.

I have a large family so obviously I ordered a lot of food. I ordered it over the McDonald’s app because I knew it was large order and thought it would be easier for the employees if I ordered on the app, parked and waited for it. Instead of inconveniencing everyone in the drive threw. Well they had me waiting over 20 mins I was ok with I honestly thought it would take 20-30 mins to have it ready. A little after 20 mins the app said it was handed out. Now this is where I have a problem, I didn’t get the food. I spent 55 bucks there ok (like I said large family) of course I called and asked about it. Well who ever answer the phone gave me an attitude about how much I ordered. So I eventually get my food. Now I could have gotten over everything else that happened if my food would have been correct. Some of my burgers where wrong had had everything on and I only asked of ketchup. My nuggets where hard absolutely no sauce my French frys where old and not even as full like they normally are. On top of all of that my food was cold I live less than 5 mins away absolutely no reason for my food to be cold. I spent a lot of money there tonight I don’t think asking for the right order and warm (not even hot) food is too much to ask for.

Service sucked. I personally have an issue with Cardi B packaging. They put the childrens meals inside the bags that had the advertising of the cardi B offset meal. I don't need my kids asking who she is they are very impressionable. This is the person that sings "W****s in the house" WAP song. Wow, back when I was a kid McDonald's was a child friendly environment, I guess not anymore.
