I tend to shop the sales only at Giant Eagle. Sale prices are great...other items can be a little pricey. This store seems a little congested. Aisles are narrower than other Giant Eagles.

avoid the lady at customer service at all costs. talked to her twice, extremely rude both times, especially the second time. acts like you’re a total waste of time and inconvenience. customer service is really not that difficult to provide. it honestly makes me not want to come to the store again

Ok. But why do they have ALL the carts parked inside blocking the entrance / checkout area? Whole store is crowded. The produce quality is spotty. Sometime good and sometimes picked over and sparce.

Very very helpful customer service people and the cashier's are also very helpful and will allow you to grab something if you forgot it or get it for you. Elderly people are helped to their cars and groceries are put in the car at their request of the customer. Very friendly service all around and wonderful produce and meat. Everything is great and fresh and if you need a special cut or something that's not out, they get it for you if you ask. Wonderful people

Very nice store. Very well organized. Very clean. Well stocked.... Only issue was the restroom could have been a little better maintained & cleaned more often.... But I still would shop here again

I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday party, and I was absolutely thrilled with the whole experience. Ordering was so simple, and everyone there was very nice and had great customer service. Picking the cake up I was a little apprehensive, but the cake looked exactly like the picture, and the smash cake I ordered with it was adorable. There were no surprise fees, and it was delicious. I will definitely continue to use this bakery for all of my future needs. Thank you!!!!!

The staff is great! One small issue is the very confusing layout for a first time customer. Maybe a store diagram near the entrance. It’s not the product placement but the various areas. The bakery almost seemed hidden 😕 and it chewed up valuable donut selection time🙃

It has lost its home town charm. Maybe has a few people working there that are responsible. But it's always clean,decent selection. I'm happy to have a grocery store in Ligonier. Overall, I recommend this Giant Eagle

I've gone on your website because it says you deliver. Both my husband & I are sick. After I placed my order and got to checkout I was told I could pick up at Indiana. If you cannot deliver you need to remove that option from your website, as well as curbside pick up...not that we are even able to do that being as sick as we are. Extremely disappointed.

Literally just trued charging me 7.99 for 5 slices of cheese a quarter pound. And tried charging me almost 11 dollars for a half pound of buffalo chicken lunchmeat. I did not pay for that just crazy

I really like this store. It is one of the few stores that you can get in and out of easily. You don't have to park far away from the entrance. And there are always checkout people without long lines at the checkout.

Had to make an unexpected stop to pick up prescription. Walked inside and berated in front of everyone because apparently, I need to wear a mask...The county is green. The governor says it is not mandatory for me to wear a mask. If you are going to make up your own rules, maybe management could use some common sense and post someone outside to let others know these special rules. What if I had a disability? Changing pharmacies and I can't believe I'm saying it (I am a strong advocate for buying local), but we will buy our groceries from Walmart.UPDATE 6/15/2020: Heard yesterday some Giant Eagle stores are getting a handful of lawsuits from a few people with disabilities and the way Giant Eagle handled face masks. I nailed it! Simply placing an employee outside the door to chat with customers going inside. And if there was a disability, offering an alternative would have worked wonders, over being a corporate bully. Management and top executives both should be shown the door.

It's got everything you would expect from a supermarket. Plenty of options when it comes to pretty much anything. Checkout was pretty quick last time I went too. Also a great place for a quick stop if you're missing something for a cookout or just have a craving for a particular snack!

The store itself is ok. However, I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday. It was wonder woman. They said they didn't have the rights to wonder woman but could do something similar without the logo. I was fine with that. We gave them a few pictures and .We're fine with the colors but no logo. We picked up a train wreck. The colors were bad. It just looks thrown together. I also think the originally spelled my daughter's name wrong and fixed it but it is very noticeable. Very disappointed and not worth 35.99.

They don't update their hours online. They do not close at 9 PM. all year round. Call before you drive there to be sure they are open or just drive 5 miles to LATROBE

A nice local grocery store. Has a good selection of products. It is handicap accessible. They started selling beer two days ago, but it must be paid for at a separate register.

Prices are not good, as they know you they are the only grocery store in town. Most of the staff is only as friendly as they need to be. Few go the extra mile to be very friendly or extra helpful. A lot of room for improvement.

They have a very friendly staff and is a very clean and organized store. It is one of the nicer giant eagles that I have ever been in. Did some remodeling in the bakery and are adding a Somerset Trust Bank. Which will give them more things that they will have available to their customers.

I really like the produce section, but I've been having a real problem with sale items being out of stock, advantage deals not coming in or not being able to find them. The store is very small and pricey, but if you shop the sales it's not so bad

I absolutely love this grocery store!!! The meats are so darn fresh and when the sales are happening look out man I can just load 2 carts full!!!
