We stopped with a small group of student athletes and the MTO team quickly became overwhelmed. Someone jumped on the PA system and announced all MTO orders would be delayed 15 minutes. It really was fine but it was clear the team there wasn't thrilled to have us all show up.

What kind of store is Sheetz 😆😆 we had to stop in the middle of the night to rest for maybe an hour or two while traveling and the employee had enough energy to knock on my window, tell us this is no truck stop and if we didn't leave she would call the cops. Then I called the store to ask for the employee’s information and she wouldn't give a name LOL and said she'd call the cops again. We waited another 10 minutes, the cops never showed. Sorry we rested for a little bit so we didn't get into an accident 😅 Hope this isn't a family owned business and your family never needs to rest while traveling. Let's note, this store was completely dead, we weren't bothering anyone and we weren't in anyone's way. We picked to stop at Sheetz because it was the only place around we figured would be safe. I guess Sheetz wants you to pull over on the road side instead LOL The little girls at night running the show need an attitude adjustment and to work on their customer service skills. If I worked there, I wouldnt care what the rules or policies said. If someone was tired and couldn't drive/needed to rest, SAFETY over anything else first. Thanks Sheetz!

Ordered tossed boneless bites in Buffalo ranch. Looks like someone crapped in a box. A bunch of goons working at this place who can’t keep quiet and makes everyone waiting for food feel awkward and uncomfortable

They get food done right and done fast! If you feel the bathrooms or whatever aren’t “up to standards” and you let someone know; they clean it up fairly quickly and aren’t total d*cks about it!

We order a chicken ceaser wrap and how does a store for the main part of a wrap it has no chicken no ceaser and no mayo just lettuce and tomato onion and croutons was all that wason it dry as hell it gross and this isn't the first time they screwed food up it almost all the time

I don't know why all the negative comments. I spend a week in the area several times a year and love this Sheetz. I stop at several but this one is awesome. The staff is great. Me and my crew stop in and order breakfast and sometimes lunch and we get what we want and it tastes great. I can give harsh reviews but not to this store. My go to place while in Williamsport.

I am so disappointed I went to Sheetz this morning ordered a western wrap which I never did receive and also ordered a ceasar wrap. I received the ceasar wrap and it was just thrown together. I never has such terrible service before the girl behind the counter that was making food looked like she was on somethingJust heard from Sheetz. They have taken care of the situation and I am extremely happy with the customer service lady I talked to. Only wish I could remember her name. She deserves a raise!!! Thank you Sheetz!

Really exceptional customer service by James, the #2 manager. I had forgotten my credit card, was out of gas, and had another two hours to go on May 17, 2022. Instead of telling me what he couldn't do, he started proposing solutions. This is an incredible skill set these days and one which will make me a Sheetz customer whenever I get the chance.

Jim who works nights is 100% the reason for my 5 stars. My whole family loves coming in when he's there because we know the service will be great. Simply the best coffees, photo worthy sandwiches, and always speedy in the kitchen and at the register. He deserves a raise!

Went to use my weis gas points with my boyfriend before they expired. I didn’t know how much i has exactly so, I went in to the store and kindly asked the cashier her name is Joyce how many points i had so i could calculate how much i needed in my tank. The cashier was extremely rude to me and giving me attitude not being pleasant at all. I figured out how many points I had and went back in to use my points and pay with cash. Same cashier rang me out once again she was rude and unpleasant. I don’t think we will be back at this sheetz to get gas or anything else. There was no reason to treat customers that way. We are extremely disappointed in this sheetz.

DONT ORDER FOOD HERE! I came in to get a sub sandwich a few days ago and it was a disgrace! None of the veggies were even in the bun... it was like they put the bun in the foil and threw all the veggies on it. And this is not the first, not the second but third time!!! Lazy workers and lazy trainers!

I just got the worst burger I've ever had from this sheets ! All I wanted was a simple cheese burger and that worker took it on her own to add some kind of hot spice to it , I could not consume the meal. That's the last time I order food from their.

Stop here on your way to work if you enjoy old hard breakfast sandwiches and waiting in long lines...long lines with one cashier and for or five employees working guaranteed.Thought i would give it another try..Ordered the pulled pork...seriously don't waist your time. I wish i could post a picture ..I would give -5 !stars if i could

Dirty, nasty, disgusting bathrooms. No toilet paper, no water from the faucets, should be reported to department of health. If there bathrooms are that disgusting then you know their food prep areas are as well. Never again. Gross.
