Having been associated with 194 Imports for many, many years, I have yet to receive anything less than exemplary service and respect as a customer. I have purchased services and products from both the prior owner and the current owner. I have found them to always stand behind their work. I have found them to be honest and function with an amazing amount of integrity from the sale of a car all the way through completed service. If I were able to give six out of five stars… I would do so. I never hesitate to grant my opinion when asked. I praise great service and nail those who are in need of a little remediation. Daughter took car for service. They never called her to tell her it was done so she was without her car for the evening. Before that the lady she was speaking with about the work necessary was rude to her. I thought things might have changed when the old owners were bought out they would have gotten better with customer service .

We wish we could have a positive review but are frustrated with how we've been treated recently. We bought one vehicle from the previous owners and that worked out well. The second vehicle we bought needed to be brought back 6 times. During that time, the mechanic became the new owner and he agreed to honor the guarantee on the car. Extensive work was needed which we had done, but it didn't fix the problem. But then the new owners refused to stand behind their 50/50 warranty and instead told us the car needed another $3,119.86 worth of work. It is apparent this car had too many problems and should not have been sold in the first place and now we are stuck with either paying the high cost to fix it with no guarantees, or lose our car and the cost of its purchase. This puts us in a no-win position unless the new owners are willing to stand behind their work.

Awful customer service. Cassie is very nice, ask to deal with her, avoid Vicky at all cost. Had my car in several times for an issue with engine, did nothing for it both times so I had to take it to lawrence subaru to have issue diagnosed. Head gasket was out, 194 was trying to avoid doing a big job like head gasket because I was still under warranty. 194 fixed head gasket but it cost over 1500 dollars. I was referred to 194 buy a local reputable business and they claimed 194 fixes head gaskets, timing belt, water pump for every car on lot. Why did my head gasket go out within first 6 months of owning car? Why did I have to diagnose the issue and hurry to fit in the service before my warranty ended? Had to twist their arm to get anything done at every turn. Awful experience, treated very poorly.

I had my car's emissions testing done here. They did the job just fine, but the staff members were neglectful and didn't seem very interested in what I needed or if I was satisfied with their service. It was very much treated as a paycheck instead of a job they care about.
