She gave the dog back still very wet. The place looks pretty dirty also. She charged i believe 45. For our pug who she cut one nail so short it bled. Stay away if you love your pet

If I could select zero stars I would...I will NEVER take my dog here again. This is the 2nd time I've gone here and there's no doubt in my mind she was abused here. The first time my friend and I stayed...we had to do all the work! We had to hold her, turn her...she had a muzzle on so tight it scratched her eye. This time I had to drop her off. She gave her back to me still wet, said she bit her tongue so it's swollen and she cut her nails so short they were bleeding. After 12 hours being home, she still can't close her mouth her tongue is so swollen and her eyes are pouring water! She can't close her eyes, yelps when I touch her and is profusely shaking. What the hell did she do to her??!!

Great experience. My older Chow got matted to the point of no return. Groomer took 2 hours my chow was so badly matted. Groomer was very sweet to my dog, very professional, and best of all HALF what others charge. Also they were able to fit us in within 24 hours. Every other place was 2 weeks. Thank you so much. Recommended 100%

I am very pleased with how she treated my fur baby, Alpha Gunner. Gunner and I both felt very comfortable with the service that was provided. I love that she listened to how I wanted Gunner’s hair cut and she also checked periodically while preforming the service. I will definitely be back every time my baby needs his hair cut.

My husky was skunked not too bad, but enough that she needed a bath! Got her in right away! All others were booked or didn't do big dogs or didn't do skunked dogs. Deb was the only one that answered her phone and got us in the same day! We will definitely be back!

I have never done a review on anything in my life before and I'm 42 years old. This is the worst pet grooming experience I've ever had. My poor dog still has matted hair, still wet and to boot my wife had to help do the job we were paying the groomer to do. I'm still lost for words.

I really like the way she handle my dog baby,he doesn't let anyone touching him but when it come to Deb, my dog loved her she has a way with animal they know a loveable , she does outstand grooming, I get all kind of complements on my dog when she done, Deb does outstanding job always, so if your in need of grooming give Jd's Dog Grooming a call and tell her Mike sent you for a good price.

HAD MY ST.BERNARD AT THIS JOKE OF A PLACE. SHE WASHED HER AND LEFT HER SOAKED!!!!! IT WAS MY DOGS FIRST TIME EVER AT A GROOMER SHE WAS 2 AT THE TIME. MY FIANCE DROPPED HER OFF AND PICKED HER UP. SHE STATED SHE WOULDNT STAY STILL TO DRY HER. WELL IT IS YOUR JOB AS A DAMN GROOMER TO ACTUALLY FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED. IT IS NO EXCUSE TO SAY THE DOG WOULDN'T STAY STILL. NON SENSE. AND STILL CHARGED FULL PRICE! STAY AWAY.
