We really like it. Go on weekday it's only 110 for 10 hour rental. Boats aren't the best. But reliable. Fish a little cruise a little tank gas lasts a day. Also saw at least twelve eagle sightings.

Overall we had a nice time on the pontoon boat that we rented. However, if you’re looking for anything more than the bare minimum (an operational boat) we’d recommend going elsewhere. There we’re spider webs and spiders all over the boat, lots of dirt and old fishing line, and the seat cushions had huge holes and rips. The boat went no more than 5 miles per hour.

Sorry to see some old reviews so negative. We rented a pontoon for three hours and was treated very well and our boat was in good running order. I think the price was fair too. You can go out for whatever time you want most others have time slots in 4 or 8 hrs only we went 2 to 5pm

If there was such rating as ZERO Stars, that is what they would get.I reserved a pontoon boat for my family and my 7 year old grandson. Once Covid took it hold my Daughter and my 7 year old Grandson had to stay quarantined in their House. I called this place a couple weeks ahead to cancel, and never got my promised $75 deposit back. Even after numerous calls to them. When I reserved it, i made it a point to ask if something happend if I could get my refund back, and I was assured that was not a problem.That was last Summer. Im still waiting. I totally do NOT RECCOMEND This place. If they need to keep a $75 deposit that badly, They can have it. But do yourself a favor. Find a more Honest place to Rent a boat.Because this place is NOT HONEST..

There was an issue with our boat. They were extremely accommodating and got us on our way. They should have more help the 2 person staff cannot do it all. Especially when other customers are so rude.

A friend of mine has a daughter who has Autism. We enjoy taking her daughter for walks along the marinas break wall and to the swings nearby. My friends daughter enjoys collecting trash, which her Mom doesn't like very much, but fortunately there was not a lot of trash for her to pick up. The marina and surrounding areas were very well kept and we all enjoyed the beautiful weather today.

The boat we rented was a horrible looking tub. After about a hour on the lake it flooded and we were stranded for over a hour. Then we had to refuel to get on south side of lake and boat again started stalling out and the smell of gas was seriously nauseating. We had a few people tell us that they have issue's but did not expect this nightmare. We came back in with a full tank of gas because the pontoon would no longer run and was unable to spend the whole day on lake which we paid for. NO money was refunded and they acted as though they did not care.. The boat itself I would be embarrassed to rent out it was so tacky looking with missing paint. The only up side was the young gentleman that helped us in the morning he was terrific and should move on to a company that appreciates him

Rented a boat. It wouldn't start and kept stalling out. The gage was broken on the gas tank so gas lsvels were hard to monitor and we used all of our gas to keep restarting the boat which took 5 minutes at a time. We had to get towed back into the dock and on the way in we passed another boat from the same company that needed towed in as well. Several employees told us the boat was experiencing the same issues the day before. They knowingly let us take out a boat that was not working properly.

The boat driver seat was broken. The plastic bench was cracked and we were afraid to sit on it. The anchor was about 5 lbs at the most and would not hold the boat at all. When I left a 4 dollar tip for the young kid who only untied and retied the boat the person at the register made a comment. Usually we are very happy when renting a boat here but not with this last experience

Had a reservation number, went to rent our boat and was told the reservation was not completed, therefore we could not rent the boat. I even spoke with an employee the day before the reservation and she told me I would receive an email with the reservation number which I did. Spoke with the Manager and he offered me another boat at a DIFFERENT marina! Horrible customer service!!! Would not recommend!!

Love stopping there to get gas when we are out on the lake. Friendly service, Clean, and nice selection of snacks and cold drinks. We stop in there for bait and gas every time we go fishing. Had friends that rented a pontoon last weekend and they said they would definatley rent from them again. ( I want to try the kayak and paddle board myself..lol)

Save yourself aggravation and go somewhere else. Employees could care less about the customers and are only worried about making a buck.... Not sure where the money they do make is going because the boats are rundown, have lawn chairs for seating and they provide you with lifejackets that probably couldn't save anyone over 50lbs! Today we rented a pontoon. When it was time to return it, the boat wouldn't start. I called the marina non stop for at least 20 minutes and the line was busy! We didn't know what else to do and I ended up calling 911 because we were stranded! I felt bad calling an EMERGENCY LINE because a business has one line with no call waiting! Employees somehow were informed we were broke down and eventually came.... Keep in mind we were on the lake in front of the marina in clear eyesight. When we returned I was told by the women working in the building that I would be charged because they had to come get the boat started! After I expressed how unfair this was, she called the manager on the phone and informed him we were "pissed off". None of these employees or owner could see anything wrong with charging us because we needed assistance with THEIR property that was not damaged by us! Don't have your trip ruined by this business like they did to us!

I have never written a review before but felt that people need to be aware and avoid this business. This establishment has very rude and unprofessional workers. The boats are very old and run down and spider infested. There is another rental place close by that we used in the past and love their service and the quality of their boats are very good. Today they were all booked so we decided to come here. BIG MISTAKE!

The boat is dire need of attention--repairs & cleaning. The canopy is worn, loose and dirty; the deck carpeting is ripped and dirty. The motor was dependable. Overall the boat needs a renovation or replacement. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pre-trip orientation is though and sufficient. All the necessary safety concerns were addressed.

We were told it would be $60.00 for two hours. Came back, she charged my card $111.00. Said she is the manager, which she is not. Very rude woman. Sent us out in very bad waters. Contacted Shawn who is the manager. He is trying to rectify my situation. The rest of the staff was great. It's a shame one person can ruin a company.

Did not rent a boat but used the marina breakwater for on shore fishing. They have benches spread along the walkway. Only downside, multiple goose droppings on walkway.

Teenage girl was not very helpful when I requested an additional anchor for the pontoon rental. Their pontoons come with only one small anchor, not enough to keep the vessel put even in low wind conditions. Old guy was helpful and got us an additional anchor. Boat was not well cleaned: it smelled fishy. Linesville Marina has better pontoons: cleaner and with TWO sizeable concrete anchors that will keep you put in a tornado.

Woman is horribly rude. Enough gas for 2 hours of your day long rental then you have to go back and buy more.. The boat was filthy, the seat to drive in was completely taped up with duct tape and cut my leg.. The benchs were wooden with no padding. So sad that this was our day out with family and it started like this

Boats are horrible and constantly break down. STAY AWAY it will be a huge waste of your money and time. The women who says she’s the manager is very rude and loves to hang up on you when you question her.

Paid weeks in advance, only to find out that it was going to be bad weather, severe thunderstorms. Called to ask the day before and was told that since we weren't calling a full 24 hours ahead that all we could do was go out or just not show up. No refund, no rescheduling just take your money and leave you with no choices. Would not rent from them again.

Wanted a price to rent a pontoon for a day, she said 110. I said ok, then she precedes to tell me you need a reservation and there all reserved but i can do an hourly rate as a walk in, starting at 2hrs for 60. Or 5hrs for 95. And so on all the way up to all day which would be 190. What a SCAM !!, this place is a real joke,

Nice bait shop, boat rental, shore fishing was great, even when the lake was a little rough.
