I've been taking my 17 year old GMC Savannah to this garage for 5-6 years. Sometimes it takes a fair amount of work to keep me safe and legal. I understand that. My van has enough miles to have been to the moon and part way back.Recently my transmission has begun to shift sluggishly. I was impressed that they nicely told me that there was not much they could do without costing more than the van was worth. They could have tried this and that and then charged me a couple hundred dollars but they did not. Yes, I was impressed.

There has been two instances where I needed immediate assistance with my car. Both times Brunnerville garage got me in within a couple hours and helped me. They are very good and honest people.

I needed a repair done on my truck within the week for a trip I was taking. They were able to get me in that week and got the repair done for a good price. I'd highly recommend them!

If I could give more stars I would!I had to pull into the lot after my engine started bucking late at night, and I had low oil. The shop was closed, but an employee was still there and he was incredibly kind and helped me with my car!! The owner showed up and was also very kind! They got me on the road again!

I Drove an hour to look at a used truck at a dealership in Lititz Pa, I took it to Brunnerville Garage for a pre purchase inspection, they thoroughly checked it over and explained to me what they found. Though nothing major was found I used the information given to me back to the dealership and they knocked off a few dollars off the asking price. Thanks so much!!Service: Vehicle safety inspection

After being a disabled vehicle on the PA turnpike I had my vehicle towed to an "authorized" turnpike service center that was not even a little bit of help...so I called Brunnerville garage on the outside chance that they could help me and they could not have been more helpful. They bent over backwards to get me down the road even though I am from out of town...if you should be in the Lititz are and in need of vehicle repair, give them your business.... they deserve it!!

Lyn is one of two remaining mechanics in Lancaster County. People who are called mechanics today are actually part replacers. Don't get me wrong it is still a skilled job but I needed someone who could tweak the carburetor in my 1984 Chevrolet El Camino. They work fast, charge as little as possible and take care of their customers. If you are there over lunch enjoy one of their grilled hot dogs with sauerkraut or all the way. Best hot dog in the county.

Never bring your vehicle! If I could rate them negative stars, I would.These "men" took advantage of me.I want to first say I had no choice but to my vehicle here. I had a tube step bracket fail, that resulted in it falling off while driving. I pulled over and thank food I had bungee cords to keep in in place till I got somewhere I could pull off. I had no tools to take the whole thing off so I rigged it till it could get to the nearest garage. I pulled into this place and walked in the front store and told the lady what happened. She told me to just go into the bays and talk to one of the mechanics. I did.They were just standing around, not working on a thing. I stood there, they saw me, and they ignored me. I am a 38 year old woman; 5'2". Finally I got someone to talk to me and explained my plight. One of them just gave me 2 tools to try to get it off myself. Sure, I'll try it. Of course I could not, so I went back in to say I wasn't strong enough to get the bolts off. With much apparent annoyance by one, they agreed to come and look at it. The guy was so annoyed, I was wasting his precious time, he barely tried to help me. He said pull it into the bay and he'll get it off. 10 min later he says I'll take both of the tubes off . Fine. 15 min after, they unscrewed 4 bolts and threw the tube steps in the bed of my truck and charged me $22!If I was a man or a super model, maybe I would have had better service. I was wasting their "time"They were all standing around doing nothing when I walked in with my emergency. They actually turned around to look at me and turned back around like I was nobody! I was treated so badly. All I needed was help in an emergency situation, and they treated me like I was wasting they're time. They were doing nothing when I walked in. Some great service? These guys are the most laziest and incompetent mechanics I have ever come across!They should be ashamed!!!!DO NOT EVER LET THESE IDIOTS TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE, EVER!This place should be investigated.

after getting an inspection and a tire alignment done here my car started making a scraping sound. i brought it in and they took care of it immediately. it ended up being unrelated to the work that they did
