This was second grooming for my Yorkies Stinger and Honey. I changed groomers to My Bella last month because my groomer of almost 30 years quit because of family illness. I am totally astounded at the way my babies look now. I keep their coats long and now they are shaped and beautiful. My husband and I are so happy with the results from My Bella. I am so glad that I picked them for my furbabies. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer for their babies.

We brought our golden retriever "Trapper" in today for a grooming. When we walked in, the store was very cozy, clean, and had a lot of charm. Gwenn greeted us with a smile. You can tell the people who own, operate and work in this fine establishment truly care about their trade. They were right on time with getting our pooch to the back to start the grooming. Gwenn told us that they should be done in about an hour. When we came back an hour later trapper looked wonderful and they did exactly what we wanted, all for a fair and reasonable price. She even took the time out of her busy day to give me some dog training tips. Thank you Bella Pets. We will be back again soon!

Took my little guy there for his first grooming experience, they explained what they were gonna do which is always reassuring to me. My little guy came out smelling amazing looked fabulous and the ladies were super helpful and friendly. My little guy even got a sweater. Best experience for me and my little guy.

Such a charming and gorgeous boutique, where I would enjoy holiday shopping for my pets if I lived in the area. As it is, MyBella Pets is 5-hrs away. But I travelled here to buy a French Bull Dog from Weywood Kennels, "Coal Baby" being the third adult/retired show dog that I have purchased from Gwenn over the decade+. I have adored each and every one of them!!! And I did buy a few things at the shop, too!

My Bella Pets is a retail store that also breeds and sells boston terriers.I would start out by saying that I do not leave bad reviews. I know the impact that a bad review can have and so prefer to keep my thoughts to myself rather than publicly leave a bad review. So the fact that I am taking the time to leave a bad review should tell you something. We purchased a puppy from My Bella Pets. Prior to picking up the dog, we were told that we needed to have a laundry list of supplies, even though we had all the supplies, we were told they were not the right ones and that we had to buy other supplies which ended up costing us an additional $200 when we arrived there, this is in addition to the $2,000 we paid for the dog. The prices in their store are outrageous and they take advantage of you by making you buy items last minute.$2,000 is a lot of money but we were assured that part of the reason you want to buy a dog from a breeder is that they check them for all diseases and they have very good long genetic lines of breeding. We had issues from day 1. We took our puppy to the Vet and they immediately noticed that the dog had what is known as pectus excavatum. This is a condition where the dogs ribcage is not properly shaped and protrudes outward. We noticed that the dog had this when we picked her up but thought it was just that she was a puppy and that all puppies were probably like that. The condition is something that could cause serious health issues in the future and could require complicated surgery to reshape the ribcage. This is clearly something that the breeder who has been breeding dogs for a while can see right away and they never once bothered to mention this to us and felt totally comfortable selling us the dog. When I told them about this, they said that my vet didn't know what she was talking about and that I should take the dog to a vet that they know, no thanks. So that was issue #1.However, the biggest issue, and what is causing me to write this review is the what just happened. A few days ago I took the puppy to the vet and the vet noted that she has Patellar Luxation. This is a condition whereby the dogs knee does not stay in its socket. This is something that Boston Terriers are genetically prone to. It was also one of the main factors that we decided to go with My Bella Pets as they told us on the first call that Boston's are prone to it and they specifically check for this and have never had a dog in their lines that had this condition, so we are pretty much guaranteed this will not be an issue. I contacted them to inform them of what happened, their response was extremely rude. I hadn't even asked for anything, I was simply informing them of what happened. They showed no concern for the dog, and their immediate response was that it must be something that we did. They immediately were trying to cover themselves. I spoke to my vet and she said that especially at this early of an age (6 months) patellar luxation is something that almost 100% is genetic. We are set to go see an orthopedic doctor, but the surgery to fix it can cost over $2,000 and if they have it in one leg, it is likely they will get similar condition in the other leg.So bottom line, I would highly recommend you not go to My Bella Pets. Not only will they overcharge you for anything you buy but they are difficult to deal with, will try to squeeze every last nickel out of you and at the end of the day I highly question how eithical they are. Iwould not trust them regarding the quality of the dog nor would I trust them to be there if there is an issue in the future.I think that if you decide to buy a dog from a breeder you should look for one that is more concerned about the dog than making money off you.We love both of our dogs, and will do anything and everything for them, but do not like being lied to and taken advantage of.
