Food was pretty good, but the last two times I’ve purchased drinks from there they weren’t very good. I ordered hot tea and I realized after I got home that they made a hot tea with milk, I didn’t ask for milk. I just wanted simple Earl Gray tea. Other time in ordered coffee and the flavor was sweet, I didn’t want flavored coffee, just black coffee. So be sure to clarify your drink order.

Great cup of coffee at Copper CupI tried the snickerdoodle holiday coffee latte with an extra shot of espresso and it was delicious. It's a very nice small cafe with a drive thru. Very cozy and welcoming faces of the employees.A perfect place to read a book, work on a project, or blog while enjoying a treat and warm cup of coffee. They currently are selling these beautiful pullover soft sweaters/unisex and my friend got one, he loves it. He says it's so warm and soft and it's great for traveling as well, without hauling a big coat.5⭐out of 5

I always have enjoyed my stops by Copper cup on my way into work in the mornings. Food is always hot and service is quick & friendly. Only recommendation I would make is to put less ice in the iced drinks. I ordered a large iced spring matcha, that was 85% ice with foam... minimal actual drink, this seems to happen with any iced drink I order. Sizes are small(er) compared to other local coffee shops as well.

A great little coffee shop. It's a bit out of the way, but the coffee has always been good, and the food is alright too.My go-to is the sweet cream iced coffee and a bagel. I tried the hot roast beef sandwich, and it was okay but nothing to write home about.

Nestled to the side of the main road, you easily miss it if you don't see the sign. First time stopping here... It's clean, cozy with a friendly atmosphere. I had the latte with an extra shot of espresso 😉 and one raspberry thumbprint cookie (delicious). I'm glad I stopped 📍

First and LAST time getting coffee or a latte or ANY beverage from here. Maybe warn guest that you include supplements, herbs or ground foods in your coffee. I Got a caramel latte this morning all to not be able to drink it due to the weird ground ginger root texture. I have no clue what this is but it is horrible!! This caught me completely off guard.

I absolutely love the coffee! This is my go to for best caffeine place! I would describe the experience of overall customer service as waking up on the right side of the bed. The staff is helpful and pleasant in creating a positive morning in my daily routine and commute to work! Thank you for the authentic taste in coffee!!!

I have seen this place in passing but never stopped. I’m sorry I haven’t before now. The bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwich was delicious. The mocha latte was excellent. I got it iced and the ice was interesting. It reminded me of rock candy. Quaint shop inside. It has a drive thru and two tables in the shade outside. Great experience over all! Thank you.

We went here for the first time today and before we even left the drive thru, our kids were asking to come back again. Muffins were perfectly moist and huge. Latte was brilliantly caffeinated and shake was delicious. Lemonade was so incredibly fresh. Baked oatmeal was delicious. Staff was kind, quick, efficient, and appreciative. Thank you!Kid-friendliness: The kids loved their food here. It can be hard to find a coffee spot with fun, unique, delicious options for kids. They can’t wait to return.

Baked goods and coffee are awesome. I had a BE biscuit. The biscuit was absolutely amazing. I want to be able to just order that biscuit, buttered, with some jam. Dont need the lino bacon or powdered egg (I get it, eggs are unreasonably expensive). But that biscuit, man, it was so good.The chocolate espresso scone. ☺️😄

I like the vibe of the place, and the workers are always really friendly and helpful. However, that's where the pros end for me. The coffee just kinda sucks, if I'm being honest. It's not that it tastes bad, it's just that there is almost no flavor variation between the different flavors. I have ordered several different styles and flavors, ranging from Regular Iced Coffee, to Caramel Frozen Coffee, to a recent season special Maple Bourbon Latté, and they all taste the same, or very nearly so. When I pay $7, not including tip, for a large cup of coffee that would be a medium size at other big name companies, I expect it to be worth the money & full of flavor, and especially sweet if I order something like Caramel. I have yet to be satisfied with an order from Copper Cup. If I wanted regular old coffee flavored coffee, I would brew it at the office for free.Overall, Copper Cup is not a bad place, but it does need improvement in the coffee department. Until that time comes, I personally will be taking my business to places I know I won't waste money on, and I suggest others do the same.

This place is cozy, and feels like a high-end coffee shop. I'm not a big coffee drinker, but per my girlfriend the coffee is good - it's not as sweet as a Starbucks, but that's OK. Their baked goods are fantastic, and we tried their carrot fries, which sounds like it should be terrible but they were able to cook them just enough to get them sweet without losing their crunch, so they were surprisingly really good, and the dill sauce they come with is great.

Only 4 stars because I really do not like their coffee.... my bf, and my coworker doesn't either. Everything else on the menu is delicious though! I really enjoy their tea drinks, especially the matcha! The food menu isn't very big but it's quality... from the cookies and baked oatmeal, to the grain bowls and breakfast sandwhiches.

I love love love this place! We always make a point to stop here when visiting my parents in Lancaster County. It is the perfect blend of Pa Dutch culture and a modern coffee shop.All the baked items are excellent.The golden chai is my favorite.Great service every time.So happy that this place exists!
