I started ordering from this Sheetz within the last few months, I order about 2-4 times a week on my way to work for lunch. I will do the mobile pick up order and it seems like almost every time they forget at least one item in my order. When I pick up my order I don’t have the time to go back in and request the item that I was originally supposed to get in the first place. I’m not one to complain but this has happened so many times in the last month alone 😂 I’ve probably given them $50 for items I didn’t even get.

Edit: i tried them again today. Again, they messed up. They put my mobile order at the drive through, and after waiting and waiting i asked and they found it. I thought i should just go in and pick it up and out? Not at this one. They're ice cold and all the manager said is that she'd remake it. I've already been waiting ten minutes, so wait even longer while my kids wait in the car? Ridiculous. Whats the point of the mobile order if that's how it is? DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION.Don't order food from this one. Even when they're not busy, they'll screw your order up. That happens, I get it; but at this location, the supervisors are extremely rude about it as if it's your fault they screwed your order up. At least at other locations they try to make it right - not this one. I like the Sheetz brand but this one is just bad.

I pay extra for dressing and they give me none. It happens literally all the time on the evening shift. Literally just happened again. The day shift needs to train the night shift.

Absolutely love these stores. This one is very clean and modern as most Sheetz are. The crew are always nice. Smile and with a nice hello. Highly recommend for sure

Nicer than most, clean, but there is a problem.. If they lose network connectivity, they can't take any type of card, only cash. No biggg deal normally.. BUT ... Can't make hot food, nor pump gas, diesel... even if you had cash.. We've come to rely on them being able to get fuel in any situation, but that's not the case. Please consider a physical manual override where as in this situation you can still dispense fuel, and make food. This was a wake up call. Had it been a serious emergency, long outage, we'd be in trouble. Something to think about ...I guess this is true for all Sheetz everywhere.

The best convenience store chain. There is something for everyone at the "MTO" counter - sandwiches, specialty coffee, fried foods, smoothies. Highly recommend - you might even see me there.

Convenient location, wide selection of typical gas station quick stop grab items. Great service,friendly and prompt customer service when it comes to ordering MTO items. Nice area inside to sit and eat. Also small area outside where seating is available. Super quick and easy after kids sports or band activities. Bathrooms are well maintained too.

Efficient crew, always friendly. Clean store. Food is made to order so its going to take the same amount of time if you go in or sit in your car at the drive thru, which sometimes I do because I'm feeling lazy.

Today I was going to Sheetz to get dinner, so I went through the drive thru. Next, I went and put in my order on the touchscreen. Then, when I arrived at the window and the lady asked me what I ordered. So I asked her if she received it and she replied with a no. But in the end I never got my food. This is not the first time this has happened. If the drive thru isn't working it should be shut off or have an out of order sign on it. I am very MAD because that was a waste of my time.☹

This sheetz is much better than the one it replaced. The mto area is still slow, but nowhere near as bad. Just the right size with a nice layout. Sometimes the store part could be a bit cleaner

Always clean and staff very accomodating. Food is served quicxkly here and always warm if needed or cold if required. Prices are really fair-Now alcohol served at this location wanted.

Nice big store nice to have drive thru. But waits are just as slow as the store set there twice for 10mins + before they ever came to the window and no one seemed to care no customer service

Price of food have gone through the roof there I got rid of a lot of stuff just doesn't taste the same like it used to whenever the first started making everything

Clean. Convenient since it doesn't seem like there's anything else for a million miles. Quiet and has everything you'd expect from a Sheetz.
