bought a birch tree. got home and bulb was infested with bugs. took a video and pics showed it to an employee and they said it's white ants. I asked what to do and they tried to sell me sevin. I said they should give it to me for free since the tree was infested. they refused. got home and looked up white ants and found out they are termites. i wonder why they said white ants instead of termites.

Love this place... The associates are very knowledgeable. Helped me getting something for our front yard with limited sunshine. Kids love this place too with the fish and so many colorful flowers and plants. Makes one forget there is a pandemic looming when there are flowers blooming😀

I came across this post featuring some Old World Christmas Ornaments on Saturday morning 1/8/22I was very excited because even though Christmas has just passed, I had been looking for some..I ordered 4 of them on the spot.. about an hour later they had received And Shipped my order!! I received them Today 1/10/22!!! I am Delighted with them.. Thank you for these Wonderful ornaments and quick shipping!I will be ordering more!!

Julia, the on-line customer representative, was accommodating with her knowledge of the Flex-Wall edgers. Shipping of the products was quick once a problem with on-line ordering on my part could not be accomplished that Julie was able to rectify. Her expertise and prompt services provided for missing items exhibited genuinely active customer service support-oriented for customer satisfaction. The Flex-Wall edgers were easy to install, appropriately priced; however, they were less expensive than installing an actual stone border. Overall satisfaction with ordering, shipping and services, and prompt customer service made our experiences pleasurable.

I love walking through Esbenshades any time I need a pick-me-up! They always have the best selection annuals, perennials, herbs, bushes, trees and houseplants. Their prices are very reasonable and the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.

First of all this is one of the larger garden centers in the region.Good selection, knowledgeable staff, very helpful.I'm mostly interested in edible and pollinators friendly plants, plus native cultivars, so I can't speak to much else.

I absolutely LOVE ❤️ this Garden Store!!!! I moved into this area a few years ago and was devastated not be able to bring along most of my beautiful flowers that took me so long to design and fill with scheduled blooms. Then I was genuinely Excited to find out that I moved so close to my Favorite kind of Store. I have enjoyed many hours browsing and shopping to slowly rebuild my new flower and water gardens. Thanks to Espenshades Greenhouse, with their Amazing selection of annuals and perennials, that are strong and very healthy, I am well under way!! The staff are So pleasant and helpful that every trip there is something I look forward to. You can't go wrong with Espenshades!! They are very reasonable with prices and have a great rewards program that give you dollar amount coupons to redeem towards your purchases!! Absolutely #captivating refreshing, & extremely helpful throughout the entire Garden Center! You'll find flower varieties in all shapes and color-sizes, with some hard to find genera. Don't even get me started on the great prices, & the whole family friendly staff offering meritorious service everyday! Go shopping there now if u can, you'll be glad u did.#DjDM1

Good seletion of spring-flowering bulbs late in the fall season. Many nice plant pots, garden decorations, etc. Good soils & potting mixes. Also some trellises, fire pits, etc. All kinds of stuff for the garden & gardener.The check out woman was a real sweetheart, but some of the other employees were useless, at best.One snarked at me for taking a number of clay pots off the shelves to compare & choose my favorites, as they had noticeable variations. She also snarled at two young children for leaving a door open.Another spent at least 15 minutes in over-the-top snuggling & loud baby talk with a customer's dog, repeating the phrase, "Oh sweetie, you just wanna climb right inside me, don't you. Yesh you do, I know you do!!!"This obnoxious behavior (& shirking duties) was right next to where I was trying to pick out my flower bulbs. I'd've bought more, but had to leave the area.The prices were all over the map, with some items overpriced & others bargains.Somewhat of a drive for me, so I doubt I'll be back.

Other online retailers did not have the selection or quality I desired. Not only did I find the best quality products here, but they were also reasonably priced, and the shipping was fast.

If you want to make one stop and get everything you need, then Esbenshades is the place! They have everything from rare house plants to garden veggies…… and all the soil and pots you might need. While everything is really nice and the selection is huge, it does come at a premium price. It may not be much more expensive, but every dollar adds up. You will spend more here, but you will also won’t need to stop at 3 different places.

This is the only place I get pants. They have a large variety of popular and unique indoor and outdoor plants. During the spring /summer they have tons of annuals and perennials. Prices are reasonable and employees are very helpful. They also have lots of decorations, pots, and other garden center items like potting soil and fertilizer.

Very friendly staff. I asked about the care of a specific plant and they immediately called over a greenhouse staff member who thoroughly explained. Talk about customer service!!! Huge selection of well cared indoor and outdoor plants. Fairly priced.

For the last couple of months, I have been looking for Hidcote lavender. I finally found it and ordered it this past Saturday. I have never shopped here before, or even heard of your nursery, but I am very grateful that I did. I will continue to purchase from you. My lavender plants arrived on Wednesday. They were the most beautiful plants, and very reasonably price that I have seen anywhere around, online or otherwise. They are in perfect condition, no damage from the shipping and when the rain stops I’m looking forward to getting them in the ground. Thank you so much Esbenshade nursery!

I haven't been in person due to quarantine and was having trouble finding tomato seed packs on line that would arrive in time to start them for May planting. I found Esbenshade's through a google search and was able to order all of my tomato plants LIVE for less than $3 a plant! They arrived in 2 days, in amazing, lush condition. Each plant is in a 3" pot and about 6" high and bushy. I'm headed back to their website now to see what else I can order! Thank you!

Excellent plant store. Annuals, perennials, tools, equipment, decor, native plants, ferns, shrubs, bushes, gourds. You name it they've got it. Excellent selection of houseplants tho not specializing in any rare or variegated specimens. Indoor outdoor spaces broken up onto sections by seasonal growth period. They have an extensive selection of cacti, herbs selection, lots of gardening equipment and decor. Even a melissa and Doug kids shelf which kids apparently find irresistible! Toys, gadgets, chairs, fly swatters, moss poles, trellis canopies. I think it would be hard not to find something to buy. Waiting for them to stock my monstera albo and I'll be back for that. Excellent prices too. You can find everything you need at this store, huge onsite parking lot as well
